I called the company to investigate a possible claim and the answer was against me and in favor of the insurer, they even threatened me saying that the claim would not prosper and if the insurer submitted it, they would not pay me and they would not renew the policy, their duty was submit the claim and have the insurer determine if it was valid or not, I spent 5 years with this company, everything was perfect while I did not make claims, the score they deserve is -0. In case of doubt, Policy #: PVH 2103921 04 09.
