Im from SC and is in Florida for my family vacation. So, finding a good nail salon with little wait is slim pickings.. I found this salon down the road from the home were staying in... I love my nails.. I practically had Zero wait time and the lady that did my nails was delicate and precise. Plus she took her time and made sure it was everything that I wanted and loved. Her Ombre nail skills are wonderful and I would definitely go back.

I came because a friend recommended the salon, I had left another salon an hour prior to arriving in tears and paying for a service that was nothing what I asked for and the manicurist was rude and wouldnt do what I asked. This salon took me in without any questions, many of the employees banded together to find colors that I wanted, pull together everything they needed and within 40 min of arriving it was as if I had whole new hands. I have been looking for a salon in florida for over 4 years. Ill never go anywhere else again. Thank you ❤️

I’ve been going to Queenie for almost a year and due to the Pandemic they along with others business were to shut down...but fortunately I still have contact with them. Had lashes done said they would last 2 weeks asked 4 days befor they were coming off . Had a full set with gel polish . The Krolik was very bubbly and balkey . The gel polish was flaking off not even 24 after. No contradictions factors . Gave 2 stars because the staff was nice .

The owner did my nails was very rude, unprofessional and tried to overcharge me for services he didn’t even do or inform me it was extra, if you are looking for an honest shop this is not the place. I was quoted a different price then the greedy owner tried to take advantage and charge me for everything lol probably would have charged me for the air I breathe. I came in to get a pedicure & fill-in manicure but only left getting a fill in, I have never seen a owner push customers away like that or not want loyal customers. It was my first time & definitely my last time!P.s you have been warned!

I went there to try a new nail salon beings that my normal salon was closed today I wait 30 mins and finally get in the chair for a gel pedicure with a big toe fill in I get a half done pedicure no foot scrubbed with the proper tools and no fill in for big toe as requested he did what he wanted to do basically and charged me 46.00 my feet is still rough and ashy so I wont be going there anymore.

Firstly this place is so expensive. First time I paid because I was with my friend and I had drove a distance. But wow I was impressed. I got fanned pink and white and the shape was amazing. To be honest it was the best I have had in Orlando. So I decided even though they were expensive I didn’t care because I loved how they looked and I wanted to maintain that. The second time I had a different girl and she totally messed up the whole shape and they looked awful. So they were expensive and I drove far for nothing. I guess if you have the one girl that knows what she is doing you will be okay other then that don’t waste your time

I was here on Tuesday and Queenie did my nails and lashes and did an amazing job! She did Christmas designed nails and eye lash extensions. She was very professional and I recommend seeing her!

Jay does great hair for reasonable prices. I love how he blends the color so perfect. Fits my style and persona. Give him a try and I promise you will be very happy. The girl that did my nails did a great job with the shape and color. However, they had a sign that said $17 for a full set outside the plaza, but when I went in and got my full set, I was charged $52. I did get gel, so I was expecting to pay an extra $10-$15....... but $35? I didnt say anything then but I should have. Lina, who did my nails, didnt tell me anything about prices, or that their sign outside the plaza was a false advertisement.I asked her to take my old set off because my natural nails were getting too long underneath. Instead of letting them soak off, she butchered them and it hurt like hell. I was in so much pain.I do give Lina credit for making my nails look beautiful afterwards, they lasted a long time and the color was really nice. She shaped them so nicely, so I was very happy about that. Im just upset that it took a lot of pain, and that they were advertising a $17 full set.....

The nail techs here do an amazing job with manicures, pedicures and hair cuts too! They are the best in the Disney area! Great deal for the money you have to try this salon !!! The massage chairs are to die for. Relaxing 😊🎶❤️ Wonderful experience ✌🏼

Would never go back. It did not seem like they knew what they were doing. I went there on Thursday with my friend. She asked for a pink and white gel full set which consist of pink and white powder creating a french tip with uv gel on top. The nail technician kept telling us that we had to choose pink and white nail polish for a regular acrylic set while trying to push the SNS dip powder. When we tried to show him pictures of what she wanted. He kept chuckling and brushing it off that not every place is the same and it wont look like the pictures. He just painted the nail a pink color and created a french tip with white polish. When I asked about the sign advertising a full set for $17 told the sign was old and price is $20 now which was not a problem. The nail technician that did my nails left them very chunky and uneven. When the polish on one of my nails was ruined I asked for someone to fix it. Instead of cleaning off the ruined nail polish she just put a 3rd coat on top of it. Did not enjoy my experience here at all.

So happy I tried this place. On vacation from New York state and needed a fill/gel color. Had a horrible experience with a gel manicure at neighboring salon. Was very upset when I left. I tried Nice Nails to see if they could fix and they certainly did. They removed the gel color and fixed a couple problems and reapplied gel color in a very professional manner. Will certainly go back for next fill/color! Thank you?

