They kept pushing me off saying they would take care of it and have quotes ready for me. Come to find out it was never brought to the home owners insurance worker and ended up telling me I would be unable to be insured on a brand new home because of there mistake. Tried to deflect the mistake they made as oh it was during covid. While not one of them told me that the homeowner insurer wasn’t in shop.Tl:dr due to this company’s lack of professionalism and improper information I can’t get insurance through a proper company and now have to go through a small local one with insane premiums. And in a lack of even more professionalism they Just blamed it on covid while they were open the entire time and giving out misinformation.Do not go through them!!
