We stood here and Hale is a great time with the family

My husband and I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Easy Choice. The unit we rented through them was roach infested and they didnt even try to deal with the situation for over a week and a half even though we called them several times and went to their office. When the pest control people finally came to our condo to assess the situation we were told the kind of cockroach there couldnt be sprayed for but they would put out bait and it could take two weeks or more to get rid of them. We only had two weeks and a couple of days left to stay there and, of course, couldnt remain in the unit with the roaches which the pest control people asked us not to kill so that the bait could be bought back to the nest to kill the babies. We asked Easy Choice to move us to a different unit but their solution was to move us six times in the following two weeks and we would be required to pay the cleaning fees for each move. We had already spent a terrible two weeks with the roaches and couldnt agree to their solution. We asked for a refund so we could find another place to stay ourselves. They refused to refund our money and said they had done all they were required to do. We obviously couldnt stay any longer with a unit inhabited by roaches and left anyway. We managed to find alternate accommodations at a great cost to us, way over and above what we had budgeted for our vacation. My husband and I were truly discussed with the treatment we received from Easy Choices management personnel . It was abominable. They should be ashamed to call themselves professional. They are obviously badly in need of training in how to deal with customers. We would never, ever book through Easy Choice again and most definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone else. 👎
