For context, this was our 4th stay in Kissimmee in 18 months, and we used VRBO. We only have 5-star reviews as guests and pride ourselves on cleanliness and open communication. Weve received nothing but positive feedback from owners/managers for our communication, which is to help them out.Our family of 4 stayed at 8137 Sun Palm Dr. and it was our first time staying at a Global Resort Homes property. Due to a late flight and a long line for car rental, we did not get to the home until 3a and went right to bed. When we got up the next morning and noticed that there was a hose in the pool, coming from the neighbors screened-in lanai (pictures attached). I called to tell GRH about the issue. The woman said the pool guy would come out to take care of it, and I explained that because the tap water was running into the pool for a long time, the water was ice cold. GRH charges for pool heat, but I asked the woman if they could warm the pool up that morning without charging us due to the inconvenience, and not to have free pool heat for the whole stay. She said she would ask and call me back.After the call, we noticed the spa jets would not turn on. A while later, we did a load of laundry with the temperature set on Tap Cold, and hot water came out. I messaged them about the issues, and they said they would have a tech come over that day.Around noon, the pool guy was taking care of the hose, but said management didn’t tell him about the spa jets, so he fixed that too. After several hours of no call from GRH, I messaged them, asking about the pool temp and letting them know the pool guy fixed the hose and spa jets. GRH staff member Jessica replied that the washer hoses will be addressed, but that is no reason to have free pool heat. At no point did we ask for free pool heat because of washer hoses (full transcript on VRBO). And, the ice cold pool ended up being hot by evening, so maybe they heated it without telling us? GRH maintenance never came by that day.The next day, we got back in the evening and there was a note from GRH maintenance (picture attached), which basically said washer is hooked up correctly, spa jets work, and if you want spa heat, you need to pay for it. We knew the spa jets were fixed, and had messaged GRH letting them know. We never asked for free spa heat. The washer was still not hooked up correctly (video attached). The blue valve was feeding hot water and the red valve cold. The note was an insult.The next day, I messaged GRH addressing the note that was left. I let them know that the washer was still not hooked up correctly, we knew the spa jets were fixed, and we didnt ask for free spa heat. I said we were trying to help, we enjoyed our stay, and we get good feedback on our communication. I received a nice reply from Karina.I left an honest review on VRBO, where I said nice things about the home, and left a similar review of the experience as above. I still gave the property a 4-star rating. GRH decided to hold back my review, but it auto-published 14 days after submission. The response on VRBO said, Very glad to hear the house was as it should be... So, the washer connections should have been backwards and a hose left in the pool.To add further insult to injury, Aileen of GRH gave me a 1-star overall review on VRBO as a guest, 5 stars on cleanliness, 2 stars on communication and 4 stars for house rules. So, our inconveniences made us bad guests? I called VRBO about GRHs review. They reviewed the transcript, and apologized profusely for GRHs unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, VRBO cannot remove it, only GRH can, which they have not. VRBO also felt it was wrong for GRH to leave me a bad review while holding back my account of the stay, which wasnt even as low as the 1 star I received. So, I had to resort to Google Reviews, which I never use.Hopefully, someone at GRH reads this and does something about it. If not, thats on them and maybe the owners using them will read this review and understand who is representing their properties. This was very petty behavior.

We rented a home that global resort homes manages. When we arrived the home was not cleaned properly. There were spots of food all over the walls and cupboards. Stuff on the walls of the bathrooms. We had to sweep the floor as the floor was also dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was globs of hair all over around and in the pool. Garbage and clothing items around the pool. Broken glass. The pool was green and cloudy. I emailed to ask them to clean it the night we checked in. They didnt come until 430 the next evening. She swept the area and agreed it was unacceptable. She said she would contact her supervisor and ask her to get the area cleaned immediately. The next day we left to go to the beach. I emailed again to clarify they would be out to clean they said they would. Came home it was still disgusting. Called the next morning, someone finally came out about 11am to clean the pool and told us we couldnt use it until the following day, which was Wednesday. We checked out Thursday. Contacted them again, they stated they were told 4 hours. And didnt seem to care that the one amenity we rented the home for was not usable 4 out of the 5 days we paid for.Ill never rent a home they manage again. We spent $1700 for 5 days and had to clean up the home and could only use the pool for 1 day, not to mention all the time I spent trying to get someone to remedy the situation. It was a complete disappointment.

