I was extremely impressed! Once you walk in, you feel like you are in a spa inmuch more sophisticated than Knoxville. The customer service is outstanding! There cleanliness rates a 10 + so relaxing! The staff is fantastic!This was my first time there and every one l spoke to told me that was the only salon they wold use! I had a pedicure,It was my first time and l Brian did my pedicure! Make sure you ask for him he is so sweet and did an outstanding job!Just couldnt ask for any better! My mother in-laws birthday is next Saturday and a pedicure with Brian is exactly what she is getting! She will be absolutely thrilled! PS ladies, while Brian is pampering you, he also serves you a glass a wine on the house! It just doesnt get any better than this! This will also help you with your Christmas list! Just wait and see!! Im sorry to tell U, but this was my first visit to do my nails and I was very disappointed!Mike came to start my nails when I was doing my pedicure, thats first mistake bc U can enjoy any of them!Than with my request of long oval nails I got that short, wide & squareAnd his remarks to hold on and seat on my side and he will do his job ..... is unprofessional !!!!Your place was recommended to me and my disappointment is real!!!

A good friend recommended I go here, and WOW! There is so much to say about this place. The way they treat you like you are family even when it is your first time visiting. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and never made me feel like I was a burden (I asked for crazy nails). They are so friendly, accommodating, make sure you are super satisfied, treat you so special and will make sure you are walking out with the happiest of smiles! They take their time and never rush nor make you feel rushed which is so different than any other nail place I have been. If I could give a million stars, I would. They are truly amazing and again, above and beyond making sure you are a happy and loved customer!

There wasn’t an opening at our usually salon of 4 years so I went searching for somewhere close by. That’s how we found Zen. We were greeted excitingly at the door, quickly taken back to our chairs where we were treated like royalty. The place was spotless, customers were all smiling and laughing along with the staff and Mary gives an incredible foot massage!! Zen is definitely our new salon!

Went here for my first time today to get my nails redone because the previous nail salon I went to before dip powder nails didn’t even last me two weeks nails were already chipping and broken off. The service I received here from Jessie was amazing! She was very nice and made sure everything was perfect and how you wanted it! Will definitely be returning. Earned a loyal customer today!

This has been my nail salon since I moved to knoxville a few months ago. The service is always top notch and everyone is very friendly. They really care that you are happy with your nails.

I’ve been using this salon for a few months now & yesterday just put the icing on the cake for how much I truly love it! I took my 2 year old in for her 1st ever pedicure with me. The gentleman that did our toes was absolutely amazing with her! She would move some & he would just wait on her to be still. & he took time to be sure her toes weren’t messed up or anything. I would highly recommend!!

I have been coming here for awhile now this has been my 2nd bad experience the first time I asked for a pedicure with the hot stones didn’t get that this time I booked my appointment online with Peter then got there and was asked can anyone help me I was ok with that but then I got a 20 minute pedicure when my appointment was for a 60 minute milk and honey pedicure I even let them talk me into eyebrow wax and a gel manicure that was ok but had better. I was very disappointed overall. Up to this point I was pretty satisfied but being the second time of a disappointing pedicure I think I will have to look around.

Excellent service, a bit pricey, but my nails look great! They even took care of my ingrown toe nails. I had a fun spa day with my friends here. The staff are very friendly and generally respectful. The language barrier is less present than most salons. I will come back again! :)

Had my first (of many) experiences here today! I got a pedicure, manicure, and brow wax/tint. Kimberly and Hannah (sp?) were beyond kind and helpful. My manicure was a dip and I could not be happier with the results. They explained that this type is “stronger”, as I was having problems with previous gel manicures chipping. Hannah did my brow wax and tint, and it is perfect! Hopefully they will be able to include some lighter tints in the future, but I am overall 100% pleased with my visit to this spa. I will definitely be back.I also booked an appointment for my 8 y/o daughter for a gel manicure and they did an amazing job! She is “tickled pink” with her nails!

All of the employees are incredibly helpful and talented! Zen nails has incredible nail artists, they can replicate any kind of picture you show them. I alway leave happy!

They were very detail oriented and made sure my nails were perfect! My nail tech helped me find a color that matched my toes really well when the gel polish was dried out. They even walked me to my car with an umbrella when it was pouring down rain!

Jessie is the best, if I could give her a 10, I would‼️ I have been seeing her for almost a year and she consistently does an excellent job on both my manicures and pedicures. She is also a kind and wonderful person ☺️

I came here for the first time 2 days before Christmas for a pedicure. I was very impressed when I walked in. Its stunning! I was warmly greeted, signed in and chose the color of polish I wanted. I was immediately taken back to a chair and chose the service that I wanted. I decided on an over the top option. Believe me when I say it was well worth it! Im pretty sure the treatment lasted a solid hour. At least. Merry Christmas to me. 😁 While being pampered, I decided to get a manicure while I was there. While there was a language barrier with Liam, that didnt hinder communication very much or take away from the experience. He did an excellent job with both the pedicure and the manicure. I highly recommend Zen Nails and will definitely be giving them all of my business. Thank you Zen Nails for a perfect experience!!

