As a mechanic for BIR the shop is very well equipped with tools and machines. Jimmy is great to work for and is willing to work with us side by side in shop.

This is by far the best Company that I have worked for, they really give you the miles you want and the Owner is Super Cool, Paul my Dispatch is a Sweetheart, William, Tammy, and Eric are Just the Nicest people you will ever come across, all of the Mechanics are right on time with the service and Paul the Mechanic is hilarious, I love BIR for giving me a chance

Needed help with storage and they delivered big time with great rates. Always provided seamless tracking of shipment, majority tractors & trailers are new in their fleet. The best part is they have their own terminal yards at many locations, so majority of the time in my case pickup & delivery dates are 2-5 days apart, they always provide safe transit as they maintain their own terminals & yards with tight security & utmost care of shipment. Drivers are very responsive, well mannered, its always a pleasure speaking to them for any query during transit. my shipments are always before time of any appointment round the clock. I am happy that i am in association with a company which believes in core values of customer relationship & promise to haul my shipments. keep up the good work...... Appreciate.

Ive been with this company 3and a half years. My dispatcher keeps me moving. Home every weekend. Our equipment is always at its best. Shop is quick to have your truck ready to roll. We have def at all our terminals. If you have a problem will try to work it out.

The company says your out 2-3 nights a week. That isnt true. I was out all week. Left out on sunday night and got home Saturday morning with 3 hrs left on my 70. Dispatch called wanting me to do more. They dont care about the driver just the load. Your dispatcher isnt even in America. There in India. The job isnt worth what they pay.
