Great customer service. They make you feel very welcome and Appreciate your Business. There’s not that many storage place in that area but they’re pretty good for being a older storage place.

Great customer service. We were not able to rent from here because of what we were storing, but Dale was very helpful throughout the entire process and the bonus discounts that we were not able to utilize.

This is the place to go for storage. Its clean and well maintained. The people in the office are professional and looking to help you. Prices in line with others but have incentives.

The facility needs wider alleys not enough room for large storage trucks to turn or pass other vehicles in the alley. Also I was told I can not use the dumpster inside the facility to throw away moving garbage by the man In the office. I didnt see anything in the contract about not being able to throw away moving trash. Price is steep for a non 24 access facility.

Got the storage unit I needed when everyone else was full! Price is great at $0.65 per square foot. The Manager was very knowledgeable and supplied me with everything I needed.

Doug was very nice and professional! Took us to see the unit and all was set up and completed in about 15 minutes. He had locks and moving boxes on site. This saved me extra trips!

Rented there for several months. Kristi was very helpful and went above and beyond by staying late to check me in so I could get an early start the next morning before they opened! Unit was clean and ready for me upon arrival. No issues with safety at all. Would definitely recommend and rent there again.

The managers are awesome took really good care of everything I needed. I had a lot of deliveries made to the unit for my work and they made sure all my packages got into the unit safe and secure. I appreciate all they have done and recommend this location to anyone looking.

Chris was very nice and an interesting person. I wish I could know more about him. He saved me with a bottle of water in a hot summer day. However when I requested one extra month during the lease, the extra insurance was added to my charge without asking my permission. That was not Chris though, should be another manager.

Since Cube Smart took over our bill has increased $80 per month! We were paying $170 for a 10x40. We down sized to a 10x30 to get our cost down. Within a month of cubesmart taking over they went up $20 per month. This past year they increased $50 per month! IT’S RIDICULOUS!!! They do this because they know most people will pay it because they don’t want to move their things! They’re the highest in Knoxville!If your looking for a storage unit that’s always ripping you off..then by all means try cube smart!

The staff I encountered while setting up the account was very knowledgeable and informative. Being able to reserve online prior to arrival was helpful. I appreciate the professional and kind attitude of the manager. Overall, this was a good experience and I would recommend this company to others.

Ive only had the storage unit for two days. So far, so good. I was treated very well by the office personnel and the unit was clean. I feel confident that if any concerns present themselves, the office personnel will be very helpful.

Needed a space for the 2 week gap between apartment leases. I was told that the smallest space they had was 10x10. Quite bummed about having to pay the extra money for space I didnt need, I went ahead anyway and got it. The man at the counter was super nice and gave me a significant discount for students but it seems like he just felt bad for me. It was VERY MUCH appreciated and I told everyone I knew about it. Very pleased!

A good safe place to store all of your stuff. The staff are very friendly and the units usually very clean. The hardest part is getting in and out of the facility since you cannot go across traffic back into town, you have to go up the road and turn around. I feel that this facility is very clean and upkept

First time user of storage units...staff was very friendly & helpful. Price is a little more than I want to pay, but I believe Cubesmart prices are about standard for any storage place. I was able to get 10% off & the first month free so that helped.

June was wonderful, she made everything easy and was out getting the spider webs down and checking on locks when I arrived. It just makes me feel more secure when I know the staff is keeping up with things.

Units are in good shape, and facilities are in good shape. Kristi was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions.

The only reason I cant give it a full five stars is the location, the street leading up to the property often floods. I know the company has no control over that though. The manager is extremely friendly and professional, and the property itself is well maintained.

Had my unit broken into twice while I was at training with the US Army. After the first time they repaired the detached door track by placing a brick behind it. There are no cameras in the back unit area. They will take no responsibility, I had around $25000.00 worth of items stolen.

We used the Shotsman Ln storage facility for several months. Upon move-in, our access code did not work at the entry gate. The site manager gave us her own code to the facility, an unprofessional solution to simply giving us a new, working code. Within the first week, there was a dead mouse directly at our unit. Spiders and bugs are to be expected, but no follow-up was taken when asked for the unit to be sprayed. Several times the site manager nor any employee was available at office during listed business hours. This happened on multiple occasions. Other times employees from other locations would be covering this location and could not provide help or answers. At move-out we found a birds nest, snake skin, and mud dauber nest in the unit. We went to the office and asked for the birds nest to be removed so we could continue moving our belongings out. After 3 hours it still had not. Once our belongings were out we went back to the office and asked the employee covering to contact the site manager about the snake skin, birds nest, and vermin in our unit. She stated she would send an email to Regional Manager and we would hear back within 48 hours. After 3 weeks and an unreturned voicemail, I finally got back in touch with the site manager who stated there was nothing they could do. Attempts to call corporate led to two voicemails not being returned over a two week period. Finally I spoke to the Vice President of Operations who apologized for the lack of follow-up but stated there was nothing he could do since we were no longer tenants. This is quite easily the worst customer service I have ever received.

Deceptive advertising. Advertise a price then when you go to pay they add on a MANDATORY insurance fee. You cannot opt out of this extra fee. I will move my contents back to Alcoa where it was cheeper in the first place and no mandatory insurance fee...I will never use them again and do not recommend them...a bunch of crooks

They were very helpful, the storage was clean and it was close to home.

From the first time I called and spoke to Brittney, she was very helpful. I went to the central location and I was trying to find Brittney and instead found another lady there that was trying to get me to rent there. so I left to find Brittney. she was so nice in person. gave me a walk though and showed me everything she had and answered all the questioned I had. she was the reason I rented at shotsman. now im sadden to learn she is moving to your cental location. wish I could move all of my stuff over there but I cant. so please send another good rep over here. thank you and I would suggest any of your Knoxville locations to anyone.....

Desperately needed a short term safe storage facility and CubeSmart came through. The staff at the Shotsman location were helpful, friendly and courteous.

Rented a 10x10 unit. Contract states 10x10 unit. Online states 10x10 unit. What I got was a 98 by 88 unit. When confronted, the owners told me this was normal and all their unit measurements are approximate. I stated that is not noted anywhere at any point in the contract or information leading up to the rental. Asked them if they had any 10x10 units at all, was told no and they suggested I go visit another facility and measure their units if I needed one. Dont rent from them or if you do, make sure you dont get cheated and measure the unit.