We stayed at Windsor Hills, a property managed by Global Resort Homes. Windsor Hills was even nicer than we thought it would be. Very well taken care of, manicured landscape, nice warm community pool in the winter!We had a few incidents in the month we stayed at the condo - dishwasher wasnt working, no hot water in one of the bathrooms. With both incidents, Global Resort Homes was responsive and got someone out resolve the issues the same day.

Tourists BEWARE! My family and I stayed on Kings Castle and could not have been more disgusted and dissatisfied. Our trip was rescheduled 3 times due to COVID so the excitement was an all time high once we got there. Upon arrival, the floors in the house were loaded with dirt, pool was filthy with Styrofoam and waters bottles in it, toilets had urine on them, the fridge was not working (we bought $800 worth our groceries for our 10 day stay), the ceiling by the front door was leaking, the upstairs bedroom floor was constantly wet and the room smelled like mildew. Mind you we paid the fee to have the home deep cleaned with their new COVID measures! We called multiple times - we had to continue to send pictures which was upsetting as the customer because they basically called you a liar. It took days for someone to clean the pool. We had to wait for someone to fix the fridge until after 1am for them to only bring ice and a cooler; we cleaned the fan on the back of the fridge out ourselves so it would work. This guy even took pictures of our food to show that we werent lying about our grocery run. I mean how much lower can you go? Management had excuses for everything and refused to help. TATIANA - if you are reading this or your boss is...take some classes on proper professionalism and customer service. Your disrespectful behavior, tone and lack of people skills is absolutely disgusting. When we called, you continued to put blame on us for your property not being maintained and even screamed on the phone when trying to explain the issues. With multiple reviews stating the same about YOU, you should not be representing a company that caters to tourists. Inmates are treated with more respect than you treated us during our stay. And to top it off, Tatiana falsely advertises she is the boss that makes the calls for the entire resort. No one should have to experience this ever - and with this being my kids first vacation, first Disney trip - you should be ashamed you are a company operating for families that come specifically for Disney.

Staying in Storey Lake, reserved through Marriott Homes and Villas, managed by Global Resort Homes. It was interesting to me when signing the contract that there are explicit instructions on how to handle, and who to contact for, a noise complaint. Turns out thats important information. There was a party going on next door from the time we arrived around 4:30pm, until the Sheriff responded to our noise complaint at 4:00am. It resumed the next day, and we have been trying to get through to the non-emergency Sheriff number once again tonight, as weve officially passed the quiet hours start. The GRH office was of no help, as they directed us to the main Clubhouse. The main Clubhouse was no help, because they couldnt determine the owner or property manager for that unit. So basically, you sign a contract with all these rules, but your neighbors could have rented through someone completely different, or even potentially own the place themselves. No one can help or will help, and no one here can sleep. Most contact numbers are just M-F, so you hit a dead end. And for Marriott reputation, this is extremely subpar. Vacationers beware of Storey Lake and GRH.

My family booked a New Years vacation at 4308 Acorn Cove. We were looking forward to a Florida vacation in a house with a heated pool/spa. Our experience at this house was horrible!! Our pool heater didn’t work for the entire time and when we called to complain we were told we damaged the equipment and the despicable manager was going to call the police on us and evict us!! Our trash was never collected the entire time we were there and the property has roaches. Is there any wonder? The pool table was broken and shower curtain rods broken. We called she could do nothing. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this despicable place! They even say everything they do is in the name of god on their website. I wonder if threatening guests with police is part of their godly mission? There are many other outstanding properties who do have a sincere mission to provide great service. Global Resorts isn’t one of them!

