Always speedy and the girls working here give great, clean haircuts. This is the only place that hasnt sent my husband home with a terrible haircut!

I have been coming here for about a year now, and every time has been good. This isnt a Great Clips, so dont expect to get out of here for $10.00. But, if you are looking for a quality haircut/beard trim, good conversation, and a quick beer, this place is definitely worth a shot.

I’ve had 2 great experiences here so far. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. Amy has been very helpful in scheduling my appointments. Sarah gave me a great haircut, and Tasia gave me a very relaxing and nice manicure and pedicure. If any guys are like me and have always been nervous to try these services, this is the perfect place. Pedicures are done in a comfortable room where you can watch tv or play Xbox! I was offered 2 free drinks on my arrival. Their VIP packages are a great way to take care of yourself as much as you want without worrying about the costs adding up. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend everyone stop by for a Tune Up!

Been here multiple times and have had several barbers here do an amazing job. From being greeted with a cold drink to finishing with a hot towel shave you cant beat the overall experience and ambience of this place.

This is my new man cave away from my man cave. I have been here twice now, and will come from now on for all of my grooming needs.The environment is relaxed and inviting, the staff full on professional, every single one. I never feel as if I am being rushed, or if the barber is just trying to get me done to get to the next client. While I am there, I am their only attention. I have had my hair cut by two different barbers, and my son by a third. All have done outstanding jobs with my/his cut. I highly recommend grabbing a 5-minute head massage while you are there. It will change your life!I look forward to my next visit. May get a shave and see how they are with the blade!

Good experience every time with stylists who can understand what I want when I cant put it in the right words. My only tiny nit to pick is that the free beer is all BMC types and Founders All-Day, itd be great to see some variation with the seasons, especially will all the great local breweries nearby.

Went here for the grand opening. Totally 100% blown away!! Absolutely phenomenal place! Great environment, super clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I could go on. Phenomenal. Not just because of complimentary drinks, but stylists that actually care about the quality of the work. Not much more $ than SportClips, but superior experience.

I was hoping this place would be good but sadly they just use marketing and beer to get you in the door. Barber said two words to me the whole time and now I have to go somewhere else to fix what she did to my hair. And I paid $30. I wish them the best but I won’t be back.

Set up an appointment after having enough of my long covid hair.Came in and had a beer while waiting (I was early). Looked around the front and was a really cool place. Basically a small bar with some tvs, a few old school arcade games and all the salon stuff around the corner....good start.Freddie was my barber and he was fantastic. I pretty much gave him an idea of what I used to do with my hair and told him I trusted him. He did not disappoint. I had great conversations with him and the haircut was one of the best Ive had. The hot towel and scalp massage was super relaxing. Finished up the haircut and my beer. Very, very happy with my experience. Got lots of compliments the next day on my new haircut and will definitely return.Thanks Freddie!

I had a great experience at Tune Up in Hardin Valley. I was looking for a new place to get a cut after everywhere was closed from COVID-19, and my old barber had not yet opened his doors again. I am so glad that those events lead me to this place. First off, Frank (one of the owners) greeted me at the door with a smile and a fist-bump and got me checked in. Once he lead me inside, I was greeted by his wife behind the bar who offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. The staff was all extremely friendly and they were great at conversing with all the guests and answering everyones questions. I noticed how hard the staff was working to continually sanitize everything, and they all kept their face masks on the entire time. Once I had finished my beer, I headed towards the back for my cut. Now granted, Im used to a classic barbershop cut, but this was one of the best cuts I have had in a long time. She took her time with the cut. The shampoo and conditioner with the scalp massage towards the end was pure relaxation as well. The final result spoke for itself, and even my wife made the comment that it was the best I had looked in a while. I will definitely be visiting them again!

Made an appointment for 630...... waited for 20 mins, still didnt get s hair cut. Terrible customer service with prices that rate premium, but does not live up to premium barber shop standards.