I went to this place with my daughters last Saturday to get manicures and pedicures. I got the gel manicure. By Wednesday my gel was peeling to my surprise. I went back today hoping to get my nails fixed and that didnt happen. The worker asked me what did I do. Are you kidding me? Then she proceeded to tell her boss, who Im assuming is the owner and he was not friendly. He said they would fix my nails, but it would have to be the same person. I was not comfortable with that because she didnt do a good job the first time. He was not friendly or engaging and I heard him discussing with his client that water causes the gel to come off, implying it is my fault. The salon is beautiful, but their customer service is horrible. My nails look a mess. I left with no service. My daughters and I spent hundreds of dollars last week and this is his response to my hot mess nails. I will not go back. I will spend my money in my own community from now on. I have been getting nails for years and this is the first time Ive had them to peel within a few days. Absolutely horrible!!

Went in yesterday with two friends for the first time and loved the experience. We all got golden pedicures and gel acrylic nails and two of us got our brows waxed. Wonderful experience and Peter was great giving me gorgeous marble designs on my nails. Will definitely be coming back in a few weeks with my daughter and boyfriend so they can get treated when I need a fill.

I absolutely LOVED my first experience here!! Peter, (the owner) did my ombre pink and white nails and they are beyond perfect ! As soon as you enter, you see a beautifully decorated main entrance check in desk and are greeted respectfully and courteously. After telling what you want your then taken back to a GORGEOUS nail salon area with super comfy chairs, peaceful and tranquil, aura and decorations. Its calming, clean, relaxing and just PERFECT!!!! (AND IM VERY PICKY) I WONT DARE TRY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! A MUST GO !!!!

Best nail salon I have visited honestly and I have been all over! The staff was so kind, not the fake kind but genuine. You can tell they take pride in their work and learn from each other which I was so happy to see. The place is beautiful! They took their time with my nails and have a eye for detail. I even got my eyebrows waxed and they turned out better then Ive had anywhere in such a long time. I am impressed and enjoyed my time there and LOVE my nails! Not to mention the prices are more reasonable then other places Ive been. Id recommend to anyone in the area! This will be my new place hands down. They have earned a new loyal customer.

I am new to Knoxville & I have been looking for a nail 💅 salon I have tried a couple others in town.....they were ok & I mean just ok.....I was needing to get my nails done & the last person that did them was unavailable...and I am not a very patient person so I started looking at other nail salons & I was reading the reviews on each nothing to impressive until I got to Zen Nails WOW!!!! The reviews are absolutely AWESOME.....I walked in and the salon was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I have never seen a more beautiful salon & I been to a bunch. I was warmly greeted the second I walked in the door!!! I picked my color then I was immediately taken to sit down for my service....and Mike is the gentleman that did my nails & I have to say I was beyond impressed with Mike he listened to what I wanted done and accommodated me...I have really flat nails & I have always hated them, they are so ugly. I never shared this with Mike he looked and knew exactly what to do to make them look absolutely awesome, he put the acrylic on so my nails look round not flat. I am absolutely in love with my nails they are 100% the best set I have EVER HAD in the 30 years I have been wearing fake nails!!! Mike has a customer for life here!!!!!!

I got my nails done 2 weeks ago, and the first few days my nails started to crack on me. In the same first week, I had the clear coat starting to chip off as well. Now in the second week one of my nails just popped off and I’ve never had any of this happen when I’ve gone to other places. I can usually go a long time even past the time I need to get them redone with them looking just as good as when I got them done. I also asked for dip and instead, he starts doing acrylic which is going to be a lot harder to take off, and not healthy for my brittle nails. I strongly don’t recommend this place and I won’t be spending my $65 on nails there again. Also the nail tech was rude to the receptionist.

Let me preface this by saying, my nails look great. The place is beautiful and the people are nice. But I said on the phone and once I arrived that I just wanted basic acrylics ($30). I even chose that option when I signed into their ipad. I was still given gel nails and charged $45. Its not the biggest price difference, but it felt a little shady. I do love my nails, but I ended up paying more than I intended.

The staff is great. The inside is beautiful and very clean. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and left feeling pampered. Lee really took his time doing my manicure and even fixed my broken nail so I could keep growing them out. The two times Ive went, my nails came out beautifully. Ive never found a nail salon that I really wanted to go back to, but I will continue coming here.

Very clean and beautiful inside. I believe they are by appointment only right now. They have plexiglass shields up right now at the nail stations because of the virus and were diligent about making sure everything was clean. I got a pedicure and dip powder nails. Both were great. They did a wonderful job on my nails and paid attention to every detail. My only complaint is that the nails took about an hour and a half (usually takes an hour at other places). Will return.

My sister and I went a week and a half ago to get our nails done. The staff was nice and it was very clean. I paid $65 for my sisters nails and this past Sunday three of her nails broke in half. I went in today to see if I could get a refund because my sister lives in North Carolina but I was told they can’t do anything about it because my sister isn’t here to get them fixed. I was told when we got our nails done by the manager if something goes wrong he will take care of it himself. He had an attitude today and said unless she wants to come back there is nothing he can do.

Staff is always professional and help you with the color you choose to make it better.
