I cancelled my insurance over a month ago, I spoke with Jackie and she said that the month of October’s payment had to go through because they couldn’t cancel the automatic draft within 24 hours, which I understand, but that I would receive a refund within a few day. A month later, no refund, no cancellation and they drafted the insurance payment for the month of November for two cars that I no longer own.
