My stylist did an outstanding job on my hair. I wanted it trimmed, washed, conditioned, dried, and she got all of my snarls out. I enjoyed the temple massage while she was washing my hair. She was professional. She was patient, supportive, and understanding. She took her time and made me feel like I was the only client in the store. I recommend Sport Clips, too. :)

My husband is a frequent customer at this location, he went in yesterday for his usual haircut and while doing the haircut the stylist commented Oh, you have tattoos on your arms, it would be nice if we could see them (he was wearing a tank top).My husband is a hairier guy and took that poorly, we always try to support our local businesses, however he said he will not be going back to the Rosemount location.

Very friendly establishment, the massaging shampoo and hot towel are worth it. very relaxing after a hard day at work. The young lady cutting my hair was very professional and nice

Got the haircut I asked for, the stylist was friendly. Being my first time I was introduced into their extras, massages, aroma therapy, shampoos, conditioners and warm towels.Definitely will be back.

We were checking in on kiosk, did not online check in, we were almost finished checking in on one kiosk, someone came in after us, checked in on another kiosk and he was seen before us but we were here first. Two other clients came in, did not check in online, the wait was a half hour, as one of the clients left someone checked in online and the gal said well now it’s (such and such of a wait now because of another check in online Came in). So two customers walked out. I’m only stayed because my boys wanted to stay. I would have walked out myself. Your customer service should be the clients in your lounge at that time. At the end, they were nice to the boys and did well with haircuts. Thank you.

Food quality, chicken strips were more like chicken clumps and were very well done. I should have brought my meal back. We wont return.

My husband just got back from getting his hair cut and beard trim and it looks terrible. He had to come home and fix his beard and his style was just a lot of product in the back. For being a place which specializes in mens hair this is super disappointing. His hair cut has ZERO blend and looks choppy. Very disappointed in my husbands BIRTHDAY haircut. Looking for a good mens haircut I would skip this spot. Back to the barbershop for him. What a waste of $40
