Have called 10 times without a returned call, on 11 call finally was transferred to Sheridan who set up appointment . No one arrived on the date or time of appointment. I called a 12 time ask to talk to Supervisor, they would not give his number, and said they didn’t show a technician to be out today.. N o one knows what is going on, extremely poor managed, they just want new business and will not service existing customers. . I will be turning this over Tennessee consumer protection Agency and Better Business Bureau. No one should be treated this way, 12 phone calls no one returns call.

The people with this company have no limits on customer service. We had people come to our house to help us with a mouse problem and they came by and looked at the house and then went back to the office and came back and before they had gone it was almost 8 at night. Not only did they fix our problem but they also told us what they were doing and why so we understood the process as well. We love this company!

I think the technician did a fine job of spraying where our insect problem was. However, I was rather upset to come home to find white powdery insecticide all over my patio and herb garden. I will have to completely throw out the plants and soil, as there is NO way that I would serve contaminated herbs to my 5-year-old son.

My first knowledge that Gregory was servicing our termite inspection contract was when I got a bill. That bill stated that the inspection had been done on 3-30-2019 and I owed $150.00. For the next 3 weeks I made 5 phone calls to Gregory indicating no one had been here to inspect our property as we would have had to be here to unlock doors for crawl space & garage. I never received a return call until contacting them once again on April 22. At that time, I was told they had been experiencing some issues during their new servicing of Heritage customers and bills had gone out before inspections had been set up or inspections had been done on perimeter only. An inspection was set up for April 24 and the technician arrived on time and inspected all areas of our property. The service person arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and printed out a receipt.

We had a yellow jacket nest in our wood shed and called Heritage. They were quick to respond, VERY professional and friendly service. The gentleman explained the problem to us, suggested the solution, and even helped us empty the wood out of the shed. plus took the extra time to explain about yellow jackets to our grandsons. If I ever have any other problems, I would not hesitate to call Heritage Termite & Pest Service! Highly recommend them.

A few weeks after I had my annual inspection, I niced what seemed like a swarm of termites along the side of the house. I called Gregory Pest Solution and reported what appeared to be termites. I was told by whoever answered the phone that she should report that some someone.A week later, I have heard nothing. It is quite possible that the termite swarm has increased.Unless i hear something soon, I will look for another termite company.
