Jenny did amazing on my toes and was very friendly and communicated so well!!! I can’t remember the name of who did my nails but they were just how I asked!! Totally in love! AND they didn’t make my nail beds bleed like every other place I’ve been! So thankful I came across them and will definitely be back! 10/10!!

I was a walk in and asked for a full set of acrylic and was taken straight back so I was happy I didnt have to wait. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he told me that he was going to do dip and I asked him if that was as strong as acrylic and how long it lasted and he told me yes very strong 2-3 weeks and I was charged $70!!!! This is my result 5 DAYS LATER!!!! Total lift on one and topcoat peeling off on several!

It was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in a salon I will never be back will tell all my friends not to do business with any of their services. They were extremely rude to my fifteen-year-old daughter made us wait 25 minutes past our appointment time when asked about the appointment time if it was going to be any sooner was rudely address and mishandled I also will be informing Better Business Bureau as well

I really love this place. They are very nice and professional. I needed my eyebrows waxed but I hadnt booked that because I didnt realize that they offered that. The lady who did my waxing was leaving but she stayed later to do my brows. She did a great job! It was fast and the results were awesome. I got a dip nail and a manicure and he did a fantastic job. I got a pedicure as well. That was the BEST! The environment is beautiful and relaxing. My lady was very nice and did a great job. They use the tub liners which I LOVE. They are very clean and do a great job. They are a little on the high end but to me, it is very worth it!

I had the cluster lashes put on today and Im in love. They are beautiful and the process was enjoyable. Overall great experience.

I went to a different salon, and walked in. The guy did an awful job, it was not even what I asked for. I called noire and I asked if they had someone who could fix the shape and the nail art. They were super busy, but they got me back quickly and fixed my nails!The first pic is before and the second pic is after

This was the absolute worst service received by Harry. The first time I went to him he was very nice. I thought I finally found a nail tech. Second time, which was today, he was very rude. My appt was at 9:30 am. He did not arrive until 9:40 am. I was fine with waiting. Front staff did not check on me or give me the colors to look at while I was waiting. No biggie. I didnt mind. When Harry finally came to work he sits down and didnt even greet me or apologize for being late. He proceeds to rush me to pick a color and figure out what I wanted. I showed him two pictures seen below of what I wanted. You can see the pick of what I actually received below. He acted like he didnt want to help me match the colors in the pic. I was very thrown off then he told me if I did not hurry up he would make me reschedule another appointment. I was very upset. I couldnt believe that he had the nerve to rush me after he came in over 10 minutes late. Very rude, dont waste your money or time coming here. He just seemed like he did not want to be there or even cared to help me.

It was expensive for a basic pedicure vs other places I’ve been to, and the lady I got spoke little to no English.I think what bothered me the most was that she burnt me a few times with a hot towel to wrap my legs up, and messed up the paint on my pinky toe she fixed it by applying the nail polish again while getting it all over my skin, but didn’t bother to apply a top coat or clean it up she seemed rushed and in a hurry to finish.It just was all around not that great of an experience I’ve been to better places and probably won’t return.

They were busy and I didn’t understand their process of getting people seen. But my nail tech did a phenomenal job and everyone was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

I usually get designs on my nails but I’ve never been here so I just got plain color to make it easy and they still ended up looking bad. The front desk workers were nice but the person who did my nails was rude and tried to push extra services on me. I only came here because it was closer to my house, but trust me it’s worth the extra driving to go out west.

Ive been twice so far and been very pleased with my acrylic and gel polish manicure each time. I always have a pic of what I want and they do a very good job. Theyre very friendly from the minute you walk in, wait is never long. Its a beautiful place with plenty of seating. Im going to do a pedicure the next time I go. They seem to stay pretty busy so I always make an appointment ahead of time.

Absolutely terrible. I have been a loyal customer since they opened this location. I received an awful pedicure and to top it off the wrong color was applied. After I questioned the color I was assured it would change after the light cycle. It did not. So I had to make an additional appointment to have it removed and replaced with the correct color. At my appointment I was told I had to have the same nail tech, the one who provided a terrible service, that is sloppy, and careless. I refused that tech and then had to pay an additional $20 to fix their mistake. This place is a joke.

