I provided this picture and this was the haircut I received… she acknowledged it was shoulder length and I accepted since that was what I wanted but she just gave me a complete bob above my shoulders with little layering. This was also blowdried and flat ironed in the salon and still the styling doesn’t match what I asked for. I really couldn’t complain about it because the issue was it being too short and that cannot be fixed, the bangs were not cut like the photo either. I don’t know what happened as the stylist was recommended to me by a friend who goes there but what I wanted was completely lost.

The Owner Ruben is fantastic. As are the other staff. The cuts, trims, highlights/low lights as well as Keratin treatmentsbis what I have had done for a few years now. Services can be a bit pricey but I think the quality is worth it. Ive never had a bad experience.

I love facials and Ive had quite a few in my lifetime, but this was by far the best one Ive ever had! First, I know she uses only the best, safe-for-you products which is really important to me. She was extremely skilled and professional plus easy to talk to. I felt completely pampered, but also I felt that all the essential components of my skincare were addressed from exfoliation, micro-currents, lymphatic drainage, pain-free extractions and serious hydration! (and a foot massage too! What?!) AMAZING! Even days later my husband commented that my skin was glowing! Boom! Thank you for the excellent service and, by the way, at the best price around! Ill be back regularly! This salon is lucky to have Jaenesia!

I first took my daughter to do braids with Nancy. She was soo patient with her and her braids came out beautiful. She has been getting alot of compliments. So I made an appointment for me. I colored my hair, wash and blow dry. She did an amazing job. I love my new purple hair. She understood what I needed done. And she did it without having to bleach my hair which was a plus for me because other salons said I would have to bleach, which I wasnt avoiding. I was looking for a place to braid my daughters hair and ended up comfortable there. And Im going to take my oldest daughter to Nancy to do galaxy hair highlights.. Cant wait to see how it comes out. I found my new favorite salon.

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and extremely attentive, a complete Delight The staff at Bellísimo Hair Salon is the most professional, pleasant people I have come across with in a beauty salon. I have yet, until a few days ago have ever felt comfortable and assured in any beauty salon until I was referred to this wonderful place! The staff leave you feeling welcomed and calm. Natalie gave me a haircut of a lifetime, it was an unforgettable experience! I would not recommend Nancy. I asked for a haircut with bangs. After going home, I realized that she missed some strands in the back, and my bangs were cut too short and are uneven. During the cut she was heavy handed and even poked me in my eye. Said that it was because she was trying to make sure my bangs were even. So happy that I did not got through with the color.

First time getting my hair done here. I called yesterday in the morning and the minute the receptionist answered I knew this was a good place.I made an 11 am appointment for a hair trim and blow dry. I needed a mommy refresher and looked forward to some TLC.The minute i entered the salon I was welcomed by the receptionist and a few stylist as well. Super friendly and warm.My hair dresser was Nancy! Super down to earth and I felt as if I was her client for years. Lets just say she had her hands full with my hair and recommended a repair treatment that I can say feels so much better already!Mr. Kevin the receptionist made the ambiance even more vibrant as he sang along to some nice tunes playing! Jahnesia is a wonderful, talented, skincare technician. I’ve been waxing for 15 years and I’ve never felt sooo smooth before. I love my previous technician however I was educated on what to do prior and after a wax and my skin really needed more attention. I will be back!!!

I just had my hair cut from a different salon and was very unhappy with my cut, so I wanted to find a stylist that could fix the damage done! After searching Google for salons in my area, the Bellissimo came up near me and with great reviews! I made an appointment on-line (easy-peasy) and was able to get an appointment the very next day! My experience there was nothing but wonderful-from the minute I stepped into the salon I was greeted and taken care of! My stylist, Natalie was so personable and listened to what I didn’t like about my previous cut! She reassured me that it did need re-shaping, texture and layers put back into to create the style I was going with!! She was very gentle and told me exactly what she was going to do. I even had Rueben the owner checking my cut out while Natalie did her magic! I can’t say enough about this salon and the wonderful care I received! I went with my daughter to get balayage done with clarisa and she was very nice but it did not come out the way we hoped. It ended up being three different colors, had to go to a different salon to fix it and it turned out very beautiful at the other salon. This picture is how it it turned out and this salon.

Ad makes it seem like it was a full salon, it’s more of a quick clips type of place. My haircut was nothing like the picture I brought and I’m devastated. My son also got his hair cut and the barber didn’t listen to him either.

Joseph is hands down the best! He is a master colorist and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him and Indio who does a great job with my keratin treatments.

Went in for a balayage and left with blonde highlights that looked like they’ve been grown out for two months (not even close to the pictures I showed her) I wouldn’t recommend Nancy she messed up my hair and was very rough with me (accidentally hit my head when teasing my hair multiple times and was rough brushing it out, could tell I was in pain but told me it was worth it...it wasn’t). I literally left the salon crying, thankfully the owner told me to come back and fixed it the same day. At the end of the day my hair is more damaged than I was anticipating, I asked for brown balayage and left with blonde. Overall, avoid Nancy at all costs for coloring and if you decide to come here I would recommend the owner for anything you need done.

