Laura Moody is an amazing insurance representative, she’s always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. I love that she’s always updating me on my policy and gets me the best quotes/prices. Her team is definitely 5 stars!

Do I have to give one star???This office is filled with incompetent people. Insurance CANCELLED because of a billing issue. They NEVER followed throgh with me, NEVER returned calls or messages, and HAD NO IDEA how much I actually owed. Total disgrace.When you call the 800 number, THEY have no idea whats going on either, and tell you that you have to talk to the local agent. If you are stuck with an office full of LOSERS, like I was, youre out of luck.I will use another company for my insurance, and I suggest you do, too

Laura Moody State Farm has been great to work with for our insurance needs. The attention to detail was good. Jennifer (our main agent) knew exactly how to transition our policies from a different state seamlessly, even in a pandemic. She and Laura were upbeat and positive (exactly what we needed) and worked to get the best coverage for the least amount of money. (Our previous insurance agent left a lot to be desired!!)

My experience with Laura and Jennifer at this agency exceeded my expectations. They show true professionalism and treat you like family. I was very impressed on their level of service and made sure all my questions were answered. I was also very happy that they provided me with the lowest rate on my auto insurance quote. Fast, efficient and Excellent customer service! Lydia was fantastic and was able to help me save 38$ a month on my car insurance policy. I called back to ask another question and someone else answered the phone and she was able to assist me with my questions as Lydia was on the phone with another customer so everyone in this facility is knowledgeable of what they are selling to their customers. There was no oh please hold on let me ask, everyone knows whats going on and has answers without the wait!
