Its sad for a Office thats been around for so long that when Gabriela Answers the phone & you ask to speak with a certain agent instead of getting put through im getting sent to a Voicemail that never gets a proper response. This office needs some serious training for customer service because the receptionist is terrible and her attitude is even worse.
Tammy Rivera is so rude, unprofessional and nasty attitude. Cant believe you have people like her working there. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
This office has a continuous need for improvement, just got off the phone with billing questions and was told by Jennifer L, rates have increased due to cost incurred the previous year for fraud, accident claims etc.Thats it, I dont know what else to say just pay cause State farm deems it necessary. Then i was told i can save money by increasing my deductable or eliminating uninsured motorist coverage. This is rediculous!! I try to do the right thing by listing all possible drivers for 2 cars i currently own, initially they dropped the ball and placed one of my sons as the primary driver of both cars when adding the new car. After speaking with Tammy Rivera we identified that the customer service rep that took the call over the weekend swapped names of primary drivers because my son and I have the same initials. Then they charged me a prorate for a separate policy. My bill went through the roof, never a solid reason behind anything that happens always the same generic answer, i dont know what to tell you state farm raised rates accross florida or the 24 hr customer service personell created an issue. I would think that anyone with accident free history should pay less as the years progress, thats not the case here. No matter how safe the drivers are in your household whether young or old, they will continue to raise your rates each year because of other less capable drivers. Incredible customer service..
Poor customer service and very rude

Office never picks up the phone. If they pick up, they just hang up. Hire a new staff. Sad for a state farm office.