I literally had the best haircut ever with Ruben. This guy is a beast, he took everything I said and he made it better. Ive had many haircuts with many barbers and none were to the standard of Rubens. His scissor game is out of this world, and for all guys with medium to long hair I really wouldnt recommend anyone else but Ruben. Also, he is a great person, made me feel welcome from the start and you can really tell he loves what he is doing and is passionate about it, for him its just second nature. Ill definitely be coming here all the time!!!

Indio was very kind and professional. Unfortunately my hair didn’t come out the way I expected it too. And I also feel like I was overcharged. I read $85 for a full head of highlights on the website so I naturally rounded up to about $120. I was charged $160. My highlights were a brass color and they were barely noticeable. I had this done around three weeks ago and waited to see if the color would lighten into blonde. I came here because of the high review volume. Unfortunately my salon was booked that day, I get the same hair service and better quality from Innovations hair salon. With no ridiculous charges. I really would like them fixed. Or refunded. I’m truly not happy.

This is my go to hair salon! They always get you in and out and recommend the best products for your specific hair type. They arent pushy at all. So far, I have purchased products twice and loved them both times!

My color turned out looking rich and natural. My cut was spot on and I left a very happy customer. You will not be disappointed.

I got my hair cut with Ruben and my hair colored with Mario and from beginning to end the experience was above and beyond!! The atmosphere was so chill. The hair stylist were not only talented but so easy to talk to and funny!! They make you feel like youre family when youre there. I also got my eyebrows and lips waxed, such a relaxing experience. The stylist (Mario) is such friendly guy! On top of that he does a wonderful job on my wifes hair! I stumbled upon this place only because I needed to find a last minute place to style my wifes hair. Ever since that first time, Mario and this salon IS my Wifes regular salon now. Also, the employees are super nice, they also have TV for you to watch while you get you hair done. This place is also great for Males to get their hair done as well of course.

My daughter came here for her first appointment. We were greeted and welcomed exceptionally well into Bellissimos very inviting and personable environment. Ruben was her stylist and on arrival we spoke briefly, then she was guided to the chair for her hair consult and booked services. My daughter loved her new look and this will be her first home salon. The time spent was more than reasonable. The facility was clean. The service from the team was superior and quite frankly- a breath of fresh air.

Hands down, one of the best salon experiences. I travel for work and was looking for a salon that was centrally located within my work territory. Clariza did my highlights and she’s a pro when it comes to anything and everything blonde. Ruben is the owner and he genuinely takes an interest in every single person that walks into the salon. I had a lot of questions about the health of my hair and how to strengthen it, etc. He took the time to ensure that my questions were answered and that I was happy with the finished product. The entire staff is the epitome of AMAZING customer service. Every person that walked by me throughout my visit asked how I was doing and if they could get me anything. It was very comforting and had that homey feeling to it. If you’re thinking about trying this salon out, DO IT! This will now be my permanent place that I go to for all of my hair needs. So I made an appointment a couple weeks ago to get my hair done, I went in wanting blonde partial high lights but I was advised that blonde balayage would be better. The blonde older lady I got was super nice and I went to her because I had heard from other people that she was good. The lady was nice but one thing I did not like was how much she complained of how much hair I have. I do know that I have a lot of hair which is why I’m not a fan of going to salons because every time I go people complain. She would sigh heavily and complain that I had so much hair. It took around 7 hours to finish and when she was done it turned out to be 3 different colors. Really light and ashy in the front, yellowish one side and orange for the rest of my hair. I was told by the lady to wash my hair with purple shampoo and that way the next time it’ll be easier for her. I bought the shampoo and used for about a month and a couple weeks and it stayed the same. She told me she could color correct my hair but she would have to lighten the front and do a bunch of other things. She was nice, she told me it would take about 5 sessions to get the color I wanted but after this experience I did not want to go back. I did not like how much she complained, she complained about how much dye she had to use and how much hair I had. She also had difficulty explaining what she was going to do to my hairy he first time around. But the price was very low around the $200s, you get what you pay for and that was my fault. I ended up going to a different salon and the lady took 4 hours to do it over and it came out exactly how I wanted. The lady at the other salon did not complain and explained exactly what she was going to do. Overall, the staff were very polite but the service done was not the best .

I wish I could post less than 1 star as this place sucks! On their website and on their front door they close on Fridays at 6pm and I arrived at 3:15pm, yet after I inform them my hair needs, the older female and only male I saw cutting someone hairs both said there is no time for that because were closing at 5pm. They continued to talk loudly until ultimately the older female says she could come back on Monday and it was Friday for my birthday dinner in Saturday. They looks and snickers was uncalled for.I told the younger female with glasses who was on a phone call at thst moment to forget it about it as is rather have my hair done at Walmart than to feel this way so I left. They did nothing to keep me as a customer at all.In my opinion, this so called Bellisimo hair salon is NOT worth the time, energy nor the money! I will NEVER recommend or suggest this place to anyone not even my dogs!!!!Buyer beware! 👀
