This is my favorite hair salon in the Kissimmee Area (4444 Vine St). Since you enter the local all staff is very attentive and professional. It is very clean and Hairdressers are very customer service oriented. Yessica Hernández is my Hair Magician since every time I go she make my hair so nicely that I look like a different person for good. Her blower technique is AMAZING and it lasts for many days. God Bless her talent!

Ive been coming to get haircuts here since 2001 when I was a manager with Walmart! When you have open until 6:00 pm on your door and on your web site I expect the business to be open. You just lost your best customer and best topper because I wont be back!

HORRIBLE!!! First, they brushed my CURLY hair try, and the person, the guy took me was so rough, even though I was saying “please brush slower” he didn’t listen, next they messed my hair, was so unprofessional, left the bleach for long it burned my scalp, and even though I was CRYING because of the pain, they did not care, and once I realized how much of a damage they have done, I told them in tears “I just want to go home” and they kept there saying they would “fix”! The job was so poorly done I could’ve finished not only that they charged me $160 dollars, and refuses to give me a refund!! Horrible, please these people are not professional, they do not know what they’re doing, and I know I’ve learned my lesson to NEVER go back to one of these places ever again!

I enjoyed the service provided by the salon workers! They have a great team that is very efficient. They give good haircuts especially for men who are unsure of what they want. I get my cuts here all the time and they never disappoint. 10/10 would recommend. They also have workers who make you feel like home and very comfortable. I’m glad I transitioned to this store for my haircuts!

The stylist was nice, I had to trim a few pieces when I got home, but nothing drastic.

Love the atmosphere, 4444 west vine st store. Always get my hair cut and fixed here. The ladies working there are excellent. Jessica know just how to blow dry and flat iron my hair, she is amazing. Elizabeth and Nancy and the other girls are also very professional.

I have been looking for a really great hairstylist for my niece since moving here from NY. I have finally found that in Elizabeth.My niece has a very tight 3b/c curl pattern and Elizabeth gave her a perfect Dominican style blow dry and trim. Her hair looks very healthy. We will definitely be regular clients

This place is just great! I took my wife here when we moved to the area and she is just in love with the store! Shes been going here ever since we moved and she is not planning on moving to another store. She loves how polite and energized the workers are! They always get the job done!

There were 2 stylist working when I visited. One only spoke spanish and the other spanish and a tiny bit english. I was not able to communicate properly with either one of them. I am an english speaker and showed photos of the style and cut I wanted and attempted to use google translate but my haircut is significantly shorter than I asked. Usually I am very happy with my experience but not this time. My hair is very messed up.

I came yesterday planning for a haircut & the lady inside I have to wait for abt 20 mins even though salon is not busy. Went early today when they opened in the morning & I’m the first person. Lady made me sit on the chair on her station but waited forever for her for no reason esp when there’s a lady who came in & just inquired . They had a full conversation & all focus went to her forgetting abt me. I walked out & walked away from people who doesn’t value my time. I work in a healthcare business & NEVER made my patients wait for no reason, same thing with any kind of business that they should value their clients

I took my mother for a hair cut Saturday morning And was looking for a certain look for her life styleShe doesn’t have full mobility of her right arm so it’s hard to maintain He hair and I’m not home to brush her hair and make sure she feels n looks fantasticThese ladies that was there Saturday morning assisted awesomely.My mother was so in love with her hair style I’ll never forget her wordsI FEEL SO PRETTY thank you for a great experience

Good morning about my experience at your salon I can save it was horrible very unprofessional very unethical I have lots to say what I experienced that day was so frightening that yes I would like to speak to the owner not to the lady manager you had there to the owner because it was very rude very disrespectful very unprofessional and I was supposed to be charged One price and I got charged another price but yes if you are very professional person as the owner of that Salon it would be nice if you can get back to me cuz I will let you know everything that happened because if it keeps running that way trust me your salon would not be operating the very long if you send me an email and private I can send you my number I think it was very very rude its horrifying like I said I will never ever ever go there again nor let a family member of mine still there and I would never recommend that place so yes it would be nice to speak to the owner not to the lady that you have there as a manager

Do not go here. I got a cut and color. They ruined my scalp. I had patches of dry skin coming out of my head where she burned my scalp. Not only did I spend over 150 dollars for this, but I have spent hundreds more trying to repair the damage that they did. I may have to go to a doctor.

I wish I never stepped foot into this place!! They are so unprofessional and make up their own prices as they go. They charged me $235 for a job on my hair that would cost $150 in Los Angeles and they wouldve let me walk out with dripping wet hair if I didnt pay to blow dry it. The lady doing my hair left home early and left me sitting there with my hair soaked in conditioner for 40mins it took everything in me not to get up and leave. My shirt was soaked and it was cold! People pls dont go here save ur self from the agony this place will put u in! & they dont even deserve my 1 star rating!!

Worse haircut in my life. i left the salon with my hair UNEVEN and went i pointed it out to her she tried to say it was because my hair was straight. seriously regret stepping foot into this place.

Ive been going there for the past 2 years, ok service, not expensive for a man hair cut, but too many different hairstylist everytime, almost never found the same that I like.

No exaggeration I had to get home and recut my hair myself. If you dont tip ahead they dont care. And I swear if I didnt say something she would have left no hair on my head. Worst salon experience. Dont cut your hair at Walmart
