Impossible to get ahold of via phone and no options to pay online, So youre only actual option to pay is in person. Great prices and good customer service ***IN PERSON ONLY*** Legitimately spent an hour on the phone calling both stores only to be put on hold and then hung up on, you can leave a message for a callback with about as much confidence as the grinch asking Santa for a Christmas gift, cause it just wont happen. it would help if they at least had the option to be placed on hold instead of some generic voice telling me that nobodies available. But I guess these are the inconveniences you deal with when purchasing discount insurance.

I spoke with David who gave me a quote. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. Not only was NXT the cheapest company that I spoke with but David called back a few seconds after we spoke with a second quote that saved me even more money a month. He definitely went above and beyond to deliver exceptional client service. They deserve more than just 5 stars really.

Ask for Yoara she always gets u the cheapest prices...I pay less than 200 for full coverage and when I was a new driver was only paying 86 a month! Always gets back to u if busy...makes ur payments rite away, and always explains everything thoroughly! Can never go wrong with these company!

Professional staff with a wealth of knowledge of the insurance industry they are in replied immediately to all of my questions.

I contacted them last week for a insurance quart for my car, I was contacted back the next day by Ashley Berrios by phone, because of my work hours and I could not talk on the phone at work I asked her to email me and I would respond, so she did I emailed her back with the information she asked for, a couple days later when she did actually give me the quote I asked for a little more information about the policy, and she never responded a few days later I called the office and asked why I never got a response back, she first lied and said that because I had a at fault accident they could not insure me, and I told her well why didnt u response back to me and tell me that or mention it in the email with the quote, she then changed her story and claims that she never saw that I responded and she just found it when I called, she was very rude and unprofessional, then she lied again and claims she was going to go look for the email, she placed me on hold forever and came back and rudely said she had just found it...ASHLEY BERRIOS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL AGENT TO WORK WITH, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESES PEOPLE!!!!!

People who work there are so unprofessional.. never pick up the phones and vary rude

Slow service. They take over an hour lunch with the door locked. Hours say open till 6pm but they lock the door at 5pm.

You wait forever on phone to be connected or phone answered!!!

Really a good agency to obtain car insurance, my advisor has been johannie Jimenez in the office of Vine St. and has always been very willing and kind to assist me and advise me in which insurance company is better according to the needs.

They canceled my insurance if they told me in the first days of avet insured my cars and they charged me 367 dollars and only 16 days of insurance never answer the phone and call another place and they did not give me any answer a disgust of insurance.
