Great place great people always Robert and Dorothy always take great good care of me after 6years that I moved away from Florida I have not found the same care no were else and I been too many places, Im in town for family matters and have stop by one more time before I moved to Minnesota ❤

I love it here, Robert the only man there does full sets very nicely and will always ask before doing something and doesn’t mind if you request anything with he is working. He is a very nice man and can be very funny as well .He is also kind and even let me come after closing hours once. Kim does pedicures very nicely and is a nice women. My mother had a bad experience with a pedicure and the water being too hot and the lady (not Kim) not attending her and the water over flowing however I gave this place a 5 star because we only ever had 2 incidents and the manager took care of it, please do a reservation when coming in or else u will have to wait a long time especially Saturday and Sunday.

Very friendly and talented staff. I do believe they need more nail techs. Wait time can be long.

Had the worst experience with the tech that did my SNS nails, its not smooth at all and some parts are faded and when i told her about it she haf an aattitude with me and was raising her voice, and on top of that they charged me to take my old ones off which I never did before.. will never go back there even though its 2 minutes from my house SMH. This is how messing my nails look after I walked out of the nail salon.

Robert always does an amazing job on my nails. I show him a picture of what I want and he is always happy to do it. Done my toes and eyebrows before and never had an issue. Everyone is always nice.

This place change my overall nail experience Dorothy did my toes and even though it was a regular pedicure she made me feel like it was a deluxe pedicure she took her time even though the nail salon was closing she didnt make me feel like I was rushed she did an excellent job and she took very good care and very good detail on what she was doing. I will never go back to my old nail salon this is going to be my new nail salon from now on. I love the fact that they speak English very clearly and they are very personable and have great customer service. Thank you

OK. I have been a client of HOWIE for 3 years and it had been great! He would always come early to do my nails and I always walked out with a smile. Not until today, they gave me a 8:30pm appointment and said they were closing late today cause tomorrow they will be closed. I asked DOROTHY twice if she was sure and said yes. I travel 1 hour just to get my nails done there they all know this. I got there at 8:25pm and not even a hi from anyone. They let me sit there for 15 minutes and Dorothys husband (owner) came up to me and told me to make my appointment for another day and I said ok. ( i was mad and was still being nice). What upset me the most was his sarcastic answer Yes that would be a good idea. I immediately walked out. Will never ever touch a foot on this place again. I have seen how they treat other customers and never thought it would happen to me.

I am not happy my nails and my moms nail have dipples in them and we didnt find that out until we left because the lights are so dim in there.and they made our cuticles very sore.

Good. But make appointment for nails. There is only 1person doing nails.Prices... average.

My girlfriend loves coming here, even though we live almost 40mins away she always insists coming to La Dolce. HOWIE is amazing, not only does my girl love his work but hes really funny, takes his precision and time and makes everyone in the room feel comfortable. HOWIE is definitely worth making an appt. Some things may be a little pricey but at the end of the day you get what you paid for and my girl always leaves satisfied.

Howie hooked it up Ive always been terrified to stray from my normal French full set but today the most friendly sweet funny nail tech convinced me to try something new and if I didnt like it hed change it back lets just say I love my nails would recomend to any one and will be going back just make sure to call first they have tons of appointments and might not be able to take a walk in

I gave it a star because of the ambiance but the service is horrible!!! I had a pedicure done and the short older lady that the spa seems to think is their best tech pricked me a first time and she laughed it off. The second time she actually cut my skin past my cuticle area as I let out a screech but she laughed it off again. Never once did she ask if I was ok and then try to blow off the fact I was bleeding. It was the worst experience I ever had at any spa and so unprofessional!!!

PLEASE READ! I called at 5pm asking if they had any openings for 2 manicures (for my boyfriend and I) and 1 pedicure for myself at 6pm. She told me to come at 5:30 instead, and that’s what I did. After waiting 30 minutes, 2 ladies came in and said they had a 6pm appointment and they get seated within 15 minutes. Finally, after waiting over an hour I get seated. I always ask for my nails to be filed only, not cut. The lady grabs a cuticle cutter first so I assume she’s not going to cut my nails, but that’s exactly what she does. She cut it half the size it was. (I wish I was exaggerating) I’m obviously pretty upset at this point as I’ve waited over an hour, and she just cut my nails WAY too short and was very obviously rushing. The ladies who came in at 6pm and we’re seated nearly half an hour before me were still receiving their pedicures and I was done before them even though she did my boyfriends manicure and my pedicure at the same time. She would go back and forth in between polish coats. I really wish I was making this up. In decided to not get a manicure and left extremely upset. Both of our nails and services are WAY too short, and she hurt and cut us both as she was very rough, rushing, and even left polish and a MESS on my feet.

