Andrew came to our house and checked out our situation. He told us what he was going to do and made sure to tell us where he put bait down as we have 2 toddlers. He said that if the kids touched it for some reason it shouldnt harm them in any way, and made sure to get it up above where they could reach.. I appreciated his kind demeanor and thoughtfulness/mindfulness on making sure we knew the kids should be safe should they accidentally touch it. Id use them again!!!! (Just hope I dont have to because who wants a bug problem???)

Action Exterminators is a fantastic company. We have been using them for almost 18 years without any issues or complaints. I’ve recently called around for pest control services for my family/friends that live in Knoxville Tennessee. Our main goal was to find an affordable quote that came with quality service and Action Exterminating Co. went above/beyond my expectations.I personally spoke with their Vice President Andrew Sutherland ( who I highly recommend you ask for from the start because of his fantastic communication skills) and I explained the pest problem my family needed solved ( which was an ongoing ant problem they had let grow for far to long 😑).Andrew was able to put my mind at ease immediately when he explained that our situation was something that his company has had no problem with eliminating on the first try and the quote I received was very competitive compared to other companies.One of the main reasons I personally hired this company for my family was the fact that it goes the extra mile to maintain pet safety throughout the entire process.My family loves German Shepherds, they have 3 that they rescued and I explained to Andrew that they were very hesitant to use any kind of pest control service because of how sensitive they are to certain sprays/pest control products.Andrew went into extreme detail on the products used, pet safety ( during and after the process would be finished) and also found out he is a German Shepard lover as well ! Action has been killing bugs for me for years. 4 years ago I signed up for the monthly pest control plan that they offer and I couldn’t be happier! Now I see more bugs while visiting family, friends, and just out and about than I ever see at my home. When I contacted them 4 years ago I had spiders, ants, and bees. After I called around to different companies I decided to give Action a try. I’m glad I did! They’re always professional, friendly, and do a very good job. If you have any issues with bugs I would recommend giving action a call.

Would highly recommend! I unfortunately discovered I had Termites that ruined some wood underneath my home that I unfortunately had to replace immediately and wanted to protect my biggest investment. After calling Orkin and getting a price quote from them, I called around to several companies and Action was by far the best value I could find! The staff were excellent and it’s been 4 months and I haven’t had any problems with termites since they treated my home. They are good people and will take care of any issues you have. I also signed up for the quarterly pest control treatments that they offer and I rarely see any bugs anymore! Would rate this company a 10/10 if google would let me! Don’t even bother trying anywhere else, I already have and from my experience this is the very best pest control company in East Tennessee!

Really enjoyed our experience with Action Exterminating. We have used them three times. Once in our new home and twice in our previous. Nicest people, quick response….and we do not have the issues we were having anymore.

I have suggested this company to friends. while the staff is nice and friendly. I have had them come out 4 times since April 11th and i still have ants. So now i call them again and they want to charge me another $100 that would be $325 for a single mother during a pandemic. def will not suggest them again. So disappointed.

Paid in May they cashed check 6/3 and never called to schedule my appointment. I called in July and was told yeah they are coming and call was ended. Calling today and calling my bank to get my money back.
