Very poor service. Theyre happy enough to take your money, but when it comes to asking them to do something in return, its a different story.Having sold my property I contacted Arun Sharma at Statewide Insurance on 3 separate occasions to ask him to cancel the flood policy. He simply ignored the request and failed to even respond to the last two e-mails.As a result Ive had to file a complaint to ASI / Progressive directly (which is a challenge in itself).I will not use this agency again and would not recommend to anyone based on this experience.Update: Regarding Mr Sharmas response, he obviously had the opportunity to explain himself in private, and all it would have taken was a simple reply to one of the three e-mails he ignored.Instead it took a public review to get him to communicate.If you feel, as Mr Sharma does, that expecting a company to bother replying to you constitutes unreasonably high expectations, then by all means use Statewide.

I gave this agent one star because I had to choose a star. I would NEVER recommend this agent to anyone. The owner is VERY RUDE and refuses answer any questions or concerns a consumer may have. Not to mention a complete rip off, Your premium will jump up to hundreds of dollars in no time. STAY AWAY, this agent is very dishonest and very rude. No customer service whatsoever.

Do not do business here you will truly regret it. He will tell you one thing and it will end up with another thing.AVOID
