Overprized, poor customer service, terrible job . Wouldnt reccomend this place.

A bit pricey but the attention and work is fantastic. Ill definitely return. Comfort and good care excellent. Plus loved my nails. Tina and tony were awesome.

Very unprofessional. $40 for manicure gel w acrylic. No gentle touch, they just want to get u out of there as quickly as possible -even when there is nobody in there- Do not even cut cuticles or clean nails 1st. At least nails looks decent but like a bubble if from the front

I had the s and s powder on Monday. Tina only dipped my nail twice instead of all places that dip it 3 times. They were closed on Tuesday and called Wednesday told them i want my nail dipped 1 more time. They said ok. When i got there it was a different story. Made me waste my time to drive there she dont want to fix my nails saying its my fault for not saying anything. Well first of all it was 6:30 pm. Tired after work and i must count how many times she dip my nail when she should know its 3 times. Think they cheat on using the powder and save on it. Not ever going back there. She dont even deserve my tip.

Ive been a client since 2009. Mindy always does a wonderful, thorough job and takes her time with each customer (she is also great with waxing eyebrows). She is very personable and kind. Everyone there is friendly but I can only personally vouch for Mindy and Melissa-- 5 stars. Very clean establishment.

I used to go to this salon but after my last full set I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! So many things i want to say I don’t know where to start. If you don’t ask right away the price for your nails they will overcharge you at the end. They don’t know what LONG NAILS means. Doesn’t matter how many times i tell them i want them LONG somehow they end up doing whatever they want. I didn’t had time to argue so i was like whatever. After 10 days your nails will start to pell off doesn’t matter what color you use. And if you got french or all white your nails will look YELLOW. They put acetone on the nails polish instead of replacing them for NEW ONES.If they’re full (usually weekends) they will always tell you “20 minutes” that will turn in 40 minutes or an hour. The ONLY good thing here is the ladies that does your pedicure, they’re really good. There’s times when you don’t have any options and you need yours nails done right away... but Nails technician are trash. I suggest to go any other place.

I am so rough with my nails, as a nurse I am constantly washing hands using alcohol and always wear socks and sneakers. I never have a chipping issue when I come here. I have gone to other nail places and gotten gel and it just peels off within a few weeks. This queens nail location all my nails will grow out before even a chip occurs. I will forever be faithful to this location. Sweet professional staff and good at what they Do!

Will be my first and last time visiting. Im not one to complain but I have to.. They didnt sanitize the pumice stone, files nor the callus remover after using them on me. And they re-use the disposable slippers. Im sorry but thats unsanitary and disgusting. Nope. Nope. Nope.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about 10 years, everyone is super sweet and does a good job. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Very upset today. Went there to do gel manicure and not happy with the results. The guy that put color on my nails did a sloppy job, I showed him the sides of my nails was missing nail polish, he tried to fix it but it is still missing in some areas, he just cant do a clean all coverage job. He blamed the nail polish not been good. But if you are the manager or owner doing my nails then you should know better to suggest or fix the problem. Im so disappointed. He had someone else do the manicure and her job is not great either. Theres still cuticle that shouldve been removed. She was quick and barely pulled my cuticles. Apparently the guy that used to do my nails moved to Michigan, I always hesitated going with someone else and I was right. That place is not the same, Ive been going there for over 5 years and now I feel stupid for spending $30(w tip) for this. Looks sloopy and my nail is not covered all the way like it is supposed to be. They lost me as client and now unfortunately I have to find another place. $25 for gel manicure is not cheap, so it should be done well to all clients no matter their age or looks. I do not recommend this place, if they are too busy they rush things and do a bad job so they can get more clients. At the end we pay the high price for a poor service.

In December my daughter and I were visiting Florida. We stopped by Queens on a Monday to get my nails done and my daughter wanted her eyebrows done. The gentleman that helped me was amazing, talkative and very professional. Even suggested places to. Is it while there. We took his advise and went to the Orlando Eye. The woman who helped my daughter did a wonderful job and my daughter feels bad because being 12 she rushed out without thanking her. To this day it had bothered her that she did not tell this lady how much she loved her eyebrows. So thank you!!

They don’t tell you that they only do apps on Sunday. And the Customer all your conversation when no one is talking to them.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. The place may be nice and pretty but my nails were HORRIBLE and overpriced. It was also painful and unprofessional. My nails are all sorts of messed up.DOES NOT DESERVE THE RATING IT CURRENTLY HAS.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD.

Horrible costumer service. I went and got a full set, and the man did a disaster on my nails. Never coming back, and don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone, they over charged me because I got three colors on my nails. Very sad!!

Ok customer service poor work. Nail tech did not know how to do a line on my nail and got upset at me for requesting it. Pedi tech had no idea what he was doing and took an eternity just to file. At this point I had to speak up since I was paying for the service. After being left to wait with no indication of something coming to finish the job, i decided to get up and leave. The manager saw me and asked me what happened. I explained he apologized and assigned another pedi technician.
