Ive been here in the past a few times and always loved my nails. I get dip powder with tips and they always come out beautiful. Recently I called to see if they had an opening right away since they are only by appointment, the gentleman said to give him 5-10 minutes to see if the scheduled person would show up and he would call me back. He called promptly and informed me that the scheduled client showed so they would not be able to see me. He was very polite about it. I appreciated the call back so quickly and will refer this place to family and friends.

Last time I’ll come here. The owner was very rude when I arrived a few minutes late and mind you I am a regular. She didn’t want to take me and told me I wasted her time. I was willing to wait and she told me no. I could tell she didn’t want to attend me. Very unprofessional!!!

I love this place found it by accident but Im glad i did. Ive made friends with the ladies and customers there everyone so nice. When they are busy itll take a while for you to get service but they always apologize and ask if your ok. Lady who did my nail kept asking if they were good if i liked them never complained about me asking questions of asking her to fix things. The owners sometimes have their son their whos funny and adorable.

Special time with my daughter at exotic nails salon. Our first time in this place. Both got manicure and pedicure done. Hoping for a longer last french pedicure for my daughter. I was wrong. Her French pedicure was gone after a day!!! We spent some time in the pool and nail polish was gone! They charge me $25 for her French pedicure it did not last 24 hours.Very unhappy about this cause I paid for a good quality service. I

Love getting both my toe and finger nails done here. My nails last soooo long when Penny does them and I love. I always get my appointments for the day i request and when I arrive I get seated quickly. Not easy going elsewhere when they are wonderful here.

Great price, amazing service, my nails look great! First time I went was about an hour before they closed because I had just gotten out of work. I was literally the last customer, I didn’t feel rushed or anything. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. Great conversation too. Definitely going to be my new nail salon from here on out!

Its over a year my daughter and I have been going to Exotic Nails. Very professional, friendly and overall great service. Everyone is very friendly, great atmosphere, very clean and inviting. Penny, Jacob, Mai, Sam and the rest of the staff are awesome, wouldnt use another nail salon.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year, I wouldnt go anywhere else, Penny and Jacob are absolutely the best. Its a friendly, professional, family environment. I see some people here complaining about Jacob and penny yelling and not doing a good job, I dont understand why people have the need to lie, if you happen to get your nails done here and youre unhappy for some reason, dont leave tell them, they are more then happy to make sure that the customer is happy. But these people leave and run to complain on a review with out giving them a chance to fix it. But then again they do an amazing job with nails. In the time that I have been going there, theres only one tech that i can honestly say she did not know how to do nails, i had my nails done by this person and never again i went back to her, i showed Jacob what she had done, and he immediately fixed my nails. I had my nails done today and I found out this person doesnt work there anymore because of all the complaints. But everyone there now does an amazing job. Jacob and penny are one of the sweetest people I have met, the work place is clean, friendly, professional environment. Best nail place Ive gone too. Jacob and penny dont let the haters get to you, this world is full of people who love to lie. Keep up the amazing job you guys are doing.

I have never been treated with disrespect like I did here. Some of my customers recommended this place. I went in there feeling happy and excited to get ready to surprise my mom for mothers day and left feeling sad. That man in there told me to shut up and listen and was very rude to me. I asked him the price for gel nail polish for my toes and he told me $30. I had never heard of that in my life so I tried to tAlk with him and see if he understood what I wanted and he was so mad at me you could see the hate in his face. He even used hand gestures while telling me to shut up and listen like I was a kid. He was yelling at me in front of everyone. Mind you I stayed calm, cool and collective. I was so embarrassed 😭. Come to find out I think it was the owners husband. I will never step foot in there again in my life! Neither is any of my family members!

I am a new client and so far Im happy I have found this salon, penny and Jacob are awesome. I would recommend my family and friends for sure!

My go to nail salon. Everyone in the salon is exceptionally talented, so you will get excellent service regardless of who does your nails. Everyone is friendly and professional and I feel at home every time I go! Always new and beautiful colors, techniques and designs and I always leave happy with the results. Wouldnt go anywhere else. My go to people are usually Penny, Jacob, or Mai..but again never disappointed by anyone! I get compliments regularly and my nails last for weeks!! They are meticulous and they are always perfect!!

Yolanda did an amazing job on my nails I highly recommend her. She also waxed my eyebrows and they were exactly what I wanted. Very talented! The owners were very rude and disrespectful though, this salon has a lot of work to do.

