I have a close friend who lives there . Very nice apartment and taken care of by the people that run it . But they have gone up on the rent again witch can and does make it hard on a lot of people on fixed income .

Then they need to change the paint job on the complex its so depressing. Is very quiet I was living there almost 5 years the color of the complex needs to go. Well no longer live here..👋

My mom lives here and has been there for years. Cool place...its a little hood but pretty safe for the most part...but glad to say mom is finally moving outta there lol 😆

Lets be honest, the complex is in dire need of a make over, but for what you pay, I think its fair to be able to look past the aesthetics and appreciate the fact that you will feel at ease and safe while living here. It seems to have a closely knit community which is progressively getting stronger.The landlord is attentive, present in the community, and fair. Everyone who lives here is friendly and we all look out for one another. I plan on finding a place that has a wash and dryer soon, but if it werent for that being a huge necessity of mine, I would have no reason at all to leave this place any time soon.

I use to live in this apartment community when I was a teenager living with my dad. I love that it was close to everything I remember walking to Osceola High School. I emailed the office and call and there was no answer or response at all. If anyone in the office reads this, I am interested in getting an apartment there for me and my daughter. Can you please help me out in this. Thank you

Down to earth folks and they talk real stuff

Ive been here almost a year Im about to renew my lease hopefully its a good to go for another year .. I can say 1 thing never believe what some people say about a place. Yes the waiting list was long but when it was time to get the process going it was fast in less then 3days we got approved and in 5days total we were in our home hoping to be our forever home while living in Kissimmee. The staff is amazing maintenance is on point if something messes up or brakes they are knocking on youre door the same day or the next day at 9am soon as the office is open I recommend this place with no problem..

This is a very old low income apartment complex which is in dire need of updating. The units are large and the maintenance has a quick response time, depending on the problem. The management here is friendly and helpful. Although the neighborhood isnt the best, its a nice place to live but there is no community involvement within the complex itself.

I feel if they can help me they will. Because they polite place looks nice respectable speaking 👌👊

Ive been living here for 2 years now never any issues super reasonable prices lots of space only wish laundry was more accessible

My only and biggest concern is that they know very well the parking lot gets flooded all around the whole complex and they havent done nothing at all to clean the drains. Theres 2 in front of my building and they are always clogged. Today June 28, 2017 my car got flooded thanks to one of the maintenance guys that pass by very fast in his car (blue bmw) and the water went inside my car, resulting on damaging the computer of my car (ECU) since the office NEVER answer the phone when you call them. I highly hope they can read this and answer me back. This is not a joke as the maintenance guy though it was. Ill be waiting for a phone call from the office.

Saw the sign saying they were taking applications on Saturday. Tried to call but closed on weekends. Filled out online request for contact. Was emailed Monday that someone would contact me shortly. Its Thursday and I called the 497 number. Only to be told they rented it yesterday. Advised of the email and she said sorry. Ill never apply. If this is any indication of how their office runs, its not worth the rent.

THEY NEVER HAVE AN APARTMENT AND YOU GO PERSONALLY AND THERE A LOT OF EMPTY, They just dont want to attend to people and spend work.

Large and comfortable apartments for families who need a house at a good price. Its in front of the elementary school. It has parking in front of the apartment. Good location
