PLEASE READ. I rented a unit from feb 16 to march 2 at 409 Coventry rd Davenport FL. When I first called, Gregg was kind, trusting and helpful. Upon opening the door for the first time, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled like a used gym sock or wet dog. The layout was nice, the pool was nice but the house had some problems. There were stains in the carpet throughout the house. Dirt in the corners of the garage (which is advertised as a game room not a garage). The pool net covering had tears and there were ant hills everywhere on the inside around the pool. The couches also had a bad odor and stains (some looked inappropriate). I notified Gregg of the situation and he told me he would tell the PM and let me know what was to happen. Gregg called me back and told me that they can get a cleaning crew in there while we were out to clean the carpet. Now heres the problem with that; When you are on vacation you dont want to be bothered with stuff like this, cleaning the carpet should be done in between renters. I called to some cleaning companies while I was there and they told me that the carpet wouldnt be completely dry until the next day (anyone who tells you different for a thick carpet like this is lying). Any professional in Greggs line of work should know that this would be an inconvenience to any hard working person spending a lot of money trying to give their family a good vacation. Gregg and I talked about maybe the cleaning company can come by while we were at Disney but after Gregg and I ended our call I thought to myself that it wasnt a good idea, I felt like this should have already been done while the house was vacant. After I told the cleaning company to leave (who were not wearing masks when they came to the door). While all of this was going on, Gregg and I had another issue with the pool heat. The pool heat is recommended by Gregg for the winter months and I agreed. Its $33.00 a day and we paid for 14 days from feb 16 to march 2. When we arrived I assumed that the pool would be heated but it wasnt. I told Gregg the next day and he told me that he would check it out for me which he did on the 17th. He assured me that the heating system was on but the pool was still not heated. I asked him if we would be reimbursed for the days it wasnt heated and he told me that the PM should reimburse me. The pool heat did not come on until the 19th and this is how I think why that is, the pool heating system takes 48 hours to heat the pool, on the 17th Gregg checked the system and told me it has been on but I think that on the 17th was when the system was really turned on. It just makes sense. So since we went for 3 or 4 days without the heat I was pretty sure that Gregg being the professional that he is would get me $99 to $132 back from the PM because he previously said that I should get reimbursed but Gregg then told me that I wasnt titled to that. I noticed that Gregg says one thing on the phone and another through email. The neighbor Frank told me that he was so pleased to see a family in the house because its usually a party house (kinda explains the inappropriate stains). It cost me $2,300 for the house and $475 for 2 weeks of heated pool but we only got 11 days worth. Now Gregg is going to reply back telling me that my comment is a lie and Im wrong but I will gladly send the emails to anyone upon request. Im not saying to go somewhere else Im just saying if youre going to rent with Orgova make sure its for an adult party and not a family vacation also make sure that the pool heating system is turned on 48 hours before arrival (get pictures, videos and a guarentee). Your move Gregg.

Booked with Gregg a holiday home for 2 families, and it was a pleasant and seamless experience. Great customer service and pricing, emails answered immediately, recommendations from being local and having personal experience. Most importantly, they are decent folks - that give you confidence when you book with them.Happily recommend to others and I wont be hesitating to book with Orgova again.

Best experience. The hosts were quick to respond after we spent countless hours on the road because we had to cancel our 1st choice of home. Orgova gave us a completely different perspective! They were very welcoming and comforting. We will most definitely be booking with Orgova when we come to Orlando again. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Stayed in Kissimmee at Windsor at Westside. Absolutely beautiful and within just a few miles of Disney (and hats off to the management group for giving us driving direction tips to avoid all the traffic)! Stayed 4 nights and just HAD to book another day...luckily they were available and on call! Will continue to stay here again!
