Joann did such a FANTASTIC job on my dip nails! I have never felt so welcome, and she took her time to make sure they looked as great as they do. I love them!!! Nick did my pedicure and he too took his time and did a FANTASTIC job! If you are looking for great quality and a friendly atmosphere then T-nails is definitely where you need to go. I will definitely be back.

A lady I work with highly recommended this place. She took another girl from work with her and her nails looked great also! So I finally decided I would go on payday. I called and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. I told her what I wanted done (powder dip like a french manicure but with colors) Joanne took her time to make sure my nails look flawless. When I had my acrylics removed, they used another acrylic to rip mine off. When I was in pain and let them know, they continued. My nails are now missing layers and I will have to wait months until I get nails again.

I enjoyed my first visit at T Nails. Frank was very gentle with my pedicure and precise with my polish. I would’ve have liked my massage a little more intense. I could tell he was trying to make sure I was comfortable, so I appreciated that. Overall, I loved my peaceful pedicure before work.

I will only go to T Nails Salon with Nick for my pedicures. He is the only one who I trust for a pedicure since I am a diabetic and have to be very careful with any cuts or injuries! I have never, ever had any type of problems there...always very clean and inviting. It is where I will always go...I drive 57 miles there from home!

JoAnn did a horrible job. I told her I wanted dip with acrylic tips added, and she didn’t want to do it with tips so she tried talking me out of it. Then she did the shellac first before clipping to get them even first. She kept digging her fingernails down in my nail beds to break the shellac between my skin and nail. It hurt. The sander made me bleed twice because she filed them down to the quick. Then she put “medicine” on it to stop the bleeding and it stung like fire. There was dried blood. My nails look horrible. And then she had the nerve to charge me $50. Unbelievable. I am so upset. Will never go there again.

Was there for over two ours for a full set, cut multiple times, not the shape asked for, and very sloppy paint. Not to mention he assured me he could do what I asked for and after he did it, it was not even close to what I had asked for so he just painted them all one color.

Paying $30 to just have polish put on is too much. They didnt even look good

Im writing this review from the pedicure chair. Thats how good this pedicure has been - I could not wait to give 5 stars. This has been the best and most relaxing pedicure Ive ever had! Im 9 months pregnant, due in 12 days, and its exactly what I needed for my puffy feet. I feel so much better and he hasnt even painted my toenails yet. Definitely recommend to anyone, and will be coming back!!

Passing through town but needed a pedicure and manicure, so decided to stop! Very clean facility. This is a family owned business, Mother, Father, Son and Daughter! They did excellent work and were very fun to chat with along the way!! Will definitely make stops here when I am in town.

So I went to get my nails done and I really liked them but they were quite sloppy but not to sloppy I went home and enjoyed them for a week than they began pilling and then with in the three next days they were so bad I decided to take them off after that the next day I had school and had to go but I painted my nails because they were so drilled down but after that weekend we went to go get them fixed because we thought they a two week woranty like most places but no it got to the point were they were saying they didnt do my nails and such stuff like that in the end I paired for nails and they got broken and they wouldnt fix the broken nails they did.

I have been to this salon twice. The first time was great, but the second was just last week and it was the worst experience that I have ever had at a nail salon. I walked in to get the SNS (dip) nails redone and to get my toes painted with gel. The lady who did my nails took so long to do my nails I had to go ahead and pay her and leave to go run an errand and then come back so that she could finish. I spent a total of 3 hours inside the nail salon that day (not including the time I had to leave) and when I came back to have her finish she did a horrible job even after I had tipped her $15. She hit my skin with the drill 3 times, my nails were bumpy, and there was a black residue on the nail possibly from the drill. When I pointed out the residue and asked her to smooth them out a little more she complained and basically said it wasnt her fault and she couldnt do anything about it. She over charged me. She charged me $35 just to have my toes painted with gel. I did not get a pedicure or any type of treatment done on my feet, just paint. So I spent a total of $90 in the salon and my nails looked bad and chipped 2 days later. My GEL polish on my toes chipped 4 days later. I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon!

Came here while visiting my sister. We had called ahead and they were waiting for us when we arrived. They have a huge selection of OPI gel colors and lots of normal polish too. They were also super friendly! Its a family business and you can definitely tell! If I lived in town, I would definitely come back.

I got a gel nail treatment with a French tip from the older guy there and he did an incredible job. He took his time and was meticulous with the edges, nail beds and cuticles. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ive been a client of T Nails for over 10 years. The staff are always friendly and polite, their work is great, and the salon is spotless. Ive been to some of the other, more chi-chi spas in town (I wont name names - if youre reading this, you probably already know), and have found them to be inconsistent, overpriced, and ridiculously pretentious. T Nails is perfect.

