Me and my family stayed for a week and we loved it!They houses are very neat and tidy. There was a issue with a tv however it’s totally understandable because people are constantly using them, so i called George the owner and in less then 30 minutes I had someone come and fix it. Other than that everything else was great, the pool was clean everything was spotless when we arrived I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

The quality of the property was superb to say the least, the staff was very friendly and I’m very surprised with the quick response times, there is no doubt in my mind that me and my family will be renting from Apex again, thank you for such a wonderful time!!!!

I did an interview with George Camara (C.E.O.) of Apex Vacation Homes, I shortly after rented one of their properties and I was at a loss for words, the quality of the homes as well as the cleanliness was top notch, however I must say that the entry system seemed a little confusing at the start, the staff was quick to assist me with my troubles. Very bad experience. To begin with, two televisions did not work (one of them the main one), a fan did not work and there was no cleaning pool. We went the next day and only the main TV was fixed. They didnt tell us anything about the rest. We talked to Jenny again, especially for the cleaning pool and she told us that we cant take a bath in a week and a half. We say that we bought the cleaning pool from us and that we passed the charge and said no. We chose this house by the pool and we cant bathe because Jenny doesnt have time to buy the cleaning pool. Jenny is very rude. It does not offer us solutions. We are paying for a house with a swimming pool so as not to bathe. I just hope your manager reads this comment. Thanks Jenny, we will never go back to Apex. No trust in a company with workers like that.

My family Rented a house from apex for a week. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean. On the second night when we arrived home, we had an issue with the a/c We called apex and they sent someone to have it fix the same night. This company is outstanding. Thank you Jenny for helping us with the purchase of the tickets to Disney.We highly recommend Apex to all our family and friends.

My family and I loved this place, I would recommend Apex to all my friends. The staff are wonderful. Clean and spacious home. We will return to Florida and rent from Apex again.

My husband and I had an amazing experience renting with APEX Vacation homes. The house was beautiful and spotless. The lady named Jenny was very helpful also! Definitely booking with them again!

Stayed for one week with the whole family and the recommended place was perfect. Just one issue with the ac but it was taken care of before we got back from the parks. Will stay again definitely.