Barbara was GREAT! She took her time helping me find a great home.(5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) This was our first time doing a Vacation Home Rental and everything went smoothly. The home was just like the pictures but the only problem was, understanding the pool heating. The Resort was a PLUS. Gameroom, Theater, Gym, Basketball Court Etc.

I recommend everyone stay away from 4308 Acorn Cove. We experienced so many issues we can hardly count them all. No heat on the pool/spa, no trash pickup for our entire stay, broken pool table, broken shower curtain. When we called the office we were verbally accosted by the manager, Titiana who said she was going to call the police on us. We have a witness to her tirade who was one of the Global Resorts technicians sent to fix the pool and he heard her threats on speaker phone. We called the owner of the home who said she could do nothing. We do not recommend this poorly serviced property. There are many other choices so take your hard earned money elsewhere!

We checked into 4308 Acorn Cove on 12/30 and called the office prior to our arrival to turn on the heater in the pool/spa. They said the cost is $18 per day and we purchased it for our entire stay through 1/3. When we arrived the heat wasn’t working and we called and were informed no one would be available until 1 pm the following day. Someone did come out at 1 but told us another technician needed to come out and adjust the air conditioner and add Freon. I am a pool owner and never heard this. A second technician came out at 3 and performed some work on the equipment said the pool would heat in 2 hours. We called the office to complain and they told us to wait 24 hours. We called back on Friday 1/1 and spoke to an incredible rude manager named Titiana. A third technician came out and worked on the pool equipment and called the office and was speaking to Titiana when she asked to speak to us. She told us that we had broken the equipment, that she was calling the police and was going to evict us. The pool technician named Gabriel heard this tirade because she was on speaker. He hung up and called his supervisor named Tim and they both said they would rectify the the situation with this disguising manager. They also said the pool would be working and heating properly in 2 hours. We waited until 5 pm and the heater still was not working and we called back and spoke to this deplorable person again and she said that she was going to evict us if we placed one more call, that she wasn’t sending anyone to the property again. We called the owner of the home who said they could do nothing and for us to write the CEO. We are doing that as well as filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Florida Department of Tourism, chamber of commerce. And of course negative reviews on every social media site we can find. Other isssues include broken shower curtain, roaches in the garage, broken pool table. Also no trash pickup for our entire stay! Folks this place is horrible and deplorable people in the office. All I can say is rent at your own risk! You have been for-warned!

I stayed at 8951 California Palms Road at Paradise Palm Resort.... it ruined my vacation.The beds are very small. The mattress needs to change due to sink holes in them. I still have back pain from the beds.The place needs to be maintained properly. The rug is coming up and caused me to get a cut on my foot.It can be a nice place.... but needs updating.

Thank you Global Resort Homes for stepping up & helping us. We rented a house in Port Charlotte for 4 years for approximately the same price. This year, despite having our 200$ deposit the German landlord informed he would not honour our previous contract! He did not refund our $200. Our rent increase by 1100$ each month for 3 months. We were informed in August that our rent was being increased so we could not rent another house. Global property manager deducted our 200$ deposit from our pool heating bill so we did not lose our 200$. This year we were required to pay a $500 deposit! Charlotte Harbour Home Management ( the current management company) did not paid the 500$ to Global Resorts! Global Resorts acknowledged they did not receive our deposit but they stepped up & returned the 500$. We are retirees on a limited income! We are the people you want to rent your houses! We do small repairs, keep the house & property clean! We will rent again from Global Resort Management, they are fair & honest!💞

Review for 9088 Hazard Street. Our host was amazing (fast response time, friendly, and professional). The house is beautiful and decorated very nicely. The house is easy to get to, spacious, and very clean! The resort area also felt very safe with a guard at the entrance of the resort. The house also had towels and common amenities- very helpful for those who forget. The location isnt too far from Disney, Universal, or the airport. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

It is after 1am and the music is so loud outside from the party behind our villa that no one in our house can sleep. Security (the two guys at the front gate) can do nothing about it. This is the second weekend in a row that their have been huge house parties thrown In this neighborhood. I cannot imagine the damage being done to these homes. I would not recommend renting or buying in this resort. It was not an enjoyable experience.

