Always great service, very friendly, and lasting gel mani and pedi

I went go get my nails done and there are hair in my nails they are bent and she kept burning and cutting my skin looked nothing like the picture I showed and she it’s to rough

Misleading advertising. They have a sign hanging at the door that says Pedicure $20. Half way through this Pedicure the woman says it will be $45. I pointed out the sign and she says that’s for regular polish only. Who does regular polish anymore? Nobody! Totally misleading and not worth $45. $45 is way overpriced for a standard pedicure. First and last time here. Won’t be back.

I called and was given a price and then I get there and was told a totally different price when I went to pay they automatically added a tip which should not have been done charged me $5 extra to take my polish off bc I went somewhere else before there l. I asked for a design and when she was painting my nails she said oh you getting at design next time if you come back I’ll do a design I just do plain this time and I just didn’t feel like that was OK with me customers should get their way. Also my pedicure was the fastest one I’ve ever had. Not very thorough at getting ingrown a or even checking nails to cut them down. I will not return first and last visit!

Overpriced misleading add on the street is a scam

Overall very poor experience and so not recommend. I went with a friend on a Saturday morning and there was only one staff member working. After informing the single staff member that we would go somewhere because we only had an hour for a pedicure, she said a second staff member would be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes another staff member shows up and after rushing through the pedicure, additional customers come in and are told 10 minutes and some were told to come back later. Saturday mornings should be expected to have heavier foot traffic and customers shouldn’t be lied to.

Ive never had a problem. Once my nail color peeled off I went back and they fixed back awesome customer service and very friendly. Love Holly she does my nails and the designs she does for me are amazing my nails always look great after I leave there.

Needless to say last Christmas I bought my wife a gift certificate not knowing it expired. After calling and pleading what happened and why we could not make it in on time to use, the answer was no we could not use. Also, when they sell certificates there is no mention that it expires, which is my fault for not reading something sealed in their own envelope as a gift to my wife. Even asked if they could honor at least half of the gift certificate and the answer was no. If this was a top notch customer service business, they would work with you. That being said, I will never spend another nickel at this nail spa.

I went to this place 3 times, last time it was quite obvious the owner did not want client of other ethnicity. I made an appointment she told me 10 minute wait turned out to be 45 minutes. You know how hindsight gets you after you leave a place, well I felt it as I waited hospitality was at her best to me, she offered water wine to other patrons. This lady actually repeated what I asked her for 4 times unbelievable all I said was I would like the gel nails removed and a fresh manicure on my real nails. It must have been something in the air that stunk, because she repeated what I said until a patron said to her what I had asked her for the first time it became comical all the ladies laughed . I didnt think she understood the first time but to continue to say it over and over. I know now she didnt want me there at all, The first time I was there she seemed a bit irritated I thought it was because her 4 inch high heel were painful but the huge red mark on the front of her foot from the strap had bled ouch so she was very annoyed with me not wanting a eyebrow wax or pedicure. Second time I had taken the nails off and wanted a fresh set, she complained that I didnt want a fill in, well its my choice on what I want. Third time is a charm, I will never go back there again she talked in her language regarding what I asked for to removed the set and give me a manicure to wear my own nails when her assistant got the drill out and started in on my nails it burned the top of my nail I told her, she got out the file. My nails have a white line across where she had used the drill, no more for me, Im done with nail salons at least hers. She made it perfectly clear that she didnt want me in there, two ladies came in obviously regular clients. They pretty much did whatever the wanted, one of them got up sat in her chair and plugged up her phone behind the area patron arent allowed, the owned was working on the other lady I heard her say to the lady my husband left me, the lady said she was sorry. When do you ever hear a shop owner share something so personal in a nail salon? I guess theres a first time for everything. This shop owner complained about everything in her language as I sat there listening. She charged as much as she could get away with, I knew I was not going back so that was not an issue, the issue was the service and I didnt fit the client list she obviously is trying to create.

Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Paint all over my toes as opposed to on the nail, and her reasoning was because I chose a dark nail polish so that’s how it was going to look regardless how many times she tried painting it. I don’t know how to add pictures on here or I would because it’s that ridiculous.

I continue to come here only because they do a good job with my eyebrows, but recently theyve allowed their small child to sit in the front and play his games and videos obnoxiously loud. No way would I sit and listen to that while getting my nails done for over half an hour, Angel is better for the price and quality.

I have only been in town for about 6 months. This place is sooo close to my house, I keep going back. The quality is fine. The atmosphere is okay, but its always a ridiculous wait even if you have an appt. They always say 10 minutes and Ive waited up to 45 min. Sometimes they only have 1 person working. I keep saying Im going to try somewhere else but end up back here thinking if Im the only one in the place, it will be faster, but they start working on others who are coming in so people dont leave. Its brutal.

I do not recommend. I walked in and said i wanted a gel full set. The lady said do u want pedicure too? I said no just nails. She said we busy come back later.. I will never go back.

Pretty sure the name of this is gel nail spa but they are super sweet every time I go in there! Ive been at least four times and have never had a complaint.

I don’t normally leave reviews because I feel like it can be a waste of time...but I felt like this deserved some attention.I have been to this nail salon a few times. I typically am not looking for things to get irritated about and I just want to get my nails done and go. $20 for a full set is a killer price, which I respect. But if you’re looking for QUALITY, I wouldn’t come here.The second time I ever came to this salon I got a mani and pedi. Mani was okay, pedicure she was rushing through (which seems to be a normal thing) and she literally was nodding off falling asleep toward the end of my pedi!! Yes. You read that right.I waited a few months and recently decided to go back and give it another shot with my SIL. We both got a simply full set with regular polish. They rushed through. Didn’t push our cuticles back, didn’t clean up or prep our nails before applying the tips and acrylic powder. Nothing. They also purposely left a noticeable space between the cuticle and the acrylic so that we would have to come back sooner. I had to tell the lady that painted mine THREE TIMES to paint closer to my cuticle because they already looked grown out! The manager heard me tell her this and she came over to butt in and tell me that it looked unprofessional. It seems like they don’t know when to say no to walk ins, so they always rush through their work. Quality is not what they care about. The manager also does not listen to what you want. If you tell her you want something filed down more or changed, she just looks at you and then tells you why you’re wrong.It stinks because this place could be great considering the amazing price point. But I would rather pay the extra 10 dollars from here on out because of the terrible service this place has.

Had my nails 2 days and one of them popped off. Come back to get it fixed at 10:30 when they open at 9:30 and the guy isnt even here and the lady inside tells me I can come back. Really not happy with this experience
