I am always very pleased with the services I receive from Nail Spa. As a salon owner myself, it is important to me that a salon is clean, on schedule, and practice within the guidelines of the state board. This place checks all of the boxes for me!! Stephen and Michelle are both phenomenal at their craft!

The young man that did my pedicure acted like he was not feeling well or didnt want to be there. My friend had a older gentleman who was pretty awesome. The young guy started filing my nails before the soak. I stopped him and asked for him to wait. I should have said, watch the older gentleman next to us!! The young lady up front was talking a nap. I wonder if they are over worked and wonder about ownership. I wont go back! We where never offered anything to drink. The lady that came when we were leaving was offered wine.

I didnt have any expectations going in but have been pleasantly surprised by this nail spa. The environment is very nice and relaxing, they offer you wine, and they do a great pedicure. I am no expert on nail salons since it is rare for me to get my nails done but I have come back to this one multiple times when I decide to treat myself!

Amazing experience today! I took my mother and she and I had pedicures and manicures and I felt like the staff was excellent. Trish took care of my mother and went above and beyond to make her experience wonderful. Thank you for a great day!

Love this place. I’ve been going for a couple years now and I find them to be consistently one of the best salons. Prices are very competitive, and most of the nail techs I’ve been to are very detail oriented and good. Keep up the good work guys!

This is my go-to nail place whenever I need to get my nails done. They really know how to make their clients feel welcomed. Nothing is as great as good customer service. I just love you guys.

I wanted to give this place a good review, but I can’t. I walked in and there were no other clients so I thought I’d definitely get good service. I wasn’t offered water or even a smile. The young man & woman seemed very unhappy to be there. Gel mani was bad also. It never set. Old polish maybe? Won’t be returning.

I have been going there for years and love it.....except for when I get the younger guy who works there. He is very slow and doesnt go that great of a job. It always seems that hes distracted and not all that interested in what hes doing. I was not totally thrilled with the last manicure he did for me. It does seem the quality of the staff has gone down over the years.

Used to love this place! Quality has just gone downhill over the years. Work used to be impeccable; now they’re in a rush, sloppy. Was told to wash polish off the skin around my nails with soap and water...

The guy that was doing my nail drilled my skin on the nail with the driller, I decided not to do gel and they rushed through it and now my nails are messed up. Isn’t the best place but not the worst.

So this place is just awful. Ive been there about 4 times, every time with a different nail person. Every single one of them was rude, disinterested in your nails, and focused on other things. The quality of the manicure was not good. Bubbles, uneven color, and misshapen nails is what I left with. It looks like I painted them myself, not like a professional one at all. Dont go here.

Such as welcome when stepped in to Nail Spa. Very satisfied with my mani/pedi and staff is so detailed. Highly recommended and cant wait to come back.

I was ok with less than spectacular service since I only needed a basic pedicure, but after I got to the drying table and handed my card over to pay I was asked how much tip do you want here? I asked if she could just bring me a receipt to put it on myself she only asked again. Then after 5 minutes I was being asked if I was ready to go (I assume they needed the space since several people were finishing). I told her it was too chilly to not put my shoes on and I thought my polish was still tacky. She huffed and walked away. By that point I was so annoyed I left and now both of my big toes are scuffed. So disappointed since that was my regular salon a couple of years ago and I wanted to give them another try.

I absolutely love this salon. I was treating myself to mani/pedis, hair cut, dyed and straightened so I was there for a few hours. First off they serve you either wine or champagne while you get whatever done. WOW! The staff was so very nice and helpful especially since I hate my feet being touched and it was my first pedi. But it was amazing and I truly forgot that someone was touching my feet. The prices werent too bad either. They took excellent care of me and I highly recommend this salon. Awesome experience all the way around. Oh they did a baby mani/pedi on my 4 year old babygirl and they catered to her just like she was grown. Ill definitely be returning.

I was overly unsatisfied with my experience. Their customer service and friendly demeanor was extremely lacking. I felt rushed from the moment I walked in and was ordered from here to there. I came in with a friend and was ordered to go back into the waiting area while she was finishing up her mani.....the nail tech sighed, huffed and puffed the while time while doing my Pedi, the water was luke warm, and it took him 3 times to fix the smudges on the simple design he made. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because I was distracted by the interior design! WOULD NOT recommend.

DO NO GO HERE!!!! This place is awful - I got a fungal infection in my toe nail after I got a pedicure here. Its a mess. Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. It is not clean.

Mediocre at best. No massage with my pedi or mani and overpriced for the service. Wont return.
