I LOVE VIP Nails! I’ve been to many different salons around Knoxville and this sweet family does an absolutely beautiful job every time. Peter took such good care of my nails while I had tips on, that I can now just do dip powder while keeping the length I love.

Basic fill and and pedicure....service was nice and quick.

Lisa did a good job on my mani. The polish didnt last a full week but otherwise I was satisfied. Ill be back for a pedi in a few weeks and will give an updated review.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had

They do a good job at reasonable prices. Professional and very clean. I like that they open at 9am and are open on Sundays. I have visited 3 times and will return again.

Stay away! The woman who did my nails was not only rude but a horrible manicurist. I had to go have my gel polish fixed the day after

First time to this nail salon and I have to say, I’m very impressed! The nail techs are very friendly and talented! I got dip powder with tips and love them. I love that they trim and treat your cuticles, the other place I was going to did not do that. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place!!

They were fantastic. Got my wife and I in for a couple pedicure on short notice. Very affordable. Will go back!

Just left, and I loved it! Everyone was so nice and they didn’t pressure to get the most expensive package either, which has happened before. My nails are perfect! I’m making this my regular place for my nails from now on.

Best pedicure and gel manicure I have found. Colby was attentive to details and my nails look great.

I came for my first time on a Sunday. They were the earliest to open so I thought I would give them a shot. I was worried about them opening late based on a previous review but they opened right on time. I got a gel mani and gel pedi plus I got my eye brows waxed. I was all done and out the door in an hour and ten minutes. My nails look fantastic and I will definitely be back.

Colby did my pedicure and did an excellent job with everything. BUT I paid an extra $15 to get polish that would last and it hasnt!!! Many of my toenails look like it has already worn off and I got my pedicure only a week and a half ago. Not happy!!!!

I not like it, the truth is that this place I went and they did not leave my nails as I wanted my style, they left them very horrible and they charged me too much.

If it wasnt for my being from out of state, I would make this place my go-to nail salon! My nails look fantastic and I paid $20 LESS than what my regular salon in VA charges.

Lackluster attention to detail and the only question I was asked that anyone heard the answer to was, What church do you go to? I dont, and that effectively stopped all conversation.

They LIED saying they were using a “wet dipping powder method” and put acrylic on my NATURAL NAILS!!! There is NO WET METHOD for dipping powder!! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy

Love them! They are so easy to schedule an appointment with, and are rarely behind schedule.
