Walked in without an appointment yesterday after reading reviews online, and was quickly taken back by Laura. I showed her a picture I had found on google of some acrylics I liked and told her to get as close to it as she could, she matched them almost perfectly, she took her time and made sure I was happy with everything she did. The price was reasonable for the time and effort put in. Im extremely happy with her work and will definitely be returning.

JULY 9: Ended up with right thumb nail infected. They refunded me for infected tumb but not for messed up gel on toes. They wanted me to waste more time and sit there while they redid my toes. They need to improve their costumer service.JULY 8: Thought Id try a new place out😔today. My nails look beautiful. Done with a dip I brought myself.A lady named Jennifer (Huyen) did my nails. She painfully rushed through my manicure as soon as one of her regular customers came in. She started cutting off pieces of my skin which have little pieces of dried blood now on it. She did not give me a good massage. In fact, she did not massage my fingers. When she gave me a massage in my arms with lotion there was still lots of dust and powders on my hand and arms, because she was in a hurry to get to the next lady. The reason that I gave this place 4 stars is because everybody was kind. Sadly the service did not match their kindness. I will say that the people/employees around me look to be working hard and I believe I just got a person that did not want to do a good job on my hands today( the nail filer had already been used too).Sadly, I will not be back.God is good.

Tina is a great nail tech. She always greets me by name and is so kind. I make an appointment every time and they are always ready for me when I walk in the door. I rarely have to wait more than 5 min for my appointment. Tina does a great job on pedicures and SNS manicures. My nails are shaped well and not too thick. Takes about 1.5 hours for a pedicure and SNS dip nails on my hands. Chairs are comfortable and the place is clean. Not too noisy. It’s on the non busy side of Turkey Creek so it’s not too hard to get in for parking.

Literally the best place to get anything done! Everyone is so kind and attentive to their clients! Ive never found place I feel like home like I do here! They take the time to get to know you on a personal level and not just a customer level. I recommend them to EVERYONE I talk to and have so many friends going here now! You really cant ask for any better service then here at LUXURY NAIL BAR!!!! ❤❤❤

Came in today for the first time and really liked Jennifer the lady that did my nails, she works fast but good, most of the nail tech at this nail bar have very limited English so communication is a bit difícil, place be patient with them they are doing their best to make you happy.Be warned that on Saturday and Sunday they are very very full, so unless you have a appointment you are going to be waiting a long time. So do your self a favor and make a appointment.I will be coming back.

Best Pedicure I’ve had in a long while! My new home for all my spa needs!

My daughter and I had a superb experience here today. We didn’t know where to go because we’re new to Knoxville. Hai was amazing. I wasn’t exactly sure what to get after he took off my acrylics and he suggested the dip and I love them. My daughter also got dip. Today we were walk ins and we were taken care very quickly. Although I could see how a walk in could have to wait on a Saturday because people love this place and I see why. I will be returning!😊

Hai is the best! He always takes his time on my nails and listens to what I have to say if I ask him to correct something. I had to bring my 6 month old with me today and he was so nice and understanding when she got a little frustrated. I also like that they have a point system for their customers. I’ll continue to drive 25 minutes to this salon, because it is the best I have experienced out of A LOT of salons! Thanks Hai!

Bottom line: Amazing service, amazing staff. Very professional service, and amazing talent from the nail team. I am very very particular about my nails, and ask for some challenging things but they always deliver!! One of the most catering salons in the knoxville area. I always leave with a huge smile and THRILLED with my purchases.

Today I walked in and was greeted with a hello and a smile. The lady asked politely to wash my hands and sign in. I did just that. I picked out a beautiful cat eye color. Sat down and the gentleman was very nice who did my nails.Unfortunately the color I chose was not put in my nail- I guess it was labeled wrong. I was not a fan of the color and it’s not what I wanted, but the color was already out on. The gentleman felt horrible, but it really was an honest mistake. They didn’t charge me for the cat eye polish because it wasn’t what I asked for which was very nice of them.I am surprised they charge extra for shaping your nail- I have never seen that before.It just very disappointing that I have to go pay more for a new color because the color I am not a fan of. But other than that great experience.

Cindy and Ethan are awesome!! Took my mom there to spoil her for Mother’s Day and they gave us above and beyond treatment. My mama said she felt like a queen! Anything we asked for they did their best to make it happen. Best place to go if you want people to take their time and take care of you! Will definitely go back.

My friend and I stopped here last week to get our nails done after shopping all day in Turkey Creek. Ethan did a fantastic job. I had asked for royal blue dip powder and he suggested I make it an ombre with silver glitter, and I love it! It turned out perfect. Definitely recommend him

Visiting the Luxury Nail Bar is a relaxing and pampering experience . I have had gel manicures and different types of pedicures and have been pleased every time . Fridays and weekends seem to be more crowded but earlier in the week is great .

I’m a travel nurse, so I have gotten my nails done at all sorts of different places and cities. This has by far been my favorite. I don’t do reviews until I’ve been to a place more than once, and I’ve loved everything about my experience both times. The pedicure was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting them for decades. Even when they’re busy, they take their time with you. The quality of my nails has been top notch. They have lasted me 3+ weeks and still look great even then. The services aren’t overpriced like a lot of different cities. I highly recommend Luxury and will be returning anytime I’m in the area!

