The service was by far the best around. She was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what the problem was and then gave the right estimate to fix the problem. The phone was repaired within 1/2 hour and worked as if it was new.We definitely will let everyone we know about this business and will bring any of our own repairs back.They offered the best service and prices and then the best repair in the area!

My phone was dropped on the ground on accident by a coworker and the front screen on my phone was completely shattered.Instead of going to an Apple Store to get it replaced, I started looking at businesses nearby in town. There were only 2 businesses nearby,“uBreakiFix” and “iFix.”I called “iFix” who the Dwayne the owner answered, and after informing him what happened, he told me to come in and he’ll get it fixed right away.When I tell you about QUICKNESS, I was in shock at how fast he was able to fix my phone. I had gone down to a store around the corner and came back 15min later and my phone was already done and fixed.Honestly it looked like a BRAND NEW phone!!!He told me he cleaned it all up, even the microphone and speaker. Even after using it after a couple days I could tell how crisp and even more clear I could hear phone calls.And for the price, I was COMPLETELY satisfied.Thank you Dwayne for everything, I will definitely tell all my friends about your business.

If you have a device that needs to be fixed, look no further than this Husband Wife team at iFix. They are a locally owned family business, no corporation issues here. I had brought my Samsung Tablet that had a cracked screen to another repair center in the area and it took 1 month for them to tell me that they were unable to get the correct part. Once I got my device back I called up iFix and Dwayne told me to bring the tablet in and he will take a look.I brought the tablet directly there after the other place and he took a look and said he can have the part the next day and I would be back up and running within 24 hours. I also mentioned that the other place was supposed to fix the Charging Port and if he could take a look at it for me as well. The next day I got the call saying the tablet was ready within 24 hours!!! He also replaced the charging port for us, and let me know that the other place did not even touch it, even showed me the part he removed which was still the original.They did the repair within 24 hours for less than half the price of the other place. Thats what happens when you go to a locally owned business, they are not constrained by the same distribution issues as corporations. Very friendly and honest. I will recommend this place to any I know that needs any devices repaired.

Quick and friendly. Owner knows a lot about the technology and had my screen replaced quick. Plus there is a cupcake place next door while you wait for your screen to get replaced.

They do more than Apple products. They replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S8. It took about 30 minutes. It is as good as new with a 1 yr warranty. $15 less than competition as well. Great company!

Phone broke 2 hours after I got it fixed and they still wanted to charge me more to get it fixed again.

IFix replaced an iPhone battery and fixed some issues with my Dad’s phone yesterday. They also took time on a Saturday to answer all of his questions about the phone. They charged him next to nothing - everything cost less than the discounted battery replacement at the Apple store. Honest, patient, polite and skilled people are running this business - go here instead of the Apple store for repairs.

Incredible experience!! Dwayne and his wife are quickly building a very good company built on trust, service, and good communication. I neeeded my iPhone 7+ screened repaired, I made the appointment online, they came to my house to pick up the phone, took it back to their store, fixed it and returned it within the hour. I have a galaxy s8 and the LCD broke and there were also cracks along the side of my screen. They put a new back, screen, frame, and LCD in all for the most reasonable price they could give me. It was like almost getting a brand new phone. They respected my privacy and answered all the questions I had, plus they have a 12 month warranty. If I could give them six stars, I would!

Having had a previous iPad repair that lasted only a few days I waited several weeks before writing this review. Based on that sad former experience I chose an Apple products repair service that offered a lifetime warranty on repairs when I cracked my iPad Air screen. My first positive experience with iFix in Bourbonnais was when the actual price turned out to be $75 less than quoted. I had forgotten exactly which iPad I have and initially gave the wrong information. They could have charged the additional $75 and I would have been none the wiser, but they didnt. The next positive experience was rapid turn around. I had to ship the iPad by FedEx. They seem to have fixed it within a few hours of receipt and had it on the way back to me immediately. I was without the unit for less than a week. Most important, the iPad is working like new and has been for quite a while. I expect this to continue as long as I own the device, but if any issues with the screen develop Im confident the folks at iFix will make it right. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service on an iPhone or iPad.
