Had a lady there who really took an L with these. not the design i wanted AT ALL but she had already argued w me ab my finger being “crooked” when clearly its not & was rude the entire time. she cut 2 of my cuticles, said whoops & poured alcohol on the open cut. never again

Yesterday, I came as a walk-in, and received immediate service. I havent had a mani in over ten years, so treated to a basic dual, mani-pedi. My nail tech was very nice, and massages were relaxing! Unfortunately, I nicked one nail only hours later; however, I stopped in today, and got a quick touch-up! I highly recommend Elite Nail Salon! Thank you!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Came in for vacation with family, they took such good care of us and the little girls. We were comfortable and they did a great job!

Not a good experience. The man that did my toenails half painted them and had polished on my my skin which he fixed after I pointed it out. The nail polish that I wanted was very watered-down. I mentioned it to him but he just ignored me. The next day the Polish was coming off and 2 days in it most of it was off. Pictures below. On vacation and wished I had time to get it fixed. Total waste of money.

He left me the remaining of my old gel polish I went for a refill acrylic paid $40 for this this was my first and last time here. I schedule an appointment with another person to remove it I’m afraid to get fungus from the nail air pockets again I don’t know if the goods reviews are from another nail technician but mine a guy was terrible.

After being told other salons were busy I called #elitenailsalon at 7pm and even though they closed at 7pm they told us to come right over. My daughter and I got into town today and wanted to be pampered after months of lockdown. They did our nails and then stayed late to do pedicures . They were amazing and so sweet to my daughter. The ombré nails are beautiful and I would recommend this place to everyone !

Absolutely wonderful! Got a manicure and they did a hand and arm massage! Top Notch! So curtious and kind! Definitely recommend.

I can go months without visiting, but once I come back they remember me (for good reasons!) and it starts the visit off pleasantly. They are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, their prices are reasonable, and they use Covid-safe practices (unlike other nearby salons).

Awful mean ppl, yelling at ppl telling other customers about problems with other customers. Stressful environment, the place is worn down inside smelled of must of some sort. I dont recommend this place, theres many others than this one, run stay away

Nice lady but got nail polish all over my nail then put nail polish so thick it. Literally Call Jay the lady was like OK you can go very not nice lady

This place used to be good but they are not no more. I went to get my feet done and nails and I go back because there was a bubble and said that I hit my own nail that there was no bubble. Why I would hit my nail when I am very careful. Then I ask them if I could paint my own daughters toe nails they want to charge $8 to color some toes. There service is really bad. They don’t even put the nail polish and clear coat all the way. I would not recommend no one here

I came here for a fill. The nail polish was too thick and looked awful. And in two days I already needed another fill. It was awful.

Took my daughters and niece yesterday to get pedicures. We were all acknowledged as soon as we walked in and taken back immediately. Very comfortable and they were very nice. They offered drinks as soon as we sat down. They made sure we were all comfortable as they started on the pedicures. The girls had a great time and were very pleased with the results. I myself enjoyed the pedicure tremendously. The technician that worked on my feet was great. He did an excellent job, with scrubbing, massaging and painting the toes. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

They say they close at 6 but that’s not true. I suggest you call before you waste your time and go there.

I came to Orlando for vacation and was really looking forward to going to get a pedicure. This place did NOT disappoint. They were so nice, extremely clean, and their prices were amazing! I highly recommend them to any local or visitor 💙

My first experience with elite nails, the customer service is great, I did my nail a week ago and I didnt like the way it was peeling so I call the owner and I explained what happened, they quickly tell me to come the would take care of it without having me to paid again, I felt welcome and appreciate the customer service I received, I recommend everyone to come here, this is be my best place to come again

This was by far the BEST pedicure that I have EVER received!! I had the $30 pedicure, serviced by a nice man named Long and he was excellent!!! He gave me a deep tissue leg massage and then painted my toes delicately with ease! I will certainly be back and I recommend this cute little nail shop to anyone looking for Great Service and a Good Price!!!! Thank you Long and Elite Nails!!!

Please please DO NOT COME HERE! I just needed a fill. I was left with crooked nails. He cut my skin multiple times. Didn’t even shape nor get my cuticles right. My nails look like lumpy blobs on my fingers! I paid $60 when a sign said pedicure and full set for $25! Horrible DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

This place is so unprofessional and as a walk in came with my family who was on vacation and they didn’t have any staff, we Had to leave and actually came the next day and still no staff and we waited and they didn’t even offer anything just left us waiting ! I would never recommend to anyone

Just had my first pedicure here. Wow! They took so much time to massage my feet and applied great pressure! I did not feel rushed so that they could get to the next customer. They provided beverages and the perfect relaxation during our time there. Also, the prices are very reasonable! Thank you!

After a long weekend at the parks me and my friend found this gem to get some pedicures before returning back home. WOW! What great hospitality. They were very attentive, and the service was great!!! I got the exfoliating pedicure for $30 and I was in heaven. I would definitely recommend this place! One of the best pedicures I ever received!