I got my nails done somewhere else and in less than a week I had one break so I came here they fixed it for free and matched the dip powder so good! Just a great first experience and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I went here for the first time with my friend yesterday. We are never going back. First off, we had appointments set at 5:15 we got there checked in and ended up waiting 50 minutes for someone to even touch our nails.I got sat down with the nail tech and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she assured me she could do it.All the shapes were uneven and slanted and EXTREMELY THICK.Then she proceeded to add the color and do the design and it was completely rushed and no time taken to make sure they look good. I took my hand out of the gel thing and she said all done and walked away. I was in shock. My nails looked awful. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail place from start to finish. I’ll never be back.

HARRY is always my GO TO when it comes to my nails. Hes so neat and precise. He always gives me what I ask for. Today I also had a Pedicure with ROMEO....Again I was very satisfied! He took his time and was very gentle. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOIRE THE NAIL BAR!

We were so excited about going to get manicures and pedicures for my daughter’s birthday. We opted for the gel polish because they said it would last suuuuch a long time. Well, here we are a week later, and both of our polishes are completely peeling off. The people were nice as was the environment, but to have spent so much time and money to get this done for it to come off so quickly seems quite ridiculous.

My first pedicure ever. I thought it was great but the nail tech didnt. He had a meltdown?????. Probably will not be back. Everyone else was great.

The booking website and the app inside the location are definitely misleading. I booked for a Dipping Powder Fill $35 versus Full Set Dipping $45. But when arrived they stated that they do not do Fill-ins even though I told the rep what my appointment was for. So I would like to save $10, but as I was told it’s a local app that is used and they have no control over it. I should have been told before heading back that it is not offered by the rep. But apparently other nail salons may do it but they do not as I was told. Also, I was told the dip last longer but within 3days I had cracks at the tip of all them and also lifting.

Made an appointment online and when I went for my appointment time, I was told that there website lets you book an appointment even if they aren’t available. Was told I could wait and they’d treat it like an appointment but they would have to work me in. I looked around and all technicians were occupied and there were approximately 6 people waiting. Disappointed, I was told it’s best to call them and was given a business card.

Had a pedicure on a Wednesday and by Sunday the polish was all peeling off. They refused to re- polish my nails. Thats the worst service Ive ever experienced from any salon!! Wont be going there ever again or recommend that place to anyone, EVER!!!!

I have been going to Noire since they opened to follow my nail tech Harry from Broadway Nails. Harry is one of the best, his work is meticulous, he can do some incredible designs and I always leave happy. My hands and nails have never looked better. The pedicures are incredible and worth the money. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the results keep me happy and going back again and again!

Will not be returning to this nail salon, had my first and last trip. The nail tech was very rough causing bloody spots on the skin around my nails, and cutting way too far back into the underneath of my nail with the drimmel tool causing it to bleed as well. When confronted about causing the issue nail tech giggled and smiled like she was trying to say oops! I totally get things happen but that was very uncalled for being that rough with the little tool to clean the underneath edges up. Also she had no concerns that she had filled my acrylic down too far leaving my natural nail showing through, an anyone with common sense knows that this will cause lifting and fungus... will not be back to this salon and will not recommend anyone to come visit if asked.

Jolie and Vincent are the very best in Knoxville! They went above and beyond. Jolie has incredible artistic abilities. Great service, friendly and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I was visiting w a friend and got a pedi and nails....it was a amazing and great experience. Recommend for any female who needs the pampering.

I have been going here for years, and have never had anything bad to say. But today, I went in for a gel polish change for my toes (which I’ve had many of times) and the man who did my toes complained about how small they are, and cut my pinky toe very badly. I’ve never had anyone here complain about how small my toes are, or even cut me with a drill. Usually, they use a smaller drill for my pinky toes but he didn’t, he used a big chunky drill to try and drill the polish off. Which, led to the chunk of skin cut out....

Tried to schedule an appointment multiple times as I’m a client that has been going here since first opened. I held for 7 minutes. Tried calling back and was ask if I could hold for a moment and I said no that I had already been put on hold. She then told me that they were busy and she was the only one there. I wouldn’t have left this review, but it’s happened to me more than once. I hate to leave my nail tech, but makes you wonder if they really want your business!

First time here and it was amazing. My wife said we will never go anywhere else for a pedicure again. I had my toes, nails, eyebrows, and eyelashes done. Everything was perfect. Definitely the new regular spot.

The receptionist was BEYOND RUDE. This was only my second time going there and I’m shocked at the attitude from the receptionist. My first visit was AMAZING thanks to Vee (vy) but my second time was awful. The technician cut a chunk of skin from my big toe and it’s swollen and hurts. I originally had an appointment with Vy but I was late and they put me with this guy I didn’t catch his name. I told the receptionist about me missing my appointment an hour late and requested Vy. I was put with someone else. When I finished, I asked the receptionist if next time I could be put with who I requested. She gave me the nastiest attitude and took no accountability for her mistake in not noticing WHO my appt is with when I mentioned it to her. She brushed me off, gave a nasty look and went on about her business. This will definitely be the last time my family and I visit this place.