I would not recommend T nails at all. I took my daughter and we both got pedicures and manicures and they charged me $180.00. $80.00 extra for gel polish!!! Most places charge $5 to $10 extra per set of nails but they apparently charge $20. They did not bother to tell us this up front and I am very disappointed.

Ive been coming to this salon for several years. They are all friendly and well trained. Nick gives a fantastic pedicure. I sometimes have ingrown toenails....from not coming in regularly....and he is patient and tender in clipping them. I also love the OPI gel polish. They use all the OPI products, including the expensive LED light which really makes a big difference in curing and the life of the polish. I can go 3 to 4 weeks in between visits even with rough daily use. They are all meticulous and very detailed oriented in clipping, shaping, and polishing. The cost is maybe $3-5 higher than other salons, but the quality and customer service is well worth it. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever! I have been getting my nails done for 22 years. I travel frequently and stop into different nail salons to make sure my nails look great every 2 weeks. T Nails in Knoxville TN is by far the worst place that has ever done my manicure and pedicure. I will go to another nail salon tomorrow so this nightmare can soon be forgotten.

Said the wait would be 20 minutes and I had booked an appointment in advance. Mother put me in chair for pedicure. Took 15 minutes for them to run water. Waited another 10 minutes and the water got cold, message chair did not even worse which is one reason I went to get a pedicure was for relaxation. The son was very rude with a bad studDer. After sitting in cold water in a broken message chair I was getting upset as they still had not started to do my pedicure 25 min after being seated. The son whow is very unprofessional said I could leave if I wanted they did not need my my business. While his mother tried to shush him up a couple times with no luck. I took his advice and left! I will never go back horrible salon unprofessional and they dont stay with their appointment time settings. There are hundreds of nail salons choose anyone but this one!

Did not do what I asked, nails are crooked and super thick,twisted for fingers so much they popped, came next door to get fixed, and they told me they would have charged me 35 for what I just paid 55 for, nope not again

This was my first visit to this family owned and operated salon. I was only passing through the state and needed a gel manicure and a pedicure. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean it was, which is my first priority. Tools were disinfected properly. Kimber was very friendly and took excellent care of my nails and did a superb job. Ive had manicures for over 20 years and this was the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I made it clear to Kimber that I was just passing through the state and wasnt returning. They could have very easily done a mediocre job and sent me on my way knowing that I wasnt going to return. Instead I received excellent service and my nails looked terrific. I would highly recommend T Nail Salon and they would be my permanent nail salon if I were to remain in the area . My best to Kimber and family.

Like others have said, the place is pretty simple. Im from out of town and needed to get a fill. I hardly had to wait and was surprised that the techs are certified manicurists and speak decent English.I paid $26 for a fill. A FILL!!! That wasnt a big deal because it seemed cheaper than most of the nearby salons, but the tech used a different shade of acrylic and my nails look discolored/streaked from the difference between the new and old acrylic. Im not too irked by that because I know different salons have different preferences. But the color options for polish I was offered were a different, poorer quality brand than China Glaze, Orly, or OPI and the polish began to chip on the second day. Additionally, the acrylic started lifting on the second day. The tech also cut the skin around my thumb with the buffer and it started bleeding... I sure hope they sanitize their tools lol!My overall experience was ok but I feel like it could have been slightly better for the price I paid.

The facade is simple, not swanky like other nail salons. A friend took me there for my birthday and I was very impressed. What they lack in trendy décor, they completely make up for in quality. Who needs wine, dim lighting and a cheesy new age music if your mani/pedi ends up looking awful!? My pedi ended up looking fabulous (seriously the first one I’ve ever gotten that looked better than what I could do myself). Totally worth the $35! The employees are super sweet and courteous. You will leave a happy & repeat customer!

My cuticles are in pain from my dip polish change.

I went here for the first time in Friday. I would never go here again. Frank did my manicure and pedicure which cost $40 and it was not worth it. Today is Tuesday and my toe polish is chipped and faded. My feet are dry again. When he did my nails he said feeling different today huh? Because of the color I chose for my nails. Unprofessional. While he did my manicure, he made four of my fingers bleed at the cuticle. It was really painful. He didnt even say sorry he just wiped the blood with a cotton ball and proceeded. My fingers are still sore. I shouldnt of even paid to be honest. Worst place Ive ever been to.

NEVER EVER GO HERE. I know a lady who got a severe staph infection from this place on 3/10/18 so if I was you I would never step foot in this place.
