Recently got the cutest hello kitty themed nails. I always enjoy my visits here. Ellie is who did my hello kitty nails but I have had nails done by almost everyone there and had really lovely experiences and healthier nails. I very highly recommend this nail spa.

It’s relaxing and beautiful. Everything is exactly the way it should be. It’s spa atmosphere is amazing even during covid. They took my temperature and had me wash my hands right away. I would give them a ten if it was available.

My experience with this nail salon is indescribably perfect. For the first time walking in, I was astonished with all the beautiful decor and music. Signing in is so convenient, too! Kieu was my manicurist, and she was wonderful! She was very meticulous and gentle! For a young girl, this luxurious nail salon was a yes from me, and I will be coming back if I’m in the area.

I have never enjoyed a nail salon experience more! We brought an entire bridal party in on a Saturday morning for appointments. We were greeted and taken care of right away. We were able to bring our own drinks and snacks. The staff was willing to take our pictures and let us just be giggly girls. For someone who always gets long nails, it’s important that they’re done correctly and can hold up to my everyday life! YOURS is the place that does them right!!! Thank you, Cody, for doing a wonderful job on my gel manicure! Even though the salon had a bridal party and we had just walked in, they squeezed us in. Everyone was extremely kind, the salon was clean and smelled lovely, and it was overall the best experience I’ve had getting a manicure before. They did a great job. 10/10 would recommend.My manicure even came with a 7-day warranty, which I don’t expect I’ll have to use, but is nice insurance anyway.

Y’all... let me put this place on blast real quick. I’ve been to MANY salons in this area. Probably all of them and nothing comes close to this one. First of all, it’s probably the nicest and cleanest salon I’ve ever been inside. It’s always peaceful and they have one of those aroma things going. They have every shade of polish/gel/dip you can think of. I usually see Cody and Mercedes. They are amazing. They REMEMBER WHERE I WORK even when I’m not in uniform!! Which makes the experience that more special. I have great conversation with them and they really do try their best to help me with my nail health. since I used to pick at them pretty badly, they’re pretty thin. I have literally nothing but good things to say about this salon. I don’t even do google reviews at all but I love this place THAT much. I look forward to getting my nails done ever 2 weeks and I love the entire experience! They always have me cracking up and of course the nails are always outstanding. Thank you YOURS salon!! :)

Excellent experience. They understand nails and learn how to best suit yours. Very clean too. My acrylics from a different salon were hard to remove but the manager and Ben were very patient and kind. Ben did wonderful on my gel nails too.

Just moved to the area and needed my nails and pedicure done. Went to YOURS. Vivian did my pedicure. Had an ingrown nail that was painful. She took care of it instant relief. Fill in was done beautifully. Will be returning. Great place!!

My sister and I were treated with so much care and attention, and as an added bonus, the receptionist offered to stroll my 8 month old around and entertain him while we got our nails done! Ive been going here for years and have ALWAYS had the best experience. I do SNS nails with Nancy about every three weeks, and could definitely go longer if my nails didnt grow out so fast. However, my nails still look amazing after 3 weeks! I think at one time or the other Ive seen all the wonderful, friendly, and very talented women for the most relaxing pedicures you could ever want. I never worry about cleanliness here because I watch them meticulously clean and, sanitize between each and, every client. I work in a front office environment and, just about every single day somebody compliments me on just how beautiful my nails are. I dont ever hesitate to tell them to go to Bella Nails. LOVE THEM!!!!

Walked in girl at the front was on the phone on a personal call, asked what I wanted just wanted a fill with gel polish. She told me to pick out a color as I was doing so one of guys came and talked to her in another language. Then she tells me they are too busy, they only had 2 customers and 5 employees. She said I had to wait and come back at 6pm she would call me 15 min before. It is now 653pm no call. Discrimination on someone with long nails. I will be turning this over to BBB.

Dan does wonderful. Dan is the man. If you want a total manicure and pedicure experience, go to YOURS Nail Spa. I’ve been getting manicure and pedicure for 30 years, and this salon is the best by far. It’s relaxing, professional, very very clean, and has a great color selection.

Let me first say Im super hard on my hands, and very picky. I get SNS with Nancy every 3 weeks and she is literally the best! She is gentle and gets them perfectly smooth and they dont lift at all. Everywhere else Ive been they either lift or are bumpy, I have literally tried everyone that is supposedly good at SNS in West Knoxville/Lenoir City and shes the best.

But when I went to cash out the lady (I think it was the manager), pointed at my receipt and said “no tip, your not going to give her a tip?” First off you do not ask someone that, you do not know there financial situation and two that is not a perfessional way to treat a customer.

This place is nice .I feel the people could be friendlier and Ive definitely had cheaper gel manicures that lasted much longer .I know that the location obviously makes it pricey and I dont mind to pay for quality,but one of my natural gel nails started coming off on thumb within 3 days .I do work with my hands though .This place was super quick. I feel that is a good and bad thing when it comes to efficiency.

Visited for first time and got an acrylic French manicure last Thursday. It had turned yellow by Saturday. Went back to have it fixed today only to be told it was because I had tanned (I hadnt) and even if I had in 15 years of getting French manicures I had never had a problem with them turning yellow (even when I did tan). Told me to pick a color, so to make it easy I chose the color I had gotten on my toe nails last week. After painting my nails he (the male nail tech) motions for me to put my feet on his lap (kind of strange and uncomfortable as I was still at the nail desk and wearing a dress lol) and proceeds to remove my toe nail polish (I did not ask to have it repainted). I didnt say anything as I figured maybe he was just being kind and going to refresh them so that they had new polish too. He gets done with one foot and then runs out of polish in that color so finds one that I guess he thinks matches (it doesnt) and hastily finishes. I go sit under dryer and at that point am just ready to leave and take it as a loss as I assumed I wouldnt be charged. To be courteous I ask him if I owe anything (Again, assuming I dont as it was their fault not to mention I have mismatched polish and my toes look like they were painted by a 4 year old), but he tells me I owe $18 ($10 for nails and $8 for toes, which I hadnt even wanted changed!?). I paid and did not complain (although I prob should have). I may have let this go and not gave a poor review if the attitude of everyone in there hadnt been so poor and they had acted more professional. I have been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far the worst.

Very reliable service on many different occasions. The paint is always applied so precisely, and the cuticles trimmed to perfection. The gel polish lasts for o er two weeks with NO peeling.

I have been going to Bella Regazza nail spa for 4 years or more. I wouldnt go any other place. I dont find the prices to be that much more expensive than any other nail salon, and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I get the SNS nails, which I was told is better for your nails. A skeptic at first, but after 3 weeks of getting them done and no lifting no signs of damage Im a believer. Vu and Nancy are the owners, they are both supper nice, not to mention meticulous with the service they provide.As for the earlier post, I would just suggest they take their own advice and simply ask the prices before assuming they are the same everywhere. And as far as tips go, I have never been ask for a tip by any one of them and I tip on service and obviously that wasnt the issue.I would highly recommend Bella Regazza Nail Spa to anyone looking for Quality and Service from a professional salon - who also speaks very good English by the way.

Idk how this has 4.7 ratings... I spent a 100 dollars for a pedicure and a full set 4 days in 2 nails broke, 3 toes chipped. I won’t be back, yeah they have nice things but clearly their dip powder isn’t good, they are cheap.
