I agree with the one reviewer who gave these guys a ‘thumbs down’ as their customer service for me was terrible, their people are likely poorly trained! They can’t answer basic questions and like to put you on hold, and I ended up switching to another company. None are much good these days, but ignorance and poor service I don’t tolerate!

The agency is very responsive, very attentive and cautious of my needs and always quick to respond to my questions. The staff is always very friendly!

I went to the Saint Cloud office and had a very pleasant experience when I firstsigned up with Allstate for car insurance and again when I needed some help in installing the Drive-Wise device. The staff is very professional and willing toanswer all of your questions. I would certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Terrible service my husband and I still wait for our Allstate card more than 3 weeks, and after 1 year of having a policy together I am still asked for my paperwork. My Husband has been with Allstate for more then 17 years and you would think things would go more smoothly. .

Have home owners insurance with them for years.

Worse agency, look somewhere else, they work with you the first time and after it it’s a “ don’t care” Must chance while staff and get new people that care for people instead of talking between themself with people waiting.

Went here to get a quote, Way toooo expensive rates. Needed to use the restroom and the staff told me there was not restroom available for customers. Anyhow, not a good experience.