This is the 2nd time for me I never satisfied with the result my feet isn’t changed at all the dead skin still in my feet! although I did the best and expensive kind of pedicure but I didn’t get anything!!I’m so depressed and thinking not to go there again..

I came in with my mom after work. They were super busy and I ended up having to wait while my mom got her nails done because they were short staffed. I had dinner plans so I told the man doing my moms manicure that I needed to go and I completely understood that they were so busy. He was so sweet and did a quick gel polish change for me so I wouldnt have to leave without getting anything done. They also gave me a discount for having to wait. I highly recommend this place based on cleanliness and the friendly customer service!

I am new-ish to the area and this was my first visit to this salon. I got a full set of pink & white french-tip acrylics. I am very satisfied with how they turned out...and the tech was able to get them as short as I like them to be without sacrificing the look of the French mani.

Tried this business for the first time today. I absolutely love my nails. It took a while to get started but only because they take their time. I prefer to wait and have great quality. Definitely my new nail salon!

Jacky was fantastic! He did an amazing job on my nails. The lady who started just handed me off to him like she wasn’t interested and then decided to do another persons nails... very unprofessional. My nails turned out great, although I was surprised at them charging to shape my nails, it seemed when I asked for a breakdown it kept adding up to random fees. All in all I would probably go back

Laura is exceptionally good and very detailed using acrylic for French manicures. She makes sure each nail is thin and natural looking. I drive further to get my manicures from her. Excellent manicure!

This is my second time at Luxury Nail Bar and it didn’t disappoint! Tina is the best at doing dip nails. She did exactly as the picture I brought. She didn’t rush and was focused on all the details. I will surely come back!

I made an appointment but they weren’t ready for me at all. I waited about 15 mins but wasn’t able to wait any longer so I had to leave without my fill. They didn’t let me know how long the wait would be to begin with. That would have been nice since I made an appointment and didn’t just walk in.

My daughter scheduled both of us a pedicure. They started her pedicure while I waited with my feet in the water. I waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time and no one ever showed up to give me my pedicure. So I got up to leave, and then someone came over and offered to give me a pedicure. I declined. I will not be back. I do not recommend them.

Extremely disappointed. Booked 2 appointments at the same time. They seated both me and my mom in chairs at the same time. However, they left my mom sitting there for 30 min. This was supposed to be our Mother’s Day treatment for each other. Not fun when I will finish so much earlier than her. They finally came to start AFTER she got up to leave.

The service was spectacular. Best pedicure I have had in a long time. Everyone was very sweet and really had amazing customer service. They placed my shoes in a plastic bag and even helped me put on my jacket. They should be the example of customer care to all companies!!

I love luxury nail bar! The owners are so nice. I drive 40 mins to get there and pass multiple other salons on the way to this salon. I get pedicure option number 2. During the 40 minute service you get 3 massages. Which in my opinion is well worth the cost. Helen did my pedicure today and it was awesome! The massages were very relaxing and when painting my nails she took her time. She is very detail oriented. Last year they sent a birthday coupon text which I think is a great customer incentive. I would highly recommend this salon!

I unfortunately didnt have such a great experience. They only did an overlay on my real nails, and charged me more thany daughter who got a full set. Also, the gel polish that they did, the guy didnt know what he was doing and it has already chipped 4 days later. I dont work a job where I use my hands, there is zero reason why I should have chipped nails already. Im so sad about it because I was super excited to go to the best rated salon in turkey creek. I highly doubt we will be back, nor would I recommend my friends who came in toake an appointment while I was there to come back either. What a frustrating experience!

Whenever we entered the salon they dealt with us immediately. My sister accidentally called the wrong location but they handled it very well. I got dipped nails and they got me in and out in 30 mins. I will definitely be going back there if I need to get my nails done again.

My 7 yr old daughter and I went to have a little time together. We were great at the door and then escorted to wash our hands and then to pick out our nail color. We took a seat to begin our pedicure treatments. I was 10 mins late to the appointment which I felt a little embarrassed about. The place was pretty busy but you could see they took the new procedures seriously.I had such a lovely massage with Helen I almost fell asleep. The polish looks amazing and my feet feel so light and happy. Helen took attention to detail and work quickly to get my daughter and I out the door to meet the guys for lunch. We will definitely be back!

I visited this salon for the first time on my lunch break today. I got a dipping powder with a beautiful powder purple and I absolutely loved my experience. She was very detail oriented and took the time to make sure every nail was perfect. They have definitely earned another customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am beyond impressed with this salon!! Extremely clean! (Taking the corona virus guidelines VERY seriously.) They took their time to shape and paint my nails perfectly. Gave a wonderful massage on my feet. All around the BEST nail salon I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

Went for a mani/pedi for my birthday and half way through I realized that I was cutting my time a bit too close to my dinner reservations they totally jumped in and made sure I was set and ready to go on time.
