DUSTIN SAVED THE DAY!!!What can I say... I and three ladies I was driving from Virginia to Chattanooga found ourselves parked on the side of the road with a popped tire that I bought brand new just yesterday!! The first shop I called was this one and I spoke with Dustin who kindly let me know that he didn’t have a tire to replace it with and recommended a few other places I could check. I called around, to no avail. Finally, my friends and I decided to just go to a shop and see if they can at least patch the tire... so I decided, let’s go to the first spot I called. He was kind and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. We pull in and as my friend started to describe the situation, Dustin said, “ahh yes, we just spoke!” They were able to put a tire on for me after all! Kyle took less than two minutes to put it on.Their solution mindedness, their willingness to help, their GRACE. Best customer service I’ve had in such a long time. I’m so grateful and blessed that we caught a flat tire to come across Dustin and his shop to be reminded of the goodness of humanity. Thank you! We will make it to our conference in time because of you!

We were on the way to a leadership conference in Chattanooga when our tire popped in Knoxville. We called in AAA to place a donut in place of the tire and drove to Legends Auto & Fleet! Dustin explained the options to us, and was patient and kind. Kyle was able to patch the tire in a clean and prompt matter. At the end the service was also cost efficient and before we knew it, were back on the rode. Thanks, again!

I was absolutely surprised that my change in my ashtray and my ashtray were stolen here and after paying 200 dollars for work that didnt even fix the problem that was occurring. I do not recommend this place for any kind of work but if you are looking for thieves and crooks this is the perfect place to find them. I would give no stars but thats not an option. Knoxville dont waste your money with this local auto shop and cancel them from existing.Update: after I left this review, the owner has the nerve to call me on my personal line to confront me about a very truthful review and openly admits to leaving cars unlocked on the street by his shop and says things get taken all the time. My advice just from how he handled this situation, take your money elsewhere. You will get stolen from.

Great place to get your car maintained as well as worked on if something major happens. They truly care about the outcome the job like its there own vehicle!!!

As a truck driver I been to many shops and I did a wheel seal, mechanic fixed the seal but forgot to put something back in didferential, put the seal on again, broke it taking it off, and oil leaked all out again. Now that Im in another city. Very bad very poor job, sloppy, but I went to other shop, they paid them to fix it properly, respect.

These guys are the absolute boys. Dustin set me up today. I never feel confused about work that was performed, and they always call me ahead of time to update me when my car is almost ready. For every issue I’ve ever had with my vehicles, they have taken care of me quickly and kindly. Legends Auto every single time.

My name is Thomas and I visited your location today, August 13, 2018. I had a loose splash guard underneath my vehicle that was dragging on the ground. I pulled into this location in order to have it looked at. The owner/manager immediately had someone jack up the vehicle and look at the issue. The issue was fixed extremely quickly. I was in and out of the location within ten minutes or less. The owner and mechanic were extremely courteous. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will return again when I have additional issues with my car. Thank you again for your great service.

Moved from out of state and many of my co-workers recommended Legends. Have been going back for every need on all of my vehicles since then. Great service and great results. The management is very kind and explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. They make me feel like Im important to them and always know my name when I walk into the office. Havent had one issue with any of my vehicles since I have been using them for preventative maintenance. Overall, the prices are very fair compared to anyone else I have gone to in the past but most importantly its a shop I feel I can trust.

This place is a gem. They can pretty much fix any vehicle problem you have, major or minor. Theyve even taken me to work while they fixed my car(s). Always gas service and they wont let you leave until they check it twice. Steve K. is a great service manager here and I absolutely recommend using their services

I took my Mitsubishi to these guys to have the oil changed because they are just a few blocks from my house. It was something like $19 for a synthetic oil change. I also brought my old Jeep down and asked them to drill out the holes in the receiver hitch in the new bumper I installed earlier in the summer, which werent large enough to hold the appropriate sized pin. They just threw that in for free.The place is generally overrun with FedEx trucks, but dont let that dissuade you!

Had the air conditioning repaired and a new strut. Had the vehicle for over a week. Labor alone was almost $200. Total bill cost: $600 +. We believe we could have gone somewhere quicker and cheaper for the same job.

My experience at Legends was Fantastic! They found mire for me than I Even knew was needing done with my car! Wonderful work done, now I feel safer and happy on the road. I believe I got more than my moneys worth.....
