My nails were done by Lina,She did a awesome job. The price was crazy. I got a full set with gel $35. Ok. Then my bill stated $50. I asked what for. I did two different colors and length and Shape. I get these same nails done other places and NEVER was charged $50.The nail Tech awesome I just wished you worked somewhere else.The new owner is Ridiculous with these charges.I’m done with this place.

Not worth the money at all. They charge top dollar for low value work. The salon itself LOOKS clean and well decorated. I guess that’s what we pay top dollar for. The work these people do is NOT top dollar. The artistry of their work looks like beginners work. Definitely not worth more than $20 for acrylic or pedicure. Bravo for their effort but really not worth the money. I received a basic gel pedicure and gel acrylics and they were telling me the total was going to be $124. Mind blown when I heard that price. I only ended up getting charged $77 and I still feel that was way too high for this. Pictures says it all. This was nor worth $77. Maybe $35 total but not no $77. Below is what I asked for and what I received. This is not my first visit to this salon. I’ve been here about 4 times. Each time I was not satisfied with their work. But they are one of the closest salons to my house, only reason I kept going..(18 min) . I will now be driving an hour and a few minutes away from my house to get nail services from a better quality nail tech because she is worth it and Euro Nails & Spa is so not worth it.

I went to Euro nails a little over a week ago. Within that time All my nails were lifting and out of shape. Ive been doing my nails for over 20 years. I know what happens to my nails. But for all of my nails to lift. I know Their using the cheapest products. II went back to speak to the manager. She looked at them and agree with me that it was not a good job. she took a picture to show the nail tech. She told me to come back tomorrow I will have my tech remove and apply a new set at no cost. Today I went to see her. She spoke to the tech. The tech Refuse to remove them. He said all I needed was a fill. I should have taken a picture so I can show everyone how bad he did. All of the other coworkers were agreeing with the tech even the manager. Euro wasn’t worry about the fact that I was not happy with his work. He refused to admit that he did a lousy job. The manger said he would remove them but I would have to pay for a full set. I give Euro no stars. Especially the manager. Thisplace is dark and dirty.

Every time I visit it’s always a different price, so I believe they charge how they want. (I get the same thing every time I visit fill and gel) It’s a language barrier also, which causes misunderstanding. Most of the employees don’t know how to polish the correct way. Nice nail salon but they have to do better!!

When I walk into the place I was impress with the decoration. It set my expectations high and as I sat in the chair I was excited to relax and get a pedicure. Little did I know that it was going to be far off from the truth. The gentleman they assign to me was rude. He ran through my pedicure like he was trying to beat some type of timer. He skip so many steps and he did a terrible job at painting my toes. When I mentioned something to him he got upset. Quickly started speaking in his language, probably cursing me out, and started huffing and puffing. It was a terrible ordeal. When I complained to management they acted as if nothing. Still expected me to pay for the terrible pedicure job I received and didn’t even apologize. When they say looks are deceiving they clearly had Euro nails in Poinciana in mind.

Do not waste your time coming here, no matter how “convenient” it may be to you. I have honestly been coming here out of the convenience of having a nail salon SO close to me. Every time I go here they mess something up. Even with specific direction they go and do what they want, or should I say what they feel like doing. Majority of the techs there give off the vibe that they don’t want to be there and that by servicing people that come in they’re now being inconvenienced. There is absolutely no consistency when it comes down to the quality of your nails, even when you go to the SAME person. I personally feel they only genuinely care about the quality of their appointments. I have ZERO professional cosmetology experience and have given myself a better pedicure/manicure. I can only blame myself for continuing to go back to this place but as of today I will never be back here again, the whole point of getting a manicure is to be/feel pampered. I leave here feeling swindled, by far the worst “nail salon” I have ever been to. So if you’re still planning on walking in, please be advised you’re playing the lotto

I used to come here often but this was the last time. I got a new full set dip powder medium length $70 at 615 pm she finished. An hour later one nail bent back easily and broke off. Ok I was going back tomorrow next day to fix it. I went to my daughters birthday dinner and one by one they just kept falling off. 6 hours later and ALL of my nail tips popped off like press on nails. I was very surprised because last set lasted me 6 weeks with 1 fill in between. Service is nice and friendly but the product must be cheap. I paid $70 plus $20 tip and in 6 hours they all came off. Quality went down. I will go travel all the way to kissimmee loop to get my nails done from now on. Save your money people and travel to kissimmee to get nails done. Im so mad right now.

I came here to get a gel manicure last week for the convenience as it’s close to my house. My nail tech was Lily, and while she was friendly she had no idea what she was doing. I had sns on my nails previously which needed to be removed, she used the electric filer to the point it hurt and I had to ask her to stop. When it came down to doing my gel manicure it took her over an hour and my nails chipped within 3 days. Please do not waste your time coming to this salon!

