Good location. Nail technicians are nice. Had both a mani and pedi done. They try to get to everyone they can so sometimes you have to wait a bit... update my nails fell off right away. 😔

This is the worst place I went home in three days later all my nails were chipped. It was a rip off bad customer service.

I googled this place and walked in for pedicure and dip. The staff have good customer service and they do an amazing job. This will be my place from now onwards

I went to Anna’s twice for a dip manicure. Both times my nails broke the next day. They did fix them but they just broke again. I’ve never had dip break like this anywhere else. Terrible!

I went in for acrylics for pictures for softball, the nails are bumpy, on some of my fingers the whole nail isn’t covered and are filed awful

The salon owner was very pleasant and nice. She was a patient teacher as she taught her young son how to correct any mistakes that he may have made. I loved going there.

My favorite salon in Knoxville! Danny does an amazing job. Never have a problem with nails lifting/popping off. Definitely best to make an appointment if you dont want to wait.

Not sure what or when the last reviews were written but the folks at the SPA are awesome and personalble. They have a great staff that are experience and efficient with your time. It all looks effortless as you are pampered with their services.

I had my nail polish changed on Saturday morning. By Saturday evening the polish started to flake off. By Sunday morning almost every nail had chipped off polish. I returned on Monday to show the results and was told that they dont guarantee their nail polish, only the gel nails. They tried to make it out as if I had been doing something wrong with my nails. I was not confrontational at all, just wanted to get the nail polish replaced with a different color, since I thought the problem might have been the nail polish. Of course, I wanted my toe nail color to match. (The polish was chipping off on two tow nails as well). The owner told me that I would have to pay $10.00 for that). They re-did the polish on my fingers. The very next morning, the polish on one finger had already chipped again. In the name of customer service and satisfaction (as they claim on their website), I would have assumed that they want me leaving a happy customer. That obviously was not the case as they continued to tell what I might have done wrong. Luckily, there are many nail places in Knoxville and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Been going here regularly for almost 3 years. Its best if you make an appt. or you might have to wait a bit. Awesome pedicures, excellent manicures of any type. Certain times of year/days of the week, they can be very busy and do their best to work in walk-in customers while keeping space for customers with appts available.

Tbh, I really like this place the nails are alright, prices are decent, I can literally walk there from my house, and they stay open way later than other salons. They always talk to me and help me in any way, I get myself a glass of wine or a water and just relax while they do their thing.

Update 8/22/2016Disappointing experience. Purchased gift cards for manis/pedis for my daughters. My girls went to use them and Annas had a price increase so rather than honor the purchase they charged them extra. This was NOT a dollar amount certificate, they were for specific services. We wont be back. They gift certificates were not expired either.Original review below:They did a fabulous job on my french gel mani. That being said, there is nothing like being in a nail salon where the techs talk only to each other and not in English.Good nails, not so great of a customer experience.

I aborted the manicure! After the wrong shade of color was used on my pedi, I decided to continue on with the mani, but after my cuticles started bleeding, I halted the job. Do NOT go here!

Terrible experience overall. Went in for a fill in. First started out with woman, she left after about 5 min of doing my nails to go wax someones eyebrows. She said be right back, I said ok. 15 min rolls around, shes still not back. So a male took me to finish my nails. He was very rude! Hurt my nails pretty bad, was very pushy. Didnt speak one word to me the entire time. Then when I left I payed him and gave him a $3 tip. Yes, I always tip more for good service. Went to leave and said thank you and he rolled his eyes at me. Oh, and he was also talking/texting on his cell phone the entire time he was doing my nails and taking my payment. But this service sucked all the way around!

Went here for the 4th time with my sister and the other times werent that great. we went here bc it was convenient and our other place moved. This 4th visit we went both our nails started to get bubbles underneath them after 4th day and after 8th my nail broke while changing my shirt... i called the nail place and the guy tells me the manager is out for an emergery to call back the next day and i call back the next day and he tell me the same thing. Never again will we go back to this place!!

I received a gift certificate for a mani pedi from here just recently. The owner was helpful with questions and color choices/matches and also up sold me to the gel nails.. Which is fine. However, no one informed me that it burns when they apply the gel and put them under the lamp 😧 Also I had a woman helping me at first, who soon left to attend someone else and a male came to finish my pedi and mani. Neither of them spoke to me unless I initiated conversation, although they spoke amongst one another frequently. The male was pushy and became frustrated with me when he put my shoes on after the polish and messed up the paint. He literally told me not to watch [him] and to watch tv. My nails looked ok I think but I also almost never wear polish and that was only my third experience ever at a nail salon. I would go back if I received another gift certificate but I could spend $70 on more interesting/useful things 👍🏻
