Never even responded to several messages I left for service.What do you think their service be like I wonder.

I always have great service from Terminix. Staff are so friendly.

No one would answer the phone

I drive a commercial truck equipped with air brakes. Thursday sept 17 a ford ranger Terminix truck number 9674 caused me to lock up my breaks in the fast lane of Western Avenue in the rain because he thought that going 0 to 50 in front of a loaded commercial vehicle was a good idea Called to warn his supervisor About his driving and got the run around from their machine couldnt even talk to a real person

Inspector did not show. He phoned and offered a quote over the telephone. Said he would have staff call for next steps. A week later I phoned them. Explained the situation and was told they would call back after speaking with the person who gave me the quote. Never heard back. Worst service I have encountered from the Knoxville office with such a well known brand name.

Ive used Terminix for years for termite and pest control. I have no pest problems and, as far as I know, no termite problems. They are quick to respond if I call for any reason. I recommend their service.

Our rep was extremely courteous and sociable. Told us what he was doing and sociable. It is always a pleasant experience. He asked if we had any problem areas and seemed very thorough.

My neighbor had a termite swarm in her closet recently. I was concerned the bugs might have spread to my home. I called Andrew with Terminix and he came out the next day, checked my home and assured me my home was fine. He also explained what signs to look for in the future. Terminix has been responsive and helpful with any questions. I highly recommend them.

Even though we are a national account, I cannot say enough good about our local rep, Stephen. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is very thorough. His notes have helped me out on many occasions with having explain things to our residents.

Russell comes to the house and is friendly, kind, and respectful. I truly enjoy seeing him. He always seems to happen to come on rainy or snowy days but is ALWAYS here as promised and even though he is working in extremely cold or hot or rainy or icy conditions, he always has such a positive attitude and a happy disposition. I appreciate the wonderful work he does always quick and thorough. He is the reason we stay with Terminix! He is wonderful! Thank you Russell for doing such an amazing job for us and thank you Terminix for choosing such a wonderful employee!

Ive used Terminix in Knoxville for fourteen years and they are always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

I go under a lot of homes with my job. The guys who do encapsulation at Terminix are by far the best. Bone dry and so neat you could rent it out.If you have a crawlspace issue I highly recommend these guys!

James Godsey is an amazing senior inspection specialist. We called Terminix for an inspection, and he was at our house within an hour. Walked around our house and gave us incredible advice. 10/10 recommend Terminix in Maryville! They are my new go to for pest control!

We called Terminix to conduct a home inspection on a house that we were trying to purchase. Not only did they charge us almost double what other have said they paid for their inspection, but they they missed termite damage under the house that affected the structural integrity of the house. We contacted them about these issues and they did refund our inspection money.

In the process of doing some home renovations I discovered some roaches. I called Terminix and they were able to set an appointment the very next day which was my only off day for some time. Scott arrived first thing in the morning. He was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough inspection just to be sure that the situation was isolated to the one area I saw them at (thankfully it was) We agreed on a treatment plan and the first treatment took place the same day. I was delighted from start to finish from the initial call all the way through the process. I would recommend Scott and Terminix to anyone having issues with pests.

Gets rid of what they say in your yard

We switched to terminex from another company. We were not unhappy with them really just not enthralled. Our service ie Russel has been great. He has become a friend to us. I was in outside sales all of my working life and I know a good rep from a OK rep Russel is the best. I know other people he services and the overall opinion is the same. As long as Russel is my rep Ill be with Terminex!

We had them out at our house today... the guy who sprayed stole my fiancés phone... he just got that phone... I am highly pissed and I am about to file a police report... I will also be contacting the company they are contracted through to inform them... dont trust them... they steal from you when your not looking

Technician calls to tell us exactly when he will be here. Always on time during the suggested appointment window. Protects interior floors by wearing shoe coverings. VERY PERSONABLE technician. Like having the same person each time!!!! Office staff is efficient and very cordial if we have to make changes to the schedule. Products used control the pests. No trouble with termites since the Sentricon product was installed. Spiders and ants gone from inside the house.

We highly recommend Bruce Terminix Co. because they are professional, thorough and friendly. We have not had any bug problems since they took over our pest control. We had mice in an outbuilding and they came right away and eradicated them...no more problems. Their technician is highly efficient and makes his way around the entire house taking care to be sure that all webs are removed and the entire area is sprayed to prevent any problems. Their rates are reasonable for what they do. We have used Terminix for many years in Florida and now in TN and we feel the company cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. We can trust in them to do a great job every time.

Since we have started using Terminix we havent seen a mosquito all summer long.

I love my Terminx guys! :) Russell and Randall are always on time for appointments... half the time Im the one running late! They are personable and do a thorough job everytime.