This place is amazing and awesome. They make my daughter feels amazing for her birthday. They play birthday songs for her and make her feel comfortable and happy. We will come back again, and I will recommend for anyone to come to Euro Nails & Spa to get their nails done. They make you feel welcome!

I called a couple days before arriving, found out after calling they have new owners. Told the lady Ill be bringing in my daughter to have a full set with gel they told us no more appointments necessary its all walk-ins Im like okay. Upon getting there after they had told me on the phone that they would have someone come in to do her nails at 10:00 I arrived there 5 minutes early to be told that theres two people in front of me at 10:00am in the morning to then sit there for an hour and 7 minutes after twice asking how much longer to be told that they dont have everyone there who knows how to do a full set, looks to be more like 10 to 15 employees there at that time. How can they not know how to do a full set and only have two people there to know how to do that! After an hour and 7 minutes of sitting there with not an explanation on their part of coming up to me me and my daughter walked out I will not go back to this establishment.I wasnt even greeted when I came in, it took 5 minutes before the girl came up and asked me what I wanted and no social distancing.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure by the time I got home my nail polish was already peeling off my hands and feet i spend 44$ for a regular manicure and pedicure... I will not be going back any more first and last time...Place was clean and staff was nice.

At first impression they are nice and the business is well kept. But I will never be back because they nickel and dime you for every little thing. Instead of them doing a basic pedicure, my tech wanted to do the bare minimum and then upcharge me for doing what a basic pedicure includes anyway. You barely did the basic pedi! They want to charge you 40 and $50 dollars for basic services. This was my first time and my last. I will not be back

Since the new owner took over this place went downhill. Someone asked what the polish color charge would be…I overheard the Young lady who works the front desk tell the owner to “start charging 15$ for polish change, instead of the Normal price which is $12” . That is so unprofessional in front of a bunch of customers. They also always cut you, it is extremely unsanitary and Painful! Not to mention I was there 3 hours for a basic pedicure this time. You ask for a certain shape for nails & they never deliver! I do not recommend this place

I usually come here for pedicures and I get seen within minutes, there is always somebody at front that will greet you when you come in and take care of you. They do a great job with pedicures plus they are very kind with your comfortability when you are getting your feet done. Although they do great with pedicures, I’ve also had manicures done here such as full sets and I haven’t always gotten the best results. But it will always depend on which nail tech does your nails ! Other than that very clean and professional, thank you.

Went here for a polish change and a manicure and it came out to almost $40. The paint job was terrible. I asked the lady to fix it and she acted as if she didn’t know what to do. I sat in the chair with her re-painting my toes over and over and over again. I was there for almost an hour and a half just for a polish change and a manicure there was no wait... just an absolute terrible experience here. I ended up leaving and going home to paint my toes myself.

I hate this place I whent there Saturday I wait 2 hours and I get a bad design I had to paid $80 I they said that they refused to fixed the nail or a list take some money of because it was the guys fault....

I got my nails done here on June 25th and by June 28th the nail in my thumb came off. I paid $70 plus tip for REALLY short nails just because I asked for a design. On top of that she didn’t prep my nail enough, didn’t push my cuticle back, didn’t cut my nails or clean them under…nothing. She finished with my nails in less than an hour and I had to pay so much for a job I wasn’t satisfied with. This is my first and last time coming to this place

I always get the best service from staff and owner, Snow. I also have medical issues and sanitation is a priority with me. I’m happy to see it is also with Euro Nails. From the moment you come in they request for you to clean your hands and have humidifiers and purifiers everywhere! I truly feel safe in Euro Nails and love their quality of work. I will not go anywhere else.

Expensive for the quality. It was the worst quality Ive seen and that is saying a lot. $139 dollars for a terrible pedicure and terrible full set. The girl kept trying to get nail polish out of an empty bottle. My daughters nails looked even worst and it was 2 different people. Unbelievable! Never again

Its sad that I have been a client and this never happened to me before but only after a week 98% of my full set is coming out and i when there asking for a refund or a full fix of my nail and they only want to put glue on it and they say that is the best they can do for me because it was a week ... and my response is was no because if you just glue them back they will unglue and and create fungus in my nail ... they can only guarantee their work for 24h no more than that... but as a client and as a business person if you have a good product and a good sistem a week is the leat you can do ... please dont waste your time or money... Im sorry I dont like giving bad reviews but that is the best I can do for other people .

