The office staff is courteous and helpful. My only issue has been the cost of the insurance. This year, our homeowners rate went up about 30%. A few years ago, our auto policy went up about 20%. We had to find something a little more in our budget.

Maggie has been great! She helped me move my policy from VA to FL all while I was at the DMV, explai ed everything very clear and even gave me a friendly reminder call when I forgot to design my documents.

Been with Mr. Mora for a long time, have always been treated well by his staff anytime I have to be at his office or over the phone. They always explain thoroughly any changes to my policies. Would highly recommend as your insurance agent.

This office is great if you want to write a policy, but if you want to cancel one..forget it.Tried to cancel my boat insurance (went with another provider). I spoke to Janelys on the phone and then emailed her a cancellation notice along with a copy of my new declarations, she did not respond.A few days later I actually got an increased bill from Allstate, instead of a cancelled policy notice, so I emailed her back. This time she responded and said she was working on it.A week or so went by and I reached out to her AGAIN...no response.My Allstate insurance has since expired and they sent me a cancellation...notice HA!I am owed a significant amount of money because I purchased new insurance months ago but I cant seem to get them to process my refund.Dont waste your time with this one.

Awful branch. Horrible customer service. Not a single person in that office actually listens to the customer, they just talk over you and assume. After several calls to Allstate corporate, I was able to cancel my policy. Never again will I work with Allstate or this branch. Good luck to future policy holders!

I am looking for a flood insurance quote in Kissimmee, I am already a client of Allstate since I have my home and car insurance with them however my experience with the employees of this agent was awful!. They talk so loud and with no respect treating people like they are ignorants when people try to explain why they dont understand their statements. Its sad that I was able to get the quote with no problem from other prestigious insurance companies but the one I am doiong business with, Allstate, was so demanding and hyper agents screaming instead of nicely and courteously talking, they even didnt try to really help out. The agent Alexandra was kind of helpful but her supervisor Sally was just aweful to speak with. She should take a class on customer service and watch her tone when she speaks to clients, there is no reason to mention that she is an expert and has 10+ years working as an agent, that does not justify talking down to a prospect client... she has horrible manners and sad that I am actually doing business with a company who doesnt see to be very careful the quality of agents and supervisors to hire. I am definitely cancelling my existing policies in June when they are up for rrenewal and moving with a more professional company, Allstate and their agents in Kissimee are quite a ride to deal with, who needs them when they are other great options out there???
