1st I was told I couldnt get a tip on only one nail because I was getting a gel manicure & it wouldnt stay.. mind u this nail has been deformed since I was a child & I get a tip every 4 weeks. Then she cut me pretty good. OK were all human no biggie. Except that 1st time in 25 yrs I have been cut during a manicure which took an hour& she SD she do hand massage after pedicu.. OK pedicure went well. But I never got the hand massage. And 10 min after pedicure she came back n SD I could leave just be careful my toes werent dry. .. this was really a bad experience...

I went into the salon with high expectations. My expectations were fastly ruined with the lady who was doing my fill ins on my acrylics. She was so rude and ugly to me at one point I had tears in my eyes. I was clearly ready to get up and leave. She refused to do what I asked and had to do it her way. She spent time doing it her way for me to clearly be disappointed. She then had to redo it which took an extra 45 mins.The lady who done my pedicure however was very kind and did a great job. I ended up being there for 3 hours. I will not return.

I highly recommend Pheonix nails! They did a great job on my pedicure! This place is by far the cheapest place around and they really paid attention to detail! They spent alot of time scrubbing the bottom of my feet to get all the hard spots! I only paid a total of $30! Best place in Knoxville! The sign still says UV nails but I think they changed ownership and are now known as Pheonix Nails!

This was my 1st visit here and Theresa did a fantastic job!! I hate going somewhere and feeling rushed and I absolutely did not feel rushed with her and I really appreciate her attention to detail!!

Ive been visiting this same place for a long time, they are the best, and the kindness, they do exactly what you aks for ...in other places you end up paying for something you dont like, in U V salon it is different,, # 100% recommended 👍🏻

The UV Nails salon has changed the name to Phoenix Nails under a new owner. Great place for relaxing and have your mani and pedi done. Great staff and very clean place.

This place have experienced staff members who do their best to please their customers.

2 hours and 45 mins later with no wait ...gel manicure is horrible. One coat of gel polish and filed nails down too thin to the point they bend.
