I absolutely love this salon!!! From the minute you walk in is beautiful and the staff is super nice.I met a few of the nail artists Iyanna, Jenny, Marissa, Carmen & Mindy herself. Very clean and and awesome atmosphere. Great product I been going to them now for 6 months now and their work last and is top of the line! Im a very picky nail guest and I LOVE THEM!

Got a full set with gel polish and a pedicure. When I first entered I was welcomed very nicely and was offered coffee or water. I loved the design of the place (chandeliers and large pedicure chairs).My full set was very nice and I really liked my nail design. My pedicure however wasnt that great of an experience. The young woman doing my pedicure kept leaving me to go text on her phone, then ended up Face Timing someone right in front of me while she was supposed to be working. I understand if you have to shoot a quick text or something, but this was the whole time! I could not believe it! She also didnt polish my entire toe nail, there were large areas of my nail left unpainted. I just felt like she was very distracted and it made my experience a little stressful because I had to keep waiting on her and couldnt fully enjoy or relax during my pedicure.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The environment and decor is beautiful, modern and very classy. The staff is welcoming and helpful, but most of all, the nail work is AMAZING. Mindy Hardy is generally my main nail artist; LOVE HER. But Ive also had the pleasure of using other nail techs. They all hold their own individual talents of expertise. All in which I appreciate.

Iyanna did a great job with my fill set. She took her time and was very gentle. Service was great. The salon was very clean and very glam. Loved it! The only con I had was the incorrect information on their Instagram page which I found them through. The Kissimmee store had the wrong number on the page. But once I googled the actual salon I was able to find it.

Wow here always turns out great but I feel that some services are overpriced when they turn out the same as other salons. I will however say I’ve never had a bad or ugly set done here.

It was a very relaxing atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely changing salons. They have only been open 3 weeks, I wish them much success.

If I could give Zero star I would! Life happens and emergency are out of our own control. They weren’t able to reschedule me with another tech nor could I had use my deposit for another day or another nail tech unless if I gave another $20 deposit. I wasn’t even trying to fully cancel, I just needed to reschedule. I would definitely recommend anyone STAY FAR AWAY from this nail Place/Company, especially that they “require” a deposit. Never again.

I have been a loyal customer to Mindy and her staff for 6 years now due to the professionalism, creativity and personal rapoport! She is a charismatic leader/owner that not only serves as a self made brand, but develops her team to shine just as bright as her. I have experienced each location and the ambiance alone sets an elegant tone. The studio is relaxing and literally a one stop beauty shop and I love my time spent every visit!

I love this salon. I go to Marv for my nails and she always does an amazing job. Glam nails can take some time but they are well worth it! Highly recommend this salon if you want gorgeous nails that will last!

I have been to Meraki Beauty Studio about 4-5 times. Each time was pretty good because I loved my nail tech. (Bianca is great). However, one thing that I noticed each time I went was that the manager was very rude. In my opinion, a manager should be very friendly to customers and be able to speak to customers in a very respectful manner. The most recent time I went, she was very rude because I did not have an appointment (this was the only time I did not make one) And she turned me away. I was not upset about the fact that they were not taking walk-ins, it was more of how she stated it. I should be able to walk into a business that is happy to have so many clients, not talking to them like they are replaceable. That is how you lose customers. Ive had friends with the same complaint and wanted to share this with others. The talent of these nail techs is undeniable, but some of them need to learn how to treat and speak their clients.

I had the most wonderful experience here. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and the conversation was awesome. Emily was my nail artist and she is exactly that, a fantastic artist! She listened to what I wanted, and made excellent suggestions to enhance my nails. On top of that, the conversation was on point! I will definitely be back.

Emily was my nail tech and damn was the girl worth every penny! Not only does she do her job fantastically but shes a great person to just talk to. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere. And everyone working was so kind. My nails are everything I wanted and more.

I got my nails done for the first time today by Kimmy, hopefully i spelled her name right. I was blown away by the service, cleanliness and quality of the salon. At the end of my service they gave me a complimentary lotion to try out. I have never been to a nail salon that care enough to make sure i’d come back. Honestly, every nail tech i’ve ever done has told me over and over again that my nails looked good to prove how “good” they were. Today, Kimmy didn’t have to say a word. I’m in love with my nails and i’m so glad i switched salons!

Its so sad when people dont value that youre spending a lot money & expect good service. I drove 1 hour to get a full set with gel polish. The nail tech that did my nails she did a great job with the shape but wasnt paying attention to exactly what I wanted. I told her I wanted medium square she gave me killer nails. Then on top of that the paint of my nails were horrible she didnt take her time their was bubbles in my nails and didnt even paint all over my nail.