I have been thru several nail salons in the area. Penny was not happy with the way my nails looked because unfortunately my real nails grow up but I can honestly tell you that I am very satisfied with the results I get each time I get my nails done. I can go up to 4weeks without loosing any nails before they wasnt even lasting a week without at least one of them coming off. Penny is funny and very good at what she does. She takes her time and makes sure that I am satisfied before leaving. Ill recommend her to any of my friends and family.

This ladies are the best doing nails, pedicures, manicure and eyebrows! You will love it! Although, this place needs a makeover. It makes you doubt, but they are good!

The owner penny and her sister Mai are so friendly and really care about their customers they make you feel comfortable. I love coming here, i always get Yolanda and she does an amazing job everytime. On the other hand another tech i think she’s the owner i don’t know i think her name is Penny but she is incredibly rude towards customers and workers, she disrespected me, a customer. i don’t know about the other nail tech’s but my personal favorite is Yolanda.

Ive been going to Exotic Nail for 10 years!! I started going solely because the location was perfect for me but I stayed because of the service. My nails, brows, & pedicures have never looked better. Id recommend the paraffin wax & the spa pedicures. Brian is the best in my opinion because he gives the best massages & pays close attention to detail. (Im a picky person so this says a lot!) Although the owner Penny, didnt start off doing my nails the first few years, (she does them now) her sisters have always done an outstanding job. Penny is not a business owner who just tries to push services on you to get your money. She cares about the quality of her work & reputation. She cares if the client is satisfied & happy. She cares more to have you come back repeatedly over the years & build a relationship than just to make $$$ from you today because it means shes done a good job & youre happy! When she asks me how I am or about my family its because shes being genuine. From 2006 to now weve all been through a lot & our families have gone through various growths, changes, births, deaths, etc & Im happy to say that its always heartfelt & sometimes funny to reminisce with my exotic nail family. To still have the same ppl that did your childs homecoming, prom, & other occasions is pretty cool! The ones that remember your parents coming here even after theyre gone; thats family! Ive been doing my nails with Penny in Exotic Nail Salon for many year I wont change her for nothing she does great nails shes sweet shes not expensive good prices I would recommend her. I recommend eyebrows too shes the best. All her staff is very professional and sweet.

Went on a Tuesday to have my eyebrows done two days before school. Lets just say I dont want to go to school anymore. Im here regularly to have my eyebrows done penny normally does them but since she was doing someones nails I decided Id let a new lady Ive never seen do them. She did my left eyebrow OKAY but my right eyebrow is no longer there. I walked out of the room crying and the only reason I gave two stars is because Penny was Genuinely upset with the lady and attempted to fill in my eyebrows and gave me the pencil for free. If I do come back Ill definitely be very picky and ask for Penny only.

Let me tell you guys if you need a mani pedi ellie is your girl ! My toe nails always grew upwards as I was born and she listens to my needs and wants I LOVE HER !!she gives my toes the confidence to show them off. Penny one of the owners was doing my nails until about a little late after 8 (they closed at 7:30) while no one was in there she was still in no rush to kick me out and was welcoming she also listened to my wants and needs and was able to deliver my nails on how I wanted them. My 4th time coming they are my keepers !

Very dissappointed, had an appointment for lashes along with my mother who had gone 2-3 months prior with Penny. My mom remembers paying $100 for classic lashes and Penny insisted that she has charged $150 for months. When she saw that we were leaving, since we felt tricked, she said she understands when people can’t pay her prices lol.

Penny has been my nail tech for about 2 years, very professional and cares about her customers always give advice to her her customers to make sure that they have the best service.

I used to be a loyal member at exotic nails, but then i stopped going because Management treated me badly! As if that wasnt bad enough on more than 1 occasion I witnessed Manager(Penny) yelling at her employees! The vibe there is horrible. Employees seemed angry most of the time! Seriously, imo a spa is a place to help you escape to relax. Ill never go back...

Penny =s total expertise in eyelashes which I have gone all over from st.cloud down to Davenport even all through 192 in the last 6 years there was not be one tech that can do as well as she can (the other did a good job but Penny dis my style) She is very patient and sweet, if you never had them done before. I suggest letting her know. As far as nails/Pedis I actually heard about them because that is the only place my two friends go from for full set/fill and Pedis on girls day and they said they do eyelashes too. I live nearly an hour away and it is worth it all.

Whoever picked up when I called to book an appointment- he was very rude. I simply asked if anyone their knew how to do a french chrome design, long story short he basically said no and hung up.2 weeks prior I paid for a matte gel and got regular polish... smh oh yes and it took 2 hrs to do