I went on a Sunday it was very busy (my first time coming here) I waited for about an hour to be serviced for a pedicure which was $37 (with gel) the lady did my pedicure in like 20 mins I felt like it was rushed. She didn’t get my shape right and didn’t fully polish like 3 toes a week after I experienced chipping on one toe. When it was time to pay she asked if I wanted to do custom (tip) and I said no and she looked at me crazy. I didn’t feel the need to tip because the wait and quality of service was poor

This was my first time at Euro Nails. And an amazing manicure and pedicure with Katie. Im an artist who works with my hands and need a lot of extra cuticle care, as well as help with some problem nails. She is super knowledgeable and took care of everything as well as gave me some great advice. She is really friendly and funny, and I look forward to coming back for more nail care!

I have came here a couple of times during corona and they do a very good job! She is my lady that I like to go to, she does a very good job. She has not disappointed me and she can work around someone elses work and try and make them match. That was my first time going. This tome around she did a full set on me. Beautiful I had a idea he worked with it. Love my nails

After going for a second time I got a cute design done in gel… I am highly disappointed it only did I spend 130$ on my nails on my birthday the gel polish cracked and peeled off after 4 days…. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!I have been looking for a place in poinciana for almost 2 yrs... I came to you guys and was surprise on how clean and beautiful your place is... the first thing I loved was how the staff interact with my 1 yr old and try to talk to her so she stops fuzzing...the pedicure was amazing and my nails came out perfect... I usually always end up with cuts all over my cuticles but the were so gentle and professional I 100% recommend...!!!!

I went and got my nails done here a week ago by Bader. The set didn’t even last me a full week, I got them done on Tuesday. One nail broke on Thursday, another broke on Sunday and the other on Tuesday. I went and got it fix on Thursday and they were willing to do it. But when the other nails broke they weren’t willing to fix it because it has been more than a week. Even when my nails broke before the week even end. What kind of professionals are they when they can’t even gaurantee there work for at least a week. I paid $75 for the set plus tip and they just ask me for $15 to fix it .I’m so disappointed in this place because it might look professional but it’s not. Spend your money somewhere else.P.S I didn’t do anything that would cause my nail to break. I literally picked something up and they broke

They did a good job with my nails and manicures but All the bad talking about customers in english (Were everyone could understand) was not professional at all, the hand stations were not clean and they didnt wear gloves when doing manicure which I havent seen since pre covid. Also the doors were open so its not a relaxing experience with all the loud cars on pleasant hill. gel french pedicure and sns on my own nail on hands over $110 without tip I think its way to much

Came in yesterday for the first time. My nail tech was very nice but she seemed inexperienced. She cut my toenails in an angle and four of my ten toes hurt today. She did not file nails properly and i have very sharp edges on both my hands and feet. One of my toenails is not properly painted and another has already chipped off. The salon is beautiful, but Im not sure i would go back.

Bader, Olivia, Snow and of course Michael truly always make a difference they are sweet and kind. Quality goes a long way they never fail to disappoint us. As the virus is still heavy they make an effort having people wash their hands and wear masks apon arrival. Separating spaces and disinfecting with alcohol if asked which I make an effort to do.

Technician is not only pleasant and friendly, but shes very professional. She is an expert in what she does. She advised me on what my nails needed....A Break! She had MY best interest in mind because she saw that my nails had been damaged from constant gel/dip polish. I got an amazing manicure and now Im waiting for my nails to regain their natural strength so I can book an appointment with her. Did I mention she uses not toxic products as well????

I had a full set of nails done and I cut up fungus on a couple of them not even a month old that never happened to me before I was totally shock and the manager didnt even offer me a a new set and I thought it was a good place ha think again 😤

I never wrote a review but this will be my first because I left this salon extremely frustrated. This was my first time visiting this salon in town visiting my niece and as a nail tech Im very cautious of cleanliness etc. It was clean they used liners which is a plus but the nail tech I had made it a terrible experience. She clipped my nails with nippers which leaves a jagged edge and failed to properly file them straight and smooth. I asked her to fix it a bit she said its ok... The pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes which theres a sign stating your pedicure should be a minimum 30. There was no massage just application of lotion and moved on. I felt rushed the entire pedicure even though its supposed to be a relaxing experience. Then came the polish every last toe was missing a whole side of polish it wasnt smooth (due to the jagged edge from not properly filing)and it was left very messy. I asked her to fix the missing polish she fixed one toe and moved on to top coat. I didnt care to make a scene just annoyed that I wasted money to try and allow my niece to enjoy a salon experience. Being a nail tech Im aware of professionalism, making a client comfortable and things of that nature I did not have a relaxing experience or good results.