If you want acrylic nails go to Howie, hes always booked but amazing! Besides that the other girls are fantastic with manicures, pedicures, facials, ect. However, dont let the owner, an older lady, do anything to you!!! She tends to be a little dotty.

Poor job left polish all over my skin, after one week the acrylic was already lifting one nail came off completely and when I looked at it I could see fungus on my nail. Do not go to this place!

It is a good place: Van is my preferred. But they dont honor their appointments; They try to solve everything with 5 more minutes, meaning 5 minutes wait, but at the end is 20 -25 minutes.

I got a Pedi and its is worth it Johanna is the best for facials pedis and mani. Kim is the best for eyebrows Howie is amazing for fake nails. The pricing is worth it i promise you wont forget it. The people are so friendly its crazy.

Walked in and asked to get my eyebrows waxed. They didn’t tell me how long the wait was, then I waited 30-40 minutes and no one attended me, didn’t even tell me that someone would be right with me very rude

Long story, but worth a read if you want to know the truth about this place. I bought a groupon that said $30 worth of services. I initially was going to get eyelash extensions but the owner did it horribly. She felt bad that I was dissatisfied and had them removed so she told me to come back later in the day so she can redo them. I didnt have time that day so I came the next day. Since the eyelashes didnt come out well I decided to get my nails done instead since I hadnt redeemed my groupon due to the bad eyelash service. I told Howie I was using the groupon on the nails instead of the eyelashes (which he later claims he never heard me say) and he proceeded to do my nails. I ended up getting French tips which was $5 extra, so I paid the $5, gave Howie a $5 tip, and said I had the groupon for the remaining $30. The owner heard this and came over to me and said it doesnt apply to nails. I pull up the voucher on my phone and show her that it doesnt mention or exclude a particular service, it just says $30 worth of services. No lie, she replied well I meant to put that its only for eyelashes. I told her that has nothing to do with me. I was going off what the voucher said. Its not my fault she wasnt specific when she made the groupon. She then proceeded to yell at me to pay the $30, which I responded whats the point of the groupon if I have to pay the normal price? She argued and yelled some more and then said she would call the police. I told her to go ahead because I wanted the issue solved as well. She locked the store door with me and other customers inside as if I was some criminal. I didnt argue, I sat and waited for the cop. I then was using my phone to record my frustrations and she snatched the phone out of my hands. Howie and a customer had to tell her to give it back. When the deputy came he told her there was nothing he could do because the groupon wasnt specific. She then said she needs to protect her business so she asked the officer to prevent me from trespassing. I wouldnt have gone back even if someone paid me. Worst nail salon experience in my life! Go to real professionals.

Bad quality and bad service. Had a full set 3 days ago and the acrylic is already lifting. Went back to get one fixed and they left me waiting an hour without even acknowledging me. Spent a lot of money there previously but will never step back in that place.

My experience with la dolce wasent good at all. im 39 weeks pregnant with one more week to go and i figured let me pampered myself a bit before i go into labor. when i arrived it felt like the perfect place i requested a pedicure and fullset. the lady that did my pedicure hurt me so bad the water was super hot!! she scrubbed my feet badly n made my toes bleed trying to remove stuff maybe her own eyes saw -_- i was only doing it for the massage n relaxation because of how swollen my feet already were due to my pregnancy n it turned out being a torture. when she was done they sent me over to another guy which was rude to me after being there an hr on my pedicure i did kept getting my minor contractions because obviously my body is preparing for labor of course so its going to happen for females that know. this guy yelled at me CAN U PLEASE STOP MOVING!! i waited till my contraction faded a bit to then respond to him REALLY! ITS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND YET SO FAR EVERYTHING N EVERYONE HAS MADE IT ALL SO WELCOMING ( SARCASM ) i didnt want to argue more due to not stressing myself or baby more than i already was with the service.. when he was done they put me over to another person which they clearly stated she was the owner n only one that did designs i was beyond disappointed she did bad on the color and on the designs she was being extremely dotty and u couldnt tell what it was i made her remove it and do it over 3times nothing from what i requested on the design book they themselves provided. everything was horrible i would NEVER GO BACK i personally do not recommend this place SPECIALLY WHEN THEY ALSO USE CHEAP COLORS FROM WALGREENS WHEN THEY GO ON THAT 59CENT SALE. I PERSONALY KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY 7 YEAR OLD GETS THAT SALE AND MAKES ME BUY HER ALL HER FAVORITE COLORS FOR FUN... DONT GO TO LA DOLCE VERY UNSATISFIED.

I haven’t even got my nails done yet and I already want to walk out, making comments about the dog hair on my shirt extremely rude. Treating me unprofessionally. She’s just rude and the second I walked in screamed at me like I wasn’t gonna but anything. I can well afford it that’s why I’m here. I hope she’s not expecting a tip.