This was my 1st time at this Nail Salon & 1st IMPRESSIONS DEFINITELY was an AWESOME experience for me. And then to be welcomed & taken care of was a BEAUTIFUL moment for me. The nail techs of course are amazing, but the customer service, the booking system, and the foundation and structure of the company is horrible! I made an appointment a month before and they changed my times around and cancelled one of my appointments which I was fine, but when I asked if my deposit would go towards my bill since I already paid for 3 appointments, they said the owner Mindy wouldn’t allow it! The lady at the front desk said she knew it wasn’t my fault but she couldn’t do anything. When I didn’t give up and showed them proof of my original booking and how I didn’t mess up the times, they did, she went and talked to the owner again to ask. Finally she said okay but clearly they didn’t want too. This is disregarding the fact that they made me wait 40 minutes. Threading was amazing though!

Staff is really nice! Work looks so good! But the quality is bad. Been going here for a year and tried 4 different techs and my nails always lift after 2-3 weeks. I decided to give it one last shot and I tried the casselberry location and 3 of my nails cracked off the same way, right under where my real nail ends. I didn’t even realize when they broke off until I would look down at my hand. They were way too thin. It’s only been 2 1/2 weeks! Although I like the staff and atmosphere, I can’t keep paying $70 for work that doesn’t last.

I wouldnt suggest this place neither i would suggest Lyanna. I give my girlfriend a birthday surprise appointment and she couldnt make it on time because her car battery die. Even tho i confirmed there were 2 times available on the day: 3:30 and 5pm, Lyanna wouldnt rescheduled without re-charging $20. She lost our business and our referrals.

Christanna and the owners sister (Im sorry I dont remember her name) but they are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. I was having a really bad day today and they still treated me like a Queen, so if you want to look like a queen and be treated like one come to this salon, its fun, relaxing and well decorated.

Takes exactly an hour to soak off nails showed up at 3:20 for my appointment the person was running over which left that hour to soak off my nails!!! Youre kidding right!! Common courtesy people. Retrain the staff on customer service would be great. They do great nails if you have time for the attitude.

Everyone seems to be super nice. I was so excited to get my nails done here but unfortunately I was not impressed. I booked a gel manicure and I got a bad gel polish. When I booked gel manicure I thought Id be getting my cuticles pushed back, the extra skin removed and my nails nicely filed. My nails were so sharp at the corners and the gel polish started to lift a few days later. When I got back from my trip a week later I went to the Asian salon and got a real gel manicure. So sad I threw away my money.

Emily was the best artist here, didnt like the other girls due to their attitudes and they prefer people who have long nice nails so they can get more money, due to my job i can only have them painted with designs but no acrylics, now shes gone due to management favoritism and ignorance. Now more of an excuse not to go back ever. Save yourself go somewhere else.

Had my nails done here today as a walk in and didn’t have to wait long. My nails turned our amazing. but only concern was that a few days before I was given a 20 percent off coupon from nail techs from the winter garden location that stated I could use the card at any location. So during check out they stated it was only for the one location. That was never indicated and when I told them that they just gave me stank faces and made me pay in full for my 95 dollar service. Which technically is against the law. If you give out a coupon please make sure to clarify bc I wouldn’t have had a 95 dollar service done if I didn’t know the coupon didn’t work.

Called to ask if they were taking walkins . Told me yes. Got there 10 minutes later and got a horrible attitude in front of all other clientele. I didnt have an appointment but I was willing to wait. I sat down and she told me there would be a 4 hr wait assuming that I would leave. By that time I felt so humiliated. I left so angry I cried. NEVER again will I walk in there. I dont care how amazing the quality. Customer service is everything.BTW ended up going to Get nails salon next to publix on Columbia ave and John young and they did an amazing job. With wonderful service.

Ive been coming to Meraki since theyve been open and always left satisfied. I can be sad and the staff always up lifts my spirit. I always leave laughing or Smiling because they truly make me feel as if Im family. Its definitely a one stop shop. I Get my nails toes eye brows eye lashes and sometimes I get my laser lipo. I decided to do something new and spend alittle more for my birthday, first address takes me 15 minutes away from actual location. So me and my daughter already had screenshots of design, i asked how much each design would cost, she said 65$ for mines and 50 for my daughter, she had trouble at, looked like she was new, but came out nice, not like i wanted but nice, my daughter had to pick another that was quivker to make, due to another appt, but came out nice, at the end total came out 80$ each, which i was mad cause i originally asked how much so i know i have enough. My daughter diamond came out 3 days later and 4 days later my middle finger nail was lose, i put crazy glue because spending 80$ i couldnt afford to redo, by the 6th day lose again, i kept applying glue, then index finger got lose, ended up putting glue, by the 8th day both the index and middle on my right hand fell off.. i loved designed, but i wouldnt recommend them, they said it last 3 weeks, lasted really 6 days and thats even pushing it.. very disappointed on rates, cause if i ask and you say 65, when your done it should be the 65, not 80, smdh..