The Lady that Runs the Front Desk. Is Absolutely Amazing. No Matter what it was or how many people there was. She was able to take care of everyones needs in a quick timely manner.. if I was her Boss Id give her a Raise without a doubt..

I made an appt for 6 at this salon. I got there 10 minutes early. I watched walk in after walk in go before my daughter and I. My daughter was sat at 630 and I wasn’t sat until after 645. I will never use this salon again.

So I made an appointment for a pedicure for me and a friend. I asked the front desk if it was okay that we got our pedicures done at the same time. She assured me it wasn’t a big deal and they would see us for our appointment. Everything started off well. There was a larger party that walked in for pedicures but I wasn’t worried coz we had an appointment scheduled and they were told that they would be worked in. They take us back for our pedicures and my friend gets tended to and they told me it wouldn’t be more than 15 min. An hour later my friend’s pedicure was done and my feet were just soaking in luke warm water. I literally was just trying to do one thing for myself. I dried off my feet and followed my friend up to let her toes dry under the fan. The girl at the front looked at my shoes that I put back on and just said “sorry, we did the best we could..” the larger party who was supposed to be worked in were all sitting and getting their pedicures done but I had to sit there and be told that she did the best she could? I don’t really understand why someone who was supposed to get worked in was tended to before someone who made an appointment. It would have been a little different if the girls said that the pedicures would have to be done one at a time but when I made the appointment originally she said it wasn’t a problem. I will for sure never be back to this place. They need to work some things out before accepting appointments.

Booked an appointment for two pedicures and we were told someone was going to be in within 15 minutes after one pedicure getting done. It was an hour later and one pedicure was done but no one ever came for the other pedicure. This place is Ridiculous. Their response was “sorry we are just doing the best we can”... well we scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Please explain how you’re doing the best you can. Will never be back.

Booked the appointment for a fill in and regular polish but was charged for a gel set when what I received was regular acrylic. My nails were cut way too short. When I pointed out that they were also filed crooked the tech rolled his eyes and was very unpleasant

The 3 stars is an average. I love the service I get for pedicures and the front desk staff is so friendly. However, I don’t understand what the advantage is to setting an appointment vs. walking in? I sat for almost an hour tonight waiting on my appointment for a gel polish with first available?? And this isn’t the first time. The last pedicure I had I walkover 30 minutes past my appointment time. If you can’t get people in in a timely fashion, set the appointment later. No one likes to sit and wait during their time off. Again, I don’t think this is an issue with friendliness or quality just a lack of planning on the scheduling side of things.

I love this nail salon. They are a bit pricey compared to some of the other ones in the area. But im a firm believer in you get what you pay for!! They always do an amazing job amd they have someone for every type of manicure you could think of. Ive never had any issues . Once I had a nail break a few days after my manicure amd they fixed it no questions ask free of charge. Very clean and luxurious feeling location. Recommend to all my friends!!! Thank you guys so much!!

I had my toes done here and i was let down. he did gel when i asked for partial acrylics; i wasn’t told there would be a 22$ price difference with something i didn’t want. so for the toes only with no pedicure it was 57$…… and he didn’t even do my cuticles like when you get your fingernails done or clean up my toes or anything. just stuck gel on. then when he was done and gave me my ticket, there was polish on my skin that i had to ask to be removed. i sat in the salon sobbing i was so upset and still had to pay for this. i’m extremely disappointed in the business model i witnessed today. :,(

The woman who did my nails kept saying stuff about my nails that was backhanded like she kept making fun of the length. and then i even showed her a picture and she did a bad job. she was so rushed and she didn’t even come close to what i showed her. then i had to pay an extra five dollars because of the shape. i’m done going there because they always mess up or are rude. they can never do anything you show them. too low on supply. also they are never on time even when you make an appointment

Don’t bother showing up on time for your appointment because you’ll be waiting an hour if you do. Was told as I was leaving that I had to wait an hour because of the holiday...well the holiday is over. Maybe instead of expecting your paying customers to sit around you could just inform them when they check in that there’s going to be a wait. Why even bother taking appointments? Then when I mentioned that there were several people who had come in after me served first I was told they had made special requests with specific nail tech. So apparently it doesn’t matter what time your appointment is as long as you request your favorite nail tech. I have never had an issue with this salon until now but will not be going back. They do not respect your time at all.