I am giving them a 1 star based on how they handled my canceled reservation during a health crisis. Because I paid my deposit before March I had to pay a fee for canceling. I tried working with the agent & she couldn’t seem to understand the fact that in 1 week, I wouldn’t have rebooking dates as my husband is out of work until further notice. At this moment Disney World is closed until FURTHER NOTICE. Therefore, I really don’t think it is fair or right that my family should be paying any fee for having to cancel. Insurance in a situation like this isn’t a response or rebuttal. Not a choice situation here. They are refunding in full to anyone who booked their reservation in March? I booked my May 2020 trip in November 2019. Tell me that isn’t some subhuman lower level evil scum behavior? When I am able to afford to travel I won’t ever book with them. Who ever heard of being penalized for having paid? Can’t even imagine if I had paid in full at that point? I’d be in a battle right now with Global Home Resorts. I have zero energy for that. So they get a 1 for being evil & unfair during such a critical time. I love Windsor Hills area but if any home is attached to Global or that agent I’m looking elsewhere. Be careful with whom you’re doing business.

I had a memorable experience staying with Global Resort Homes at 9088 Hazard St.The check-in process was very easy and I had no trouble finding my way around the resort. The community itself felt secure and safe; there is always a guard on duty at the front gate and someone behind the cameras around the clock at the side entrances.The resort is located at a short drive distance from most tourist attractions including Main Street and the theme parks.As for the house itself it was absolutely gorgeous. There was more than enough to do to keep our party entertained after long days out. Layout of the bedrooms and living rooms provide a comfortable balance between privacy and homeyness, great for parties of both families and friends.

Our stay time was not that great, they are well spacious but the king side bed in our master room was awful, we couldnt sleep through the night. The mattress was very uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides, very old and abusively used.

We stayed at one of the beautiful Global Resort Homes in Champions Gate in February for a girls get away, and it could not have been nicer. It was beautifully decorated and appointed, plenty of places for everyone to sleep and relaxing areas. The pool was beautiful and it was just so relaxing not having to worry about being at a big resort hotel. We were able to come and just relax. Global was such a pleasure to work with, check in and out was super easy. I would recommend them over and over, in fact we are looking to use them again in the fall. We cant wait to stay again.

Stayed at storey lakes and the staff and vacation home were amazing!! Minutes from Disney and SeaWorld and 2min from grocery store! Home was very clean and had every amenity that was needed! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We had an awesome time. We stayed at Champions Gate and we loved the home. We brought things from home that we thought we would need but the home was fully equipped except for a grill that we had to spend more money to rent. I feel this should come with the home. The home was clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. There were about 20 of us in staying in home and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. I will definitely be staying at Champions Gate when booking future vacations to Florida. The location of the home was close to all the attractions. I do not have any complaints about the home it was great. The kids will be talking about this trip for a long time. GREAT MEMORIES!!! Loved loved this home. Thank you Champions Gate for making our vacation great.

Review is for 9088 Hazard Street in Champions Gate.The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-kempt. All the instructions were easy to follow and we encountered no issues getting in/out of the house. There is a pool in the back porch and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. All the rooms were clean and had their own TV. I particularly loved the Harry Potter themed room. There is a living room upstairs in the loft/downstairs near the kitchen you can hang in, as well as a game room downstairs. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay there for our next trip.

