My truck wouldn’t start and I had to have it towed to my mechanic Tom’s Auto Clinic. My Roadside Assistance chose Davis Towing to deliver my truck. Dylan arrived promptly and immediately noticed that tree branches over my driveway would scratch/damage my truck. He not only agreed to wait while I cut the branches down but also helped drag them out of the way. It’s not often you have someone that will notice a problem but will also lend a hand to solve it. I definitely recommend.

When we were in a bad situation while traveling with our young daughter, he went above and beyond to help us get safely home. This is the company that AAA said would tow my vehicle from my dads to a place in Strawberry Plains, AAA told me 2 hrs. I called this place he told me midnight, I’m still waiting and it’s after midnight and he told me I could go to bed. Where? In my dads driveway? I don’t even live here, so since I’m not broke down on a road, it’s not important to them. This is insane, I have been waiting for 4 hrs and my sick child is sleeping in the back seat! I don’t recommend going through this company with AAA, you don’t get the truth with either company!!

Amazing customer service. I called Barry at 6:58 PM and he said he’d be able to make it to my location within the next 20 minutes. Sure enough, at 7:18 he arrived to tow my vehicle. I don’t mean to set a precedent for the company, but having waited for AAA for four hours the night before, only to have to cancel the request because it was getting late and I worked the next morning, their punctuality was greatly appreciated. Not to mention that Barry was able to provide me with objective advice regarding what to do with my vehicle and was very easy to talk to. Thank you Barry, it was greatly appreciated!

1st let me start by saying that I NEVER leave a review unless the service is EXCELLENT or extremely BAD... my experience with Barry was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and kept me informed the entire time. Little back story: my dad was in a motorcycle accident on the Dragons Tail (by the grace of god he will be ok) my family is from OHIO... My dads bike needed towed 211miles to SC. I know it might not seem like much, but the amount of care this man put into my experience... means the world... Davis was dispatched to us after a call to AAA when we assumed we would need a tow because our car wouldnt start. Barry arrived and quickly jumped our car. He was friendly, cheerful and, most importantly, knowledgeable. We already had the place picked out to take our car for whatever fix it needed. Barry had nothing but nice things to say about the place we intended to use, but I felt confident going on with our day after his help. Its never fun to have car trouble and it definitely puts a damper on your day. Barrys knowledge and kindness was so comforting when we werent having great luck. Today Tyler came to my house to remove a Nissan truck. Over the last 5 years we have had AAA to the property, several times, to have a vehicle towed. No one has ever been able to remove one from the garage.Today Tyler not only got the truck off the property but he also cleaned up a mess left behind when the truck was moved and was very kind and friendly. His partner took photos/video of the entire process. Im greatful for that for several reasons. If I had any cash on me, I would have given it to them! I will call them ONLY for my towing needs.HAPPY TOWING TYLER!!

I had my first wreck on the highway one night when I hit a deer at 65MPH. I was so shaken! I had to get my car home. I was afraid to turn it over to a stranger. We had used Davis at work, so I called them. They were so nice to me on the phone and actually helped me get calmed down. The wrecker operator got there as quick as he could. He was really nice to me. I was so grateful for their service and also their compassion when I needed them!