Phalicia is by far the best nail tech I have ever had, she was very professional and kind the entire time. She did not rush and made sure that my nails were perfect, and the price was way lower than expected considering everything I got on my nails. The receptionist was also very kind and greeted me as soon as I came in the door! Would definitely recommend going to this nail bar.

Beautiful place! Loved how they took temps and requested you wash your hands upon arrival. Also, being new to Knoxville, I love where the salon is located. My appointment was an experience to say the least. I ended up wearing nail polish shavings from my previous SNS manicure all over my clothes and hair when I left, but my nails do look nice. Good thing I only had to go straight home when I left. I wasnt offered anything to drink (theyre a little pricey, so Id think a glass or two of wine would have been provided). Probably wont be my regular place, but I wouldnt rule out visiting once in a while with different technicians. I was tense the whole time by the clunkiness of my experience, so it wasnt very relaxing... 😩

I normally do not post reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Mine and my daughters nails look horrible. My daughter cried after leaving they used stickers and they are falling off. I paid 115 dollars for both sets and I could have bought glue on nails that look way better.

It was great Im not from knoxville so Ive been to a few places and didnt like the quality of the nails that were done but this place is amazing I love how professional the techs are and how my nails were done Ive already been there twice its my boo new nail salon I would recommend them to everyone also jolie is the best the two times Ive been shes done my nails and I cant wait for my next set

I went in for a birthday present for myself. I intended to get gel nailpolish and a manicure. After telling Phalicia (sorry if I spelled that wrong) what I did for a living, she suggested dipped nails. I am in love. I will be a regular for sure. She was professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful all the way around. Also pretty impressed with the price.

This by far is the best I’ve had around town in a very long time... my only issue was I feel they try to take to many I called ahead for my appointment and was taken straight back me and my friend for our pedicures but when we was done there she went to get nails done and I had to sit for 30 mins before they got to me cause they keep taking walk-ins other then service was amazing the work was amazing just have kids and didn’t have the extra time to just sit and wait.

They are following safety protocols including temperature checks before service and plexiglass between manicurist and client. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about this salon! I got the exact color and shape I wanted and Rose who did my nails was beyond sweet and attentive. I didn’t have to wait long to be seated and the place is so clean. I can tell the really care about the integrity of your nails and it is so appreciated. Absolute best nail experience of my life. I can go several weeks in between manicures because of the quality of these, but I don’t because I love coming in to get them done. The pedicure in the back room is dimly lit, quiet, and the best and most relaxing I’ve ever had.

Amazing find!! So happy there’s a nice place on the East Side! The place is gorgeous. There’s plenty of space, much like their sister store on N Broadway in Fountain City. But hold on to your hat, because the pedicure rooms are on POINT! Relaxing lighting, comfy chairs, waterfalls!! I feel like I’m in Vegas. Definitely going to be putting more pedicures on my schedule!!

The salon is pretty. The work that they do is good.One of the front desk girls waivered in her customer service. I didnt get her name. I called on Friday to set up a ful set. Then Sat b4 I went to my appt, I called to ask for a pedi and eyelashes. It was doable for the pedi. I asked for the other salon they have on Broadway. The girl saidoh just wait till you get here and well call them.So on I went. Then I expect my person to do my nails first but, he started on my pedi. I then remembered about the eyelashes and called over a front desk person. I explained what the girl said on the phone told me to her. She was like.... You can call them but we cant. And I said why didnt you tell me that on the phone when I called in earlier?So I call and set up an appt..I was receiving a pedi and tried to talk low bc of the ambience. But they couldnt hear me so I pulled down my mask. Then they could hear me and I set up the appt. About that time the other girl comes back and told me to put my mask on! I was like, What?. I was far enough away from my tech and her. I was embarrassed. I mumble Im already angry with you..... ( about the eyelash thing). She just walked off. Later pin the other came back sms apologized forthe mess up!She was sincere. It was a lack of communicating with each other.The techs do not tell you prices.... so BEWARE.They are a little higher. BE PREPARED.Lastly, about the pedi.... not enough massaging for the price!!!!

The pedicure room being separated from the main nail area of the salon really sets Noire apart. The dimly lit pedicure room is super relaxing, and the foot rub was one of the best Ive ever had while getting a pedicure. I also did powder dip for my nails. I prefer to keep mine short, and they were shaped exactly as I specified. We will definitely be back.