Beautiful home, but customer service was lacking majorly. The hot tub wasn’t working- no heat! The pool was dirty and the filter had chunks of chlorine in it. One would think this would be an easy fix by having the company come in and clean it, but no! I called on a Thursday early afternoon and was told someone would be out to clean it. We were out all day Friday so when I checked the pool Saturday morning it was the same mess. I called again and was told the manager would be calling me when she wasn’t busy. I waited for her call but nothing- hours after I called back, I received text messages from the manager!!!! How unprofessional. So after I explained how nasty it would be to have my children swim in this pool, Global sent out their pool people only for them to show up and say they can’t vacuum the pool or pretty much do anything until Monday because they have a 3rd party company come and do all of that, but it being Saturday, they wouldn’t call them until Monday!!! The very nice gentleman from Global did say he probably wouldn’t let his kids swim in the pool until it was cleaned. Monday they did come and clean the pool and it was nice and clean.The other issue with the hot tub was just a runaround! They had someone come out that Thursday to check why the hot tub wasn’t hot and it was because the breaker was tripping and an electrician had to come out. Long story short, if I didn’t call that Saturday to see what was going on, nothing would have been taken care of. Once the manager was texting me, she said it needed a part and wouldn’t be fixed and ready during our stay. I understand that and things do happen, but here’s where it went wrong: she wanted to have us pack up and go to a different house- one that only fit 11 people and my family counted as 14!!!!! Talk about a fire hazard!!! I explained that it wouldn’t work and we would be staying in the same home. She did then discount us 2 nights- if you ask me, these things should be tested prior to renting! Everything else during the rental process was easy and accommodating. I may give this company a second try on our next vacation.

Great place to stay, close to parks, secure, clean and excellent customer service. Pool cleaned mid week and trash picked up often. In our rush to make a flight we left some cash in a drawer and realized neither my wife or I had taken it 24 hours later after checkout. The cleaning crew turned it in and it was returned to us. Exceptional service and highly recommend!

Chuck and Sue,Thank you for the lovely accommodations you provided during our stay in Kissimmee. Your home was everything we could have asked for—beautiful, well-appointed and immaculately maintained, close to the theme parks and just a few minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. At the end of the day, it was great to jump into the warm pool and soothe our “theme park” tired bodies, that was particularly true for Paul and I who were the senior members of this group. The game room was a big hit for both the adults and kids. Although the temps were a little on the cool side for Floridians, it was perfect for us who came from Minnesota’s frozen tundra.Thanks again, we had a wonderful, memorable time!Clara and Paul

We love renting from Global Resort Homes. I have never experienced service with so much care and detail as when dealing with Global. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and great at delivering what you need and what is promised. The homes are always clean, gorgeous, and each time I feel like I got even more than was expecting. The neighborhoods are beautifully maintained, quiet, and feels very private. The clubhouses are lovely and a nice change of scenery. So convenient to get to all of the major attractions. We prefer a resort home to a hotel any time. Its like a home away from home. So simple with kids, and even multiple families. BEST VACATION EVER!

Hot tub did not work on arrival. Fixed 4 days into stay. I was credited with a refund of the pool heat surcharge for the days the hot tub did not work. No adjustment or credit for loss of use. No one talked to me about the proposed resolution. I had to call repeatedly to find out anything.After the first discussion with global I was disappointed in the response. Subsequently they have worked with me to reach a satisfactory resolution. I have used global over 5 times and this was the first problem. I am glad it is resolved and will book a home through them again.

