I LOVE coming here. The pedicures and massage chairs are bomb. They take very good care of you. My nail tech Linda did an amazing job. Ive become a regular. Even though its a hike 4 me its well worth the drive. Niki my favorite is always on point. I actually found her on IG - Instagram.

As a Male who likes to get his eyebrows waxed due to them being extremely thick and having an arch of hair at the top of them, when going in I was told to wait and then rushed into a room by a woman who seemed to be in a rush as she was doing someones nails at the time I walked in, while she did well waxing under the eyebrow I am left with the arches of hair I wanted removed from the start, it was actually shaped around them! My eyebrows now go from one thickness straight to another length no taper just one length then another halfway along the eyebrow, nor did she take the time to pluck let alone brush and trim them, I will now be going to another salon to fix the issue I have, its hard enough knowing how to ask to get my eyebrows done without being rushed and now I have to pay twice for not noticing what was done to my eyebrows

Worst place you can go to. Had appointment @ 4pm got to place before time had to wait for 30 mins so I walk out.

In town for a few days and need some works on my mani & pedi. Walked in without appointment with my friend that lived locally and was greeted immediately. Cindy & Linda was nice with small chats and were so detailed oriented and at the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely come back next time in town. Highly recommended!

Will not go back to this place I got a full set with ombré somewhere else for 30 and they charged me 40 for a filling when she even hurt my fingers a few times! They ripp u off with the prices

I love coming here. They take really good care of you, the customer service is amazing, and my nails are always on point after I leave.

I did not like my nails at all.. she kept burning me when filing my nails ... they dont do designs.. I felt like she was rushing. Why she was rushing I have no idea because there was no 1 waiting after me . When I walked in I was wondering why it was so empty now I know. What she did to my nails I felt like I can do it to my self. I was not to happy about the customer service. I wont be going back there again.

I went here on Saturday 11/25/17 and I am disappointed. One of the guys did my manicure and pedicure and he was RUSHING. I got a gel manicure and it’s horrble. It’s patchy and he didn’t ever bother to clean up the edges. They are closed today so I’m going to go back on Monday and see if they will redo them or refund me. I’m so upset.

This place was bad even though the lady was nice the nails were horrible i didnt like them one fell off few days later and they were expensive for what i got never going again.

Dont ever go there worst job ever they shouldnt even be allowed to run that business ! I was a walk in waited like 40 mins while waiting two women walked in that both there nails broke off n werent happy. Still I did my nails to only have the same issue my nail broke off the same day they were done ! I went to get my money back bc the nails looked bad it looked like I let my 2 year old painted them n than the nail that broke off but no the man who claimed he was the manger wouldnt call the owner like I asked or give me my money back and to top it off they over charged my card ! Stay away worse nail salon in Kissimmee !!!!!

Stopped in for a manicure and pedicure with the wife and it was a great experience.

Worst experience ever ! 5 min pedicure, wasnt clean, $25 later I walked out with my feet looking and feeling the same way as when I walked in .

Customer service was bad I has my nails done and 2 fell off the next day .call they said they would repair for free when I got there had be wait for half and hour only to say come back in and hour horrible service
