Max DeJesus went above and beyond in Customer Service when it was time to renew my Auto Policy with Direct Auto Insurance. I was in a situation where I needed to delete one of the drivers and vehicles from my Auto Policy and had to deal with other Representatives from the Main Number for Direct Auto; that unfortunately did not have enough knowledge or the Customer Service skills which Max possesses. I was lucky enough to have Max to my call randomly on this past Saturday morning. I explained my current situation where my policy was going to expire on that particular date and I had been trying to make the changes to my policy prior to the expiration date, but unfortunately the Representatives which assisted me gave me erroneous information and I about to be without any auto coverage. Max took the time to listen; take notes and contact the higher ups. Max advised me that he would probably not be able to get back with me until Monday since it was the weekend and it was going to take some research to resolve my situation. Needless to say Monday morning I received the Resolution Phone Call Max was able to make the necessary changes to my auto policy and I was even able to obtain additional coverage such as Roadside Assistance and Auto Rental for a much lower price than what I had been quoted before. I expressed to Max in our phone call that I was so frustrated that I was already looking for a quote with another insurance carrier since I needed auto insurance ASAP. Max was extraordinary in his Customer Service; Follow-up and Resolution skills. I will definitely recommend Max DeJesus at Direct Auto Insurance!

Horrible customer service, me and my husband just got married and I recently changed everything over stating Im married. Took all my new documents to direct to change car insurance to married, since it saves a little money, and guy tells my husband it couldnt be done because our marriage certificate has my old last name, he must not be married or a clueless soul. Just because you get married doesnt mean you change your last name. We had to call and the lady couldnt believe what she heard and did everything on phone. Forgot to mention I had my new drivers license and. We as card with my new married last name.

Lady seemed annoyed that I was there since she had the office all to herself... Even when she was on the phone with a customer she had an attitude
