Very nice people great service. Had a bad bearing in the front of a Silverado. They got to part and installed it for $80!Highly recommend them. I am from out of state and could have been gouged for the repair, not these guys.

The people at Crows are honest and good at what they do. Ive had them look at a 1987 Jeep Cherokee and 2001 Suzuki Vitara a few times and they either fixed the issues or pointed me to where I could get it fixed or what parts to fix it myself. Some mechanics wont even look at older vehicles, but the Crows mechanics arent afraid to. The small parking lot is somewhat of a pain depending on the crowd, but their service is worth it.

I was really pleased . The owner was extremely honest with the work that needed to be done . I was quoted two inner tie rod . Come to find out I only needed one . My car was done in a timely manner . I highly recommend .

My driver side caliper randomly locked up and started melting the hubcap of my 2013 F-150 today, and I cant be more thankful it happened in front of Crows! An hour from home and 15 min until closing time, and they stayed an hour past close so I could get home to my family (and charged me MORE than a fair price, even after it took 3 trips to get my parts)!!These gentlemen are absolutely amazing! Ill be back in the future. Thank you guys, you were an absolute lifesaver today!!!

Very polite. Fast and efficient service. No run around, no hassles, and no trying to sell me a laundry list of things i do not need (unlike Firestone). Went here for an alignment and was in and out in almost no time. Price was fair and the work was good. I will be using them for any future alignment work.

I thought my front end was in bad shape.. I found out my front tires were wore out in the inside really bad.. 2 tires were ordered and my alignment was done first thing in the morning.. very satisfied with the work and reasonable price for the work..

We came in thinking we needed an alignment while talking with the friendly staff we discovered that an alignment was not our problem at all! A band had broken inside the tire making it do similar things that it would have done if it needed an alignment. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH for not bull@$%%%&*@ us just to get our money !!! Fast and cheap work but Ive had to bring it back three times over the same issue. Also I had a leak in water pump because they didnt replace gasket when they took it off to put serpentine belt back on . Might be cheaper work but my vehicle has left me stranded 3 times instead of once . STAY AWAY!

If youre looking for quality service for your vehicle, youve found it! Crow has been keeping Knoxvillians on the road for over 40 years. Emily, the office manager, is the bees knees! Shes quick to answer any questions you may have and a friendly face to talk to while you wait. Soffee the shop dog is about as sweet as they come, and maybe as lazy too. Bring your car in for servicing and take a step back in the past to days of people sitting around the country store solving the worlds problems.

Great, friendly, low cost, and fast service! Crows has saved me from the outrageous prices of other mechanics many times. Theyll get it fixed right.

Nobody is perfect and people make mistakes but one thing I know for a FACT is that Crows is good for if they do make a mistake they want to know about it and want you to come back so they can fix it and I have never seen them charge anyone for coming back and letting them fix their problem. I myself have been going to Crows for years now and yes I do work here but I (as a woman) would like to say that I have seen so many people treated terribly & ripped off that I cant stand that & we have a conscience. I am very sorry you had a problem and wish you would come back and let us help you some time but I understand your frustration if you do not want to come back. As for future customers, I wish you would give us a chance, there is a reason we have been around for 16 years in this location and 27 in our old shop. Just give us a try! Hope to see you all! Also, please PLEASE let us know if you have ANY problems because we DO care and want to make things right.

My car need to do alignment and search a lot of shop online and choose crow’s finally. They are like family shop but what’s matter, in and out super fast, the price is lowest in town.

Just bought a used Durango SUV to fix up. It needed new Ball joints, tie rods, etc. After fixing it I tried to take it to several alignment shops since Alignments are best left to professionals. All of them wanted to do More work. One guy said I needed leaf springs (I had just towed my Step Fathers boat from Knoxville to Kingston with 0 problems., another shop said I needed Ball Joints even though I just changed all 4 of them. One even said he would not work on it because I already did the rest of the work. I live in Sevierville so I tried all the Big shops from Sevierville all the way down Chapman to the Lowes area in South Knoxville. I was about to give up when I remembered my Uncle use to go to Crows in South Knoxville. I walked in expecting the same routine I had gotten at least 5 times and was greeted by a dog in the Office. as I petted the dog he started wagging his tail and a few seconds later a pretty young lady asked if she could help me and I explained the situation. A gentleman of my senior walked in and I noticed the name Crow on his shirt so assumed this to be the proprietor. I once again stated the situation and plainly said Please I just need it straight enough to drive until I get the funds to finish it. He looked at me, then to the dog who was standing between us as if to ask, What do you think? After a minute of contemplation the gentleman smiled and said Ill take your money but I cant make you any promises. They pulled it onto the rack and hooked it up, One of the mechanics even took the time to bring to my attention a detail about a mishap where we had misshaped and left 2 essential washers off the control arm. We discussed the pros and cons and came to the conclusion that it was safe to drive as long as traffic laws were obeyed. I think the phrase was No hot rodding or 4 wheeling until you get this fixed. Then the magic began. In 7 Minutes they were taking the truck off the rack and Crow took it for a test drive. I graciously payed the man and swapped stories with another old timer that was in for. you guessed it,an alignment.I am sorry I have made this so long winded. I guess I am an old timer myself now, but When I walked into Crows Alignment it took me back to the days of the old Barbershop. Men of good Moral stature willing to not only do exceptional service, but make you feel like you belonged, that you were welcome, and if you were nice to the Good Ole Dog, might leave with a little more wisdom than you came with.Oh and by the way, The truck drives just as smooth and straight as my Lincoln Town Car does now. A++++++++++++ Job.1st Time Customer, Now Lifetime Customer.

Very rude employees, nobody knows what they are doing. They tell me some thing is wrong with my vehicle but cant tell me what it is.