I called them for manicure appointment and they confirmed it over the phone, but when I got there exactly on time they told me to wait 1hour for manicure. I was upset and disappointed like really as in seriously.. what the.. you should let me know that you are not available on that time. Waste of gas and time!!

This salon has a great atmosphere, it is clean, the people are wonderfully nice and accommodating to your needs. Prices are great, and The pedicure I got was very thorough and relaxing. I highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

Long was very very good the prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding.

They advertise cheap pedicures but they are actually quite expensive if you want anything other than a basic pedi with no gel color or anything else. Gel extra 20 is expensive. Was an average pedicure for 60 dollars Ive had better and with a massage included which would have cost an extra 15.

Nice machines and spa type. Good price for classic pedicure. On the other hand everything to quick and something is sacrifice in the service.

This place is perfect, after having bad experience after bad experience elsewhere I was prepared for the worst. I told the tech about my wanting my nails done thick and she did them for me just the way I wanted them. She spent a lot of time and attention to detail to make sure my nails were perfect when I left. Love this place, dont think Ill be going anywhere else.

My manicure was done alright but my pedicure was not. She cut my nails too short and did a really sloppy job with the polish. There are other places that are better in the area.

I’m usually lenient when it comes reviews, but I had so many issues when I went :( the ones i’m most upset about is when she was shaping my nails and cutting/filing them down and I agreed on the shape, i wasn’t paying much attention because i was with my friend and i was talking to her most of the tome, but when i looked, the final product was nowhere to what I agreed on. they were longer and the shape wasn’t there. another problem I had is she used the elective nail file to cut my cuticles which really hurt. there were a few other problems but i’ll let them be. the lady doing my nails was nice and kept asking if I was okay and I mentioned other than it hurting at some points, yes. a man technician did my friends nails and they came out beautiful!

So I walked in 25 minutes before closing. There was 1 customer getting her nails done and there was two staff members. I asked if they were still taking walk ins and she said that they are busy and if I could come back tomorrow. The way I see it is, youre not closed yet. Youre not busy and you have a staff member available. So why couldnt you take care of me? Mine as well say you close at 5:35pm

I’m an Esthetician, so I’m picky about getting pedicures because the nail techs normally don’t have good massage techniques and normally dig there nails into my feet. Ouch! However I came here today and the pedicure was sooooo relaxing, the chairs were comfortable, the tech took her time and I didn’t experience any pain during the process just comfort. Will be coming here again!!!

Took my daughter for her first mani pedi. Couldnt have picked a better salon for her first experience. They were so attentive and sweet. Took extra time to make her feel comfortable.I wish I lived in Florida. I would make this my go to salon. Anytime I am in the area I will go back here.

One star is really to much. Im from out of town and this has been the worst mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. Had to leave with my feet half done and nails not done due to poor service. If your from out of town even though they advertise cheap rates. Cheap service is what you will get.

As soon as my daughters and I arrived they attended us right away (we arrived at the salon at 12 noon on a Saturday). I decided to go with a Mani and Pedi, and my girls wanted a full set. We also had our eyebrows done. My daughter told me that the gentlemen that did her nails was super attentative. My other daughter said that the young women who did her nails wanted to make sure she liked her nails. Won, the women who attended to me, did an awesome job on my pedi and Mani. Won, made the experience overall one I havent had in a long time. I didnt feel like just a dollar sign. Brenda, the young women who did our eyebrows did such an awesome job, our eyebrows were even and pretty. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the toilet was dirty on the inside, and cleaniness is important for me. I drove from the BVL area to here and it was worth the drive! We will definitely be going back.

I paid for two pedicures, a manicure and a full set. I spent 115 dollars and I was very disappointed. It has only been five days. My nails are bubbling and one nail popped off. Not a great experience.

If i can give them 0 stars I would rude disrespectful and unprofessional they didnt know what they are doing they dont fo designs they false advertised all the pictures arent theirs bad people just want some money nobody wasin there when I got there now i understand why i had to go to another nail salon for them to fix them

Terrible. They dont know what there doing. Just another cookie cutter nail salon. No real nail artist at all asked for an American full set in liquid gel wich their website says they offer. And they didnt have any of the products for it and didnt even know how to do it. They sat me down pit the nail extensions on me and froze. Had them take it off and they could barely do that.

Everyone very polite making conversation. I was offered a beverage, not many places do that. My gel manicure came out to $30 which i think its a wonderful price. Pedicures start at $20. They have a special for both regular mani + regular pedi for $30. Alot more awesome deals i just didnt have my phone with me at the time to post a picture.I didnt get her name but she did a wonderful job. I was definitely pleased.

Had to wait 20 minutes after appointment. I saw a nail tech, just wipe out foot spa. No chemicals were used, just water gross!!! I will not go back, unless I want foot fungus.

My fiancé and I are here for the first time getting delux pedicures and its wonderful especially for the price!$41/person)Everyone is very friendly!They gave us free wine and water as well!The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.The only thing Id say is the massage chairs could be better,but other than that no complaints!