I got my nails done at this place a few days ago with my friend. We were super excited to finally find a place that could do what we wanted and more. The people were awesome and so was my nails but I was able to receive a coupon from a couple of nail techs from meraki beauty studio last week. It was on one of their business cards and signed by the owner, mindy! The nail techs never informed me it was only for winter garden location and the card had All of the locations on it. So, I was disappointed I could not use a 20% off coupon for it that was signed by the OWNER!!Plus, the lady that checked us out did not know of the coupon and called the owner, mindy. She did informed her it was only for the location in winter garden and I would have pushed for it but was receiving these dirty looks from the rest of the workers. When I was checking out I noticed that mindy was calling the girl and told her that she was. She did not offer anything on be half of mindy or the store. I was hoping to go back there to get other services done and now I don’t want too, especially if they have a deal or special going on and they can’t honor it!! I will be reporting to bbb and anyone that will hear about this.

Place is beautiful but needs more a/c power it was super hot....and the personal needs more engagement with the costumer specially with news costumers....im gonna be back again but the staff ( not all) needs this be more familiar and communication...i got my basic pedi and i liked the service for the price but idk if it was only me or is always like that...i felt like i was bothering the lady for giving to her work, she did not say pick up the color and sit ...or want you want to get done or any work to me in the whole hour i was there...she only was talking with her coworker about the movie that she put on Netflix....i mean, the service and price was good...the time waiting was ok...the convenience about choose the date and the tech is awesome...but i was dissatisfied with the costumer service...next time im gonna book my pedi with Sandy because i saw more care and dedication about the work that she was doing and more care in the costumer....sorry for my 3 starts but some staff needs improvement for the category that place has.

I waited 45 mins for Ines to take me but boy it was worth it things happen and she’s such a perfectionist that I completely understand will most deff keep coming back to her she slays my nails :)

Jennifer is always my go to at the Meraki Kissimmee location !! She never fails to leave me speechless each and every time I get my nails done ! Taking her time, placing every stone to perfection, and always making sure Im comfortable, shes absolutely amazing at nails !Moreover, Im so in love with the friendly atmosphere in the salon, Im a regular there so when I walk in, the girls remember me and our last conversations and it just makes the experience all the more personal and fun. Since I fell inlove with the Meraki salon, I introduced my bff to them and shes head over heels as well ! Im going to continue recommending them to every one so we can all slay together !

By far the best salon I have ever been to in the Kissimmee are. Yes, their prices are a bit more than you would pay at the other salons in the Kissimmee area but it’s well worth the price. First off, the ambience and decor are both amazing. I have a full set and a pedicure done by Christianna. She took her time perfecting my nails and communicating with me to deliver exactly what I wanted. My sister was taken care of by Tiana and her nails came out flawless as well. The only issue I had with the salon is in regards to their tipping policy. Apparently, you cannot tip your nail tech on your card; only cash. Since this was my first time here I was unaware and upset that I didn’t have cash on hand to tip such an amazing nail tech accordingly. Meraki, please place some type of disclaimer on your appointment confirmations so that new clients are sure to bring cash to tip these amazingly talented ladies for their hard work!

I thought a lot about whether or not I should write a review, but decided that had a known about the customer service at this place I would have gone elsewhere. I moved to Orlando a year ago and I may have been spoiled by my previous salon Profiles in Cape Coral, but I was used to spending around $55 - $65 for a fill, colored acrylic and even some artwork. My nail techs there were amazing and could do almost anything. So my expectations were a little high.First it is not the nail techs fault for the pricing and service. The techs themselves are really sweet and have no control over pricing. Even after a year of going there every visit the techs had to double check the pricing...Why you ask, because everything is ala carte. The base price is simply to get you in the door. I had never been to a place where each part of your appointment is a separate price. They charge $5 alone just to shape your nails. I thought it was a part of the fill, but I was wrong. Drilling them down, filling them and taking 30 seconds to file the shape was an extra cost. Then it comes to the polish, that was another charge. Forget getting acrylic for the everyday middle class person that is unaffordable.Now after a while I just learned to accept it because I truly did like the two people who did my nails. However, my first bad experience came after they changed salon managers. The girl who used to be in charge cared about the small things like not waiting for an extended period without explanation. The new manager who is the owners sister doesnt.On more than one occasion I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my nails done. This is after coming in early to check in for my appointment. Even though I had an appointment and paid the deposit the new manager would put someone in for a pedicure. The longest I had to wait was over an hour and a half. No apologies, no explanation just she will be done soon. I even asked for someone else, but that was not an option. Had I left I would be out my deposit. I needed to get them done for an event or else I would have just left. Then I finally was worked on only to have her shutting down the salon around me. I didnt complain or ask for a discount, but I was really upset. However the owners sister didnt care at all. Then after going there for over a year I did end up having a family emergency. I called as soon as I found out I needed to leave town only to be treated as an annoyance and informed that I could not receive my deposit back. I was then promptly hung up on. Am I in shock a little, but not totally surprised. They got my money and didnt care about anything else.To sum it up. Yes Orlando needs a professional nail salon, but Meraki in Kissimmee is really not worth it. Unprofessional and extremely overpriced. They use the fact that there really is not a lot of competition in the area to their advantage and they bring you in under false circumstances when it comes to their pricing. Find someplace else.

