Walk ins are definitely not welcomed. If you go without an appointment be prepared to wait more than 2 hours and not be acknowledged at all during that time. I would expect this service at a place they give free haircuts.

So the first time I tryed to get a hair cut and I couldnt even get a haircut. Ive been waiting for 1 hour and noting so I left. I really thought it was a crazy day and came back another day and its the same thing. Im so disappointed, dont walk in because they dont look at you once youve been sitting there over 2 hours . Its not worth it

I bring my son’s here around every 2 to 3 weeks and we get our haircut. Danny cuts our hair and he always does a outstanding job. Very professional, always willing to talk sports. I recommend this barber shop to everyone. Thanks Danny!

Do not be a walk-in at this barbershop, especially with a toddlerI sat there for 45 minute with my child and was never told ( someone will be right with you or etc)all they cared for was their appointments only ... while I sat there not being acknowledged and they rudely let me walk away after waisted so much time .... walk ins are not welcome.....

Great shop. Everyone seems to know what they are doing. I had pretty much every barber so far and they are all good. Like a shops they have there busy days. But on a Wednesday afternoon its in and out.

I take every time my son to get a haircut with Danny. I feel so comfortable how he takes care of him during the haircut and how the others do too. Once you’re inside you can feel very fast the happiness in the air and in everybody’s face, their family and just like the name they treat you the same way.

No one answered the phone

My original issue was with the price increase. I reached out to the owner and he explained to me the price increase. He offered me a free haircut.As consumers we are always looking for the best deals. The reason I gave the shop three stars is for the owner customer service.

Love these guys cuz every time I take my son to get a haircut they are always so funny. I love how Elvin cuts my sons hair. And this other guy that I dont know his name but he is the first one in the left side, he Is so funny and friendly. I know they talk ALOT when they are working but they do their job. Terrible service, horrendously slow, barbers talk excessively. A barber took 30 minutes with just one person and another took 3 people in and hour. Which speaks to the first barbers service. I waited an hour as walk in which is fine but when it was my turn the barber took what I assume was an appointment without notifying the next person in line, which was me. I found that very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. They really need to learn how to respectfully treat the customers. As an active army soldier I love my country and the people I fight for, but quite frankly some don’t deserve the privilege to walk on American soil. Been new to the area I Walked into this barbershop for the first time with my 12 year old son. First thing I noticed was that there was no one waiting, so As soon as I walked in I asked one of the guys which one of them was the least busy and he replied just sign your name on the list and whoever finishes Firts will call you, I said ok great I put down both of our names and noticed all other names above ours were already scratched out, I figure we were the next up. Well my son and I sat there and waited, I started notecing other customers coming and getting service before us so after we waiting for about an hour and a half I asked the guy if they were following the list and he said that they have to attend the appointments firts and I told him well why didn’t you mention that from the beginning and told him how upset and disappointed I was about them wasting my time he just said that they were busy and weren’t going to have time to take Care of my son and I. Asked if I could come the next morning and I was told they were all booked. I not a racist but I strongly believe that the staff at this barbershop are racist towards any other race other than Puerto Rican’s like themselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I would hate for any other innocent person to have to experience this type of treatment, in fact I will be reporting this establishment to the better business bureau. They should be closed.

Loved this place, spanish is not my first language but it didnt matter. They had barbers to help translate. I had already felt bad as walk in and not calling for an appointment. But they did my hair cut with no complaints. Glad I came in when I did because it got packed after a while. The barber was taken a while cutting my hair which I thought was weird until I got turned toward a mirror to see how MY hair was looking and it was on POINT. Never have I ever been to a spanish barber shop but the barber that cut my hair was amazing and even apologized when he hit a knot on my head. I will happily go back to this place (next time around making an appointment haha).

Worst customer service and profiling for paying customers. Walk in with my son as soon as store open possibly 3rd to 4th customer there, waited an entire hour to even be acknowledged when I walked in one Barber was on break outside so I believe he would be in to take my son next. Being dark skinned I look black but I am Cuban so I heard every conversation they had. We waited one hour then watch the same barber text his phone for 12min before heading outside to eat a sandwhich and take break. One after another customers came in without appointments they asked if they had appointment in Spanish they said no but was still taken before us. Hispanic barber shops need to understand that whatever community you go in is diverse and needs to offer the same respect. Had to give a 1 star because zero was not an option

Bad Bad Bad Services, They Do Not Have Words.. Call The Day Before For Appointment Tell me that I can come in next day at 1pm and when I arrive they tell me that they do not do appointments that I suppose to sign up in a list.. and when I call I heard clear the barber clearly saying yes to come at 1pm

I came to Kissimmee a year ago, and since then I have visited several barbershops, and like many I am also a dad and I always go with my son apart we serve the Lord, for the same reason I have jumped from barber shop to barber shop looking for one that meets my expectations as regards to the service, environment, locality, security, professionalism, etc., and in Family Barbershop I found everything I am looking for in one place, I really dont know why people can leave bad comments when I have personally cut my hair with 3 different barbers in In recent months and on the 3 occasions I have come out just as satisfied and always with a smile on my face for the good treatment and excellent service. I recomend it to you!!!

Very nice barbershop very clean, with a nice atmosphere. I found this outrageous for the convenient reason that it is the only barbershop in the entire area that is open on Sundays. I realized that ALL barbers have their license in front of the mirror in view of everyone next to the price menu, as well as the license and all the permits of the premises are in order and in view of everyone, and that is very important .I asked if I could pay with a card, and they gave me the option of being able to pay directly with them with my card or I could withdraw money from the ATM they have inside the premises, everything was so quiet, so easy and so practical that I recommend them 100 %. I still do not understand why people leave bad comments to these guys who are making a difference in the concept of the barbershop.Eye:That is if on weekends from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday it gets very crowded !!!My recomendation:Go day in week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, or make an appointment with any of the barbers in case you dont like to wait.
