I got my nails done by samantha a bit ago and they where honestly the cutest nails ive ever had! they stayed on well and it didn’t feel like i had nails on at all!! also her art is absolutely fabulous!

I moved across town and thought Id try this salon since mine was so far away. I booked for a dip service and polish change on my toes. There was a 15 dollar charge to remove my dip from another salon. When I asked why the additional charge, I was told that it may take longer because they werent sure what kind of product was used. It immediately soaked right off, and didnt require anything special. It then took 2 hours and 48 minutes for both services. This is an obscene amount of time for what was done. I didnt post a review at that time because I just wasnt going to return. But here it is, a week and 2 days after my service and my nails are breaking (which NEVER happens) and they are lifting at the bottom (catching my hair under them). I will be getting them done this week and I generally go around 2.5 to 3 weeks between services.I am rating this as poor value due to a $75.00 visit (tip not included) that will have to be corrected sooner than my normal time between visits.

First time getting Poly gel or going somewhere other than the dime-a-dozen nail salons. I was tired of paying good money for mediocre and rushed work and was extremely pleased with my first trip! My nails turned out absolutely beautiful and shape/style was exactly how I wanted them- time spent on every detail, salon is very clean and stylish. I’m excited to have found somewhere where I can get QUALITY services.

Sam is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about all the products and the salon has a more personal setting which makes it even better! She does a one on one appointment that is well worth the money you pay. Her prices are very fair and she makes sure every detail is to your liking through the whole process. I would recommend going to her over anybody else. I have went to countless other nail techs and none have put in the time and effort that Sam did. Without a doubt she is officially my one and only nail tech I trust to do my nails! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone to check her out.

I have been to many nail salons in the Knoxville area and Nailed It Knoxville is by far one of the cleanest around. Samantha is very conscientious of proper sanitation and disinfection. She is also a very talented nail artist and technician.

Email was sent out stating that if you did not have a mask that one could be purchased at salon and upon arrival I was told I would not be serviced because they no longer had any available and I did not bring one. Mind you, I made an hour drive to go there specifically after making an appointment and payed ahead of time and wasted the time and money for nothing because they did not fulfil what ad was sent out. A person/business is only as good as their word.

Loved my pedicure!! Sam does an excellent job. The massage with the pedicure is excellent and the massaging pedicure c by air is heavenly. I highly recommend this salon

Samantha does such an amazing job! Her set up is perfect and personal! My nails have never looked this good!! I got polygel done for the first time and Im impressed!

Great service, good price, extremely happy, will return again. Its a long drive for me from Corryton to Farragut but very worth the drive.💅

Was there with my granddaughter and the nail technician (only one) tried to both of our pedicures at the same time! No personal attention to detail. We were just a number to her. When she started my granddaughter s manicure she literally nicked her fingers 5 different times to the point that some were bleedy and painful! Will NEVER BE BACK!!!
