We have the inside and outside spayed for bugs … and have been very happy with the service. Our tec calls ahead … is on time… friendly… does … anything we ask … if we need extra service due to coming back…. He will. Any concerns, we always get a call back and appropriate care and concern. Have been very pleased …. had some issues in the beginning with some previous tecs… issues were delt with and have had this tec for over a year and are very pleased !

Aaron was professional and did a great job. He asked about our concerns and told us what he was going to do. He swept all cobwebs and treated the yard and basement. I am glad I signed up with Honor Guard!

Branch manager came at first appointment. He was filling in for sick employee, and that impressed me! He did great job installing termite stations,spraying and sweeping eaves. Very satisfied!

Amazing service! Polite and very professional. The technicians made sure to listen to all the concerns I had. No pest issues since they have been out. We had a very serious ant issue indoor and out. We have used other companies and home remedies prior to them. The sales man that came to our door Issac was extremely friendly and personable. He made sure to focus on our concerns as a home owner. I will be staying with this company and recommending them in the future.

Exterminator was nice and friendly and helpful. The only issue is we had a slew of ants in the kitchen the next morning. Hoping they will go away.

I like Honorguard because they was professional with how they spray the inside and outside of my home and they put a rat trap in my pool shed. They also wore gloves and shoe covers while they was inside the house. The only reason why I give them three stars is because the salesperson who came to my door wasnt wearing a mask and the guy that came to spray wasnt either. If the salesman going door-to-door is talkin to hundreds of people on my block without a mask and then talks to me Im exposed to those hundreds of people before me. I asked him why didnt he have a mask he said he gets his temperature check on the job every morning. I had to explain to him about asymptomatic people dont have fevers. He looked bewildered as though he didnt know anything about that. Then I asked the guy that came over to spray did he have a mask he said no but I got shoe covers.Lol!!! Call me crazy but I think my life/health is more important than my carpet.Anyway I put mine on why he walk through the house to spray. I do like that the pest spray is made from plant-based chemicals so I wont harm the customer, but I think a mask sends the same message especially to people in high-risk categories such as myself.

I picked Honorguard for their competitive pricing and targeted pests. They did a great job knocking down spider webs and hornet nests around the house. Only complaint would be their communication, they had to reschedule my initial treatment 3 times, but nothing was communicated to me, I only found out after I had reached out when they never showed up, we had even taken off work to have the inside of the house done which made the reschedule even more frustrating. Thankfully the intern who had signed us up was responsive and helped ease the frustration.

So heres a true story for you. Me and my husband are home after work, and someone knocks on our door. I most certainly didnt want to answer the door but he does. The nicest and sweetest young man, was out asking people door to door, in our huge neighborhood, if they needed their yards sprayed for ticks and/or mosquitoes. My husband answers the door and answers all of his questions, and we decided yes, our yard needs to be sprayed... Due too us having pets and young children... On the day of the arrival for our spray, we were greeted with a very joyous and kind man ; who listened to my husband and they conversed in a very generous conversation. Our expectations were exceeded! and to have someone come to our house and generously offer such a kind service with such a kind-hearted truly shows there are people around willing to help ....And sincerely care and do things out of the greatness of their heart. This is our experience only....But if you have the opportunity, I would definitely recommend this company. This is a company of morals and values and one that upholds Christian values. We highly recommend this company....As a veteran myself the name Honor Guard truly holds a place in my heart...***Please excuse any typos and errors due to the speech to text.

I am very impressed by the work that was done by the insect control team. They are the only ones we have ever used that used the control spray inside our entire house to help prevent insects from coming in and/or staying alive if they do come in! Well done!

They never forget to put me on the schedule, even though Im quarterly. The people who come are always personable. When I have specific problems, they are responsive to helping eliminate them.

Graham is very good, best when any issues and locations for pests are pointed out and discussed. using for termite monitoring and for a short term minor roach issue.

Associate called came two hours earlier than scheduled while my wife and I were still at work. Left a note on the door saying that he had sprayed the exterior and dewebbed the house. Still spider webs on the front porch. Was told that the interior of the house would be treated and paid for it. Obviously didn’t happen given we were both at work. Called him back and left a message asking about rescheduling To have the interior treated like I paid for and haven’t heard anything back since.

I just want to start by saying I was done with Honor Guard when they missed appointment after Appointment. But about 5 months ago There was a technician by the name of Jessie that Started coming out to the house and let me tell you this kid as I call him has changed my mind and I am so glad that Jessie is now my technician. Everytime he says hes gonna be here he shows up anytime I call him he either answers are makes sure to call me back. He always listens to our concerns and finds a way to solve the problem. We just want to thank him for everything and look forward to him being our technician for years to come. Honor Guard is a great Company and I would recommend them to anyone.

This place came to my residence and offered to spray my home for $80. The salesman seemed nice and so I agreed. I never imagined that I would be swindled.4 months after that visit, a second $80 charge came through my account. I assumed they accidentally charged me and would fix it. 4 months later, another $80 charge comes through. Let me be clear, they haven’t serviced my home since and were only authorized a one time charge of $80. I have the receipt. I now have to cancel my debit card so this company cannot steal any more of my money.Please do not use their services. It will cause nothing but headache.

We have used these guys this summer for the mesquite treatment and it has allowed us to enjoy cooking out, relaxing on the deck drinking a cup of coffee and other outdoor activities. We could not do anything before without getting bitten by those nasty old mesquites!

This company does NOT honor or care for their employees! The owner is a horribly mean person who doesnt even have an Applicators license to work it himself. Spiders around house and pool, mice in the house. Started getting worse after initial treatment.2/1/2021 - Twice in the past 6 months I have had to call them to come treat for roaches in the house, the roaches are worse than ever. I am cancelling their services.

I signed up for service when someone came door to door. I’ve been charged for quarterly service that I haven’t received. Nobody calls to schedule service. Voicemails and emails not returned. What a rip-off!
