Adam Smith and Tommy Mullins came out to install the Centricon System. At that time I was moving railroad ties from the front of the house to the back for landscaping I was doing for my wife. The absolute best! Don’t get stuck with one of those national chains that has a policy to screw you over on any thing that goes wrong with their service. I had a big company that kept giving me the run around when I did have issues want me to spend more money. I got Preferred’s number from a neighbor that recommend them. The owner of the company came to my house on a initial visit and gave me his personal number if I needed it because of the past issues I had with my previous pest control company and the run around and wasted time I incurred when dealing with them. I have never had to call him because his company has far exceeded my needs. Has also been much cheaper with preventative measures they do and never any surprise extra cost like other have done.

We originally had Preferred Pest when we moved to Knoxville and the service was excellent. We fell for some door-to-door pest service which promised better prices. Their service was not good and ended up being more expensive! We went back to Preferred Pest and have never looked back. No bugs to be seen! Love the people and the service!

Second season using Preferred for mosquito and tick control around our place. It’s really made a difference!

The techs really know their stuff. They are Knowledgeable and courteous. We purchased a groupon for a misquote spray last summer and it worked great!! No more bites. So we setup bi-monthly service. See I e has been good and they will come back inbetween if there is an issue no charge. The one issue we have had is scheduling. The dont seal to be able to schedule your appointment in advance and often call the day/evening before to show up at 8 am. As someone who has a job, this doesnt work for me. I need a little more advanced notice to plan to leave my job so that I can be home to let them in. But other than scheduling, no issues.

We were having terrible issues with misquitos at our house and could hardly go outside without being eaten alive. We tried the bug spray-all the bug sprays, but nothing worked! That is when we called Preferred Pest. For the first time we were able to enjoy our backyard without taking a bath in Off Bugspray! We have not had a problem since!