Upon arrival the home was very nice and clean. We were excited to begin our vacation. However, during our stay there was another guest that was supposedly checking in and had been given our access code to access our vacation home. Upon entry my father confronted the guest questioning him as to what he was doing. The man stated to my dad that he had been given the code and then asked for me by name. This was very frightening to me because we were sleeping there as well as had children with us. When speaking with the emergency hours supervisor and maintenance they did the best that they could to try to make us feel safe and comfortable until morning. However, when I called in the morning I was assured that a manager would contact me by 11:30, because a manager did not come in until 11. I never received a phone call. Therefore, I called again and the clerk Jessica stated to me that no one would be contacting me until Monday which was 2 days away. When I asked for a number to the general manager I was told she didnt know who she should refer me to because there were so many departments. I stated to her that it didnt matter to me just to put me in contact with a general manager please. But, she told me that she could not do that and that someone would call me on Monday so to just wait.Also, the pool men came and put some chemicals into the pool during our stay so we were unable to use our pool for 12 hours. Which definitely put a damper on my childrens vacation and when I stated this to Jessica I was told that her kids have to deal with that also, so she understood but it happens. I was very pleased initially and looking forward to staying again but after this I dont think that I will and I dont know if I would recommend to anyone else especially when you and your family safety is at stake

The resort is very nice. Staff is friendly. They are doing a huge pool upgrade in 2018 with water slides and a new hot tube! The current pool is amazing! We were very comfortable in our unit. Great beds for all. Kitchen has everything from 4 slice toaster to a drink mixer our wading pool was too cold to use (October) and it is costly to have it heated but is a nice feature for the hot summer months. This is our second year renting thru Global and we looked forward to renting again in 2018!!

Great Place to Stay. Well managed, 10 minutes away from most of the Disney World Parks. House was very clean when we arrived. Also was well stocked with bedding, towels and other day to day needs. Washer and dryer were used daily. No bother with door keys as the electronic locks worked great. Gated community with guards who were very helpful in getting you in and out the gates. Provided barcoded note card to enter gates unassisted. Price was less per night for 3 bedrooms then I would have paid for 2 rooms for our large group. Looking forward to our next visit to Global Resort Homes

We enjoyed our stay everything was ok but the bed in the master bedroom it was not comfortable the mattress was to soft felt like a water bed if I stay again I will make sure I ask for a firmer bed. My whole body is sore.Also the security guard at the resort was no help we couldnt find the room after dark cause the number arent lit up so maybe they need to put a lighted sign on the top of the building (a suggestion). Our stay at Story Lake Resort was wonderful! Check-in at the Global office was easy and friendly, which was really appreciated after the long trip to get there. The townhome was excellent, clean, well stocked and beds were really comfortable. Already planning next years vacation!

The home at 7730 Comrow was perfect for our party of 7 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for all. Location was great with easy access to all parks. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Thank for a great vacation.

My family and I decided to go with global resorts for spring break and we’re super excited however turned out to be the trio from hell. Customer service was horrible, manager Tatiana is very rude and nasty and we had so many issues with the home that we winded up departing early. They did not have proper working pool amenities the time of stay which was disappointing because we had smaller children who wanted to use those things. No wash cloths, stove not working properly, pool alarm kept going off just all kinds of things. I do hope that this is something that can be corrected for any other future guess. Our stay was just a waste of time and not welcoming at all. And again management please work on proper training and customer service etiquette.

We rented a house from them in Champions Gate FL... The house was brand new but obviously built very cheap... While we were there the washer machine broke and pipes leaked in the kitchen and bathroom. I give them 4 stars because they were quick to come out and look at the issues and fix them. However, we will be calling for a credit!

From the beginning of my booking, representatives with Global Homes were EXTREMELY helpful. I am a stickler for where I stay, and what I book. Our family did a vacation instead of a reunion in 2012. We stayed in Windsor Hills. This year, it was no question as to where we would stay, as we already knew how beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept Windsor Hills was. I found Global resort, after being unsuccessful at booking the same home, we had in 2012 (already booked). Global took care of everything we needed, their online payment option made it EXTREMELY easy for everyone to pay at their own pace, and pay what they wanted. When we arrived, I was immediately taken care of, was even allowed to check in a little early. The home we had was 7744C it is BEAUTIFUL!!! 5bedrms, 5bths, plus a movie room. Or it could have been 7744 without the C. The address is 7744 Comrow street. Please look at that house if youre deciding. The pictures are EXACTLY as the house it. The movie room has even been updated with the seats. The seats in the photos are not the seats currently there. Current seats are 3 times better than whats pictured. The kids LOVED that are. My only con I would say, is the alarm for the patio. Safety is always first, however I wish the alarm had an option to turn off. Other than the alarm the house was PERFECT....oh, almost forgot, unless the owner replaces the grill. I would suggest renting one from Global. After we saw the condition (badly rusted) of the owners grill, we call Global, ordered a grill, they brought it over within 2hrs.