The worst nail salon EVER. The customer service was so scary they would pull my hand towards them super rude and rough and were so mean, wouldn’t say anything and laugh in my face. The nail polish used was horrible, wouldn’t paint and left dark spots! Not relaxing one bit. The salon is super disgusting and not clean. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

My first experience at this place deemed a second visit, but the next visit was the last. First I had asked the nail tech to make my nails thicker, she didnt when I reminded her that I wanted them thicker when she started putting away the acrylic she said that they were thick enough. Ive had my nails done tons of times, if I say I want my nails thicker, I want them thicker, I break thin nails very easily. After all that I got gel polish on top because I need something durable for work and regular polish wont cut it. She paints my thin nails with polish and Im on my way. Before I even got to work that night my thumb nail had already started to chip and by the end of the night the whole nail had no polish left on it. I knew it was because my nails werent as thick, but called it a fluke and decided to go in for a fix the next day. I went in and she did repaint the nail for free, but the same problem happened the next day when I started chipping on two more nails. When it came time for a fill I found somewhere else.

Paid $36 for a fill and they look terrible they’re all going different directions, different lengths, different shapes and the gel isn’t even at all 🙃 don’t waste your time or money plz. There was only one person getting their nails done when I walked in and you’d think for how slow it is they’d take their time doing them and make them look nice.

I came here about an hour and a half before closing and instead of them telling me to come tomorrow, they still took me in. They did my eyelash extensions (which took an hour) and ON TOP OF THAT did a refill and fix on my nails. My eyelash extensions came out ON TOP (I LOOOOOVE THEM) and my nails turned out WAY BETTER than I expected.THANK YOU QUEENIE 👑 FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT THE LAST MINUTE!

This is the place to go for your nails. The staff are friendly and make my nails look amazing. They did push the SNS powder which Im glad they did because they last for a longer period of time.

Everything was going fine until they said their dead skin scraping is not included in their over priced basic pedicures. I will never go back as I try several places and this service was horrible in comparison. I paid for everything plus a tip including the money if they were honest about their pricing ahead of time.

Love coming they are so nice and my nails get done right. I come with Intersting pictures and see if they can replicate its either the same or better than what I wanted and if they can do the design or dont have the items they let you know if it can be done.

Watched them clean the pedicure bath with a quick rinse then start the next customer. Foot fungus?!? Yikers! Not a very friendly staff. My pedicurist said three words: which pedicure? And dry? The older lady is rude and bossy. Its hot inside and nobody turns on the A/C or responds to the customers requests for air. With fifty other area salons, we recommend finding a different one! We live locally and settle for nothing but exceptional service, cleanliness and quality. Did not find it here!

Wow. I saw the great reviews and was very excited to go, but was surprised that This place really is amazing! They have comfy massage chairs for a great pedicure. I also opted for a manicure as we price of mani/pedi was only $30！ The service was excellent. Everyone here are very nice, professional, and really do a great job. got a regular manicure (not gel or shellac) and it lasted over 10 days! Wish I lived around here as I would go much more often. Love it!

Worst experience ever! Constantly tried to push SNS dipping powder on me when I wanted a full acrylic set. I watched as they charged different customers different prices. Nickel and diming them smh. If you arent ready to spend an exuberant amount on nails, dont go here. They put something I didnt ask for on my nails, and charged me $20 more. Wouldnt let me leave unless I paid, and I was already running behind on my day. Will not be coming back. Ridiculous

I hate this place ive been maybe 3 times an they always take forever an my nails look like trash. I went on new years day because they was the only ones open to get a fill an a pedi. I wanted gel on my nails an toes an it was never apllied not to mention i paid 83$ for a fill an a pedi a week an a half later my nails are chippin this place sucks i would never even recommend it to my dog sorry i wasted my time i should have waited an went to any other salon besides this trash of a place

Just ask the tech to be very careful with cutting my toenails and she was very rude because I said be careful. If she wasnt doing all of that talking to another tech and pay attention to how you cut my toenails. And because she didnt she still cut my toenail. Then want to get an attitude with me!

I will never go to this salon again! It was my first time going there and I showed the girl a picture of the nail shape I wanted. She insisted that she knew how to do it. First off, she completely messed up the shape. She seemed like she was in a rush and put way too much acrylic on my nails. Since she was rushing she ended up cutting the skin on one of my nails. Then, she ended up screwing up my eyebrows. All in all the experience was horrible. I also suspect MMA usage, this is why. As soon as my nails were finished I began feeling a horrible burning sensation on every single one of my nails. It was so bad I had to take painkillers before going to bed. The pain lasted for 3 days straight. Nail procedures SHOULD NOT HURT! If they do they this is indicative of illegal MMA usage. Please be aware!!