First of all there is NO parkingSecond....Walk-ins are NOT welcomeI got to this studios some time after 10am on a Thursday morning wanting to get a full set ombré and a pedi. One of the Spanish tech was very rude about me not having an appointment plus I told her What style I wanted on my natural nails and she insist that I need extensions because my nails were to short (even though I have a long nail bed and I have seen it done without) I waiting about 30mins before I was actually served which was fine.I could tell the tech that served me was going through something because it was written all over her face. I tried to make small talk and it was going good until she left and came back 15 mins later. Even though she did an excellent job it took almost 2 hours for her to finish. I was so upset that I didnt want to get a pedi any more so I just settle for a color change so I can hurry up and leave. It was nearly 1 pm by the time she got done with my toes. I was charge $80. I just paid and left before my toes could dry.I am giving them 3 stars because I am happy with the length, thickness, stability and quality of my nails

Customer services at this location is horrible. I booked my appointment online showed up 15 min before my appointment, unfornatly I was unable to find someone to watch my 11 year old daughter. The salon has a no kid under 12 policy. As I walked in the manager scream across the does she have an appointment because she has a child. Well excuse me come up to me and speak to me one on one and have some PROFESSIONAL MANNER which should be basic for a Manager. At the end I had to leave and they didnt return my deposit which they require when you book. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN. It also joy the first time I see them handle situation with their customer by shouting across the room.

I am giving this 2 stars because I love Noorie and she exceeds my expectations when it comes to my brows butttt I will no longer be visiting her at this location. I will continue at the Casselberry location. Reason being is the cashier/reception is too into hanging out and conversing instead of focusing on her customer and task. I told her I booked ahead and left a deposit of $15 out of a $25 dollar service and she insisted it was only $9. I did not argue with her because I dont like to make scenes but she was very unprofessional. I ended up paying in total $31.00 which is not a big deal because Noorie is amazing! But compared to my experience at the Casselberry location this location was not near the customer service over in that location! Also I noticed the girls are too busy chit chatting and should be focused on clients.

Im a person who loves reading reviews and then experiencing first hand...Ok so unfortunately i have to say, my experienxe here was - egh.The staff were fiesty and friendly and the atmosphere was gorgeous to look at and just sit in. But the price i paid for having my nails done was just ew. I was over charged (i should of viewed the prices before going) but i heard good things, so i figured i was going to pay a bit more, I called the studio multiple of times to discuss this matter but i guess there busy...Anywho i was a walk-in and i didnt have to wait much to be served. But my nails i felt like they could of been done with alot more care.

I was very unhappy with my service at #MerakiBeautyStudio When i spoke to the owner she said I needed to come in and soak them off in order to get a refund.. And now I have to go fix them at another location and pay out of pocket on top of the $60 I paid for one solid Color set .. I manage a hair salon and Im also a hairstylist so I work in the service industry .. I Would never ask for somebody unsatisfied with their service to return their haircut, blowdry, or hair-Color if they werent satisfied with their service .. I would refund them right away !.. That is absolutely crazy.. I do not recommend this place at all .. The manger had unprofessional language.. Was on and off her phone.. She Was rolling her eyes at other customers.. I definitely dont want to go back !! They cut me all up as well so I cant even have them soaked off until they heal ...I do not recommend this place!!! When the manager has a bad attitude why would I want her doing a redo on my nails . I love going to this place. To such an extent that I have 1 hour from my house and I give myself the happy trip. Good attention, exaggeratedly good nail techniques (says a maniacal and perfectionist client). My technique is Josie, and I recommend them with closed eyes. The decoration of the place and even the bathroom make you feel pampered and relaxed.