Part 1/2: We moved into our long term condo rental with Global Real Estate Services on April 1st. On March 31st we were given the keys to move in the following morning with ease and when we walked into our unit, after having already begun bringing furniture etc upstairs we realized that the unit had never been cleaned. I started to look around more and opened kitchen cabinets to find the previous tenants garbage and kitchen equipment left inside. I was able to pull out a toaster, a britta water pitcher, and used napkins from inside. To my horror, this was not the end of it. In my master bathroom I found USED q-tips inside the drawers as well as dirt inside and toilet paper pieces all over. Mind you, I am moving my family into this home while I am 5 months pregnant and when I contacted my leasing agent about the garbage left inside she immediately transferred me over to the office. I was already in the process of moving everything inside so I just decided to clean it because I wasn’t going to wait around for them to come out and do so. (Who knows when that would’ve been since it was a weekend). As I started to clean out the cabinets and drawers which were full of dirt and stained from the previous tenants I moved over to start the bathrooms. I had to clean URINE off of the toilet seats and soap scum and mildew / mold built up in the showers. Our carpets were also stained and never cleaned prior to our move in. (Which we also did ourselves eventually). After a few days of complaints to the office about the condition of the home I was able to speak with a woman named Patti who told me that the standard procedure for a move out / move in was the home was walked and cleaned by management and that they had not done that to our unit because it was a quick turn around. (The previous tenant moved out on the 30th and we moved in on the 1st), the only reason we moved in on the 1st is because we were told that was our move in date - had we known they needed time to clean the unit etc we could have waited. Our first time using our washing machine it broke, and leaked water everywhere - and not only did water come out but a slew of dust and garbage from underneath the machine as well. I explained this to Patti and explained my hardship of having to clean this disgusting mess PREGNANT and she was able to credit me back $75 for the inconvenience. I was also told that the previous tenant received their whole deposit back, even though they left their place a disaster.I am now dealing with their property manager Shawn Johnson, whom has been nothing but a hassle to work with. Speaking to Shawn on the phone always felt like I was a bother, I would constantly apologize for always bothering him with my questions or concerns and now I realize I should have never had to do so.Prior to our move out I requested a pre-inspection for our move out inspection because we could not be there for the move out inspection (we moved 1200 miles away and left a few days before our lease was actually up). During this pre-inspection Shawn came into the home and spoke with my fiance and said the place looked good just needed to be cleaned a bit (I had told him prior to this that it would not be clean for move out yet because we were still packing and he was aware). Shawn was inside my home for no more than 90 seconds and then left. I even went above and beyond and paid a friend of mine (with her personal cleaning service) to clean the home after I had moved all the furniture out so it was up to their expectations.

I wouldnt give one star!! Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Emails and phone calls went unanswered and the house was sub par. Hot tub was cold and pool was supposed to be heated and we were laughed at when we asked about it. Back to Disney properties and never again will we stay in a global resort home!!!!

I stayed at home 1463 Belle Terre Road on Championsgate.The house is very cozy, with TVs in all rooms and the balcony, where we had barbecue enjoying the pool and the hydro.Everything worked perfectly. I really felt like a 5 star hotel with the comfort and freedom of being in a home about 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom.Really enjoyed!I have stayed on 1463 Belle Terre Rd at ChampiosGate.The house was very comfortable, with TV at all rooms and on the external area also, where we did our barbecue enjoying also the pool and spa.Everything worked out perfectly. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel but with the comfort and freedom of being in a house.It was a very pleasent stay!