Snow has been my technician for two years. She is amazing and always has my toes ready for sandal wear. Recently, I had to see my podiatrist because I thought I had an ingrown toenail. Not only did not have one, my podiatrist told me that my technician is doing an excellent job keeping my toes healthy. 😍😍😍

Do not recommend jenny, poor job, I have lumps on my nails and uneven, I’m missing some acrylic on one of my nails. :(, I didn’t realize until I left. I got charged around $70 for a poor job.

Worst place ever! I went for a full set and wanted to add a design and they said “YES” when they don’t even know how to do it !! the design was HORRIBLE. I told the guy to change the design and put a “GOLD” butterfly sticker on one of my nails and instead he put a “SILVER” sticker. He wasn’t paying any attention to what I wanted what so ever !! I didn’t like my nails at all. Definetly NOT going back to that place.

Terrible first time experience! I felt rushed the entire time! I mentioned their Facebook promotion for 10% off all services “for you and a friend” and they refused to honor it first because “it’s only for gift cards” but after I showed the Facebook post, it was because I didn’t bring “a loved one” - yet i brought my mother who also got her nails done with me. I honestly wanted to get out of there so badly that I hadn’t noticed one of my nails was not painted completely, but I figured they’d try charging me to fix THEIR mistake and I decided not to go back.

They were extremely professional and theyre work is immaculate! They use quality products and theyre gentle with your nails. I love that they only do appointments.

The basic pedicure is around 30% more money than any other location and they do it in 20 min. It is more than just basic at any other location.

They claim to have matching colors for SNS and Gel Pedi but they dont. Ive gotten both done multiple times and the Pedi is much darker and completely different than the SNS.

I wish I could give 5 stars just for Snow because she is the best with nails, but DON’T EVER get a pedicure from Ivy. I paid $50 for her to slice open both of my big toes... which I don’t even know how that it’s possible. She didn’t cut or file my toenails correctly. The polish is clumpy and doesn’t even cover all my toes. There’s still left over polish from the last color I had on there. NEVER AGAIN. Sorry but she needs to learn how to give proper nail care and painting.

When I first moved up here, I looked for a nice place to do my nails & pedicure. I’am very impressed by Euro Nails Spa! I started going there since November 2019. I love how they sterilized their instruments, their chairs, and the overall cleanliness of the environment. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the virus COVID-19 regulations but Euro Nails Spa manage to impress me again. I felt very comfortable when I have my pedicure done by “Anthony” Thank You very much Euro Nails Spa for making my service not only relaxing but extra clean and safe!!!

Not a very great experience i asked how much for pedicure and nails they told me $27 for toes $40 for nails i added an extra $10 in my head because they always have hidden fees but i got plain white on my toes and hands no design at all and was charged $95 i barely have length and a week later one nail broken ! Very sloppy work from bader ! I had him fix my toes before i left too because it was just sloppy i will never come here again very nice people but overpriced and not clean with the work

I loved the way one of the ladies did my nails the first time I went . So I decided to go back again, I got this guy who I don’t even know his name but he was sooo rude. When he would ask me how long I want them, so I would say how long & he would huff and puff each time. I even asked if he could do a certain design & he said no.... Like excuse me for paying you for a service? So I ended up doing a basic design because of his attitude & not wanting to do my nails. Ohhhhh & to point this out, I was trying to get my eyebrows done & he asked the manager to go home, so obviously he didn’t want to do much work since he wanted to go home . I went a second time, to try & give this place another try but this time I made an appointment with someone else in order to avoid getting this lazy guy. Waited 30 minutes to get the same guy again! Since I guess having an appointment in this place doesn’t really matter. Didn’t even give me a reason as to why I could not have my appointment. So this guy does my nails & as soon as I say I want them long ... he says OMG you want them that long & starts rolling his eyes at me. I show him a picture of the design I want ... ohhhhhhhh okay it’s going to be 75 dollars ... 75 dollars for nails that were a refill & legit two triangular design on my nails that were so easy LOL. I had enough & I legit told him nevermind & to give me ANOTHER basic design! Ohhhh & the long length I wanted didn’t even happen in the end he gave me short nails. It’s ridiculous to go to a place & them tell you no you can’t do that on your nails when I’m paying you a service & complaining when I say what length I want. That guy is so rude & the same design I wanted, I got somewhere else & they were happy to take my money. You’re loosing clientele over this miserable guy who’s pretty lazy. I will never go here again.

This was my first time coming to this place. At first, I was impressed with how clean and organized they are, however, they are over priced! I paid $80 for just a mani and pedi gel nail polish, nothing special! And the nail tech that did my manicure was horrible and her attitude matched just as much. The girl that did the pedicure did a good job. But I had never paid $80 for a mani and pedi and will never again return to this over priced horrible service salon again ! At $80 I should’ve had some wine and way better nail techs with amazing customer service.
